Therefore, the displayed preset temperature-time curve is compared, the produced actual temperature-time curve is the real-time detection result of the temperature in the steaming and baking device 1, and a user without cooking experience can adjust the temperature, the power and the time of the steaming and baking device 1 under the condition that the actual temperature-time curve deviates from the preset temperature-time curve too much, so that the actual temperature-time curve approaches to the preset temperature-time curve. After the user adjusts the operation parameters of the steaming and baking device 1, the server 2 can adjust and display the expected temperature trend of the steaming and baking device 1 and the expected cooking effect of the recipe according to the recorded taste change conditions of different food materials at different temperatures. For example, when the steak is baked by using a steaming and baking oven, the actual temperature-time curve is lower than the preset temperature-time curve, after the parameters of the steaming and baking device 1 are adjusted by a user, the actual temperature-time curve is close to or higher than the preset temperature-time curve, the steaming and baking device 1 can prompt the user that the real-time temperature in the steaming and baking device 1 after the adjustment is slightly raised and then tends to be gentle, and meanwhile, the taste of the baked beef tends to be crisp and hard. Therefore, the use of the user is facilitated, and the influence of the controlled temperature on the taste of the food materials by the user without abundant cooking experience is facilitated.
Preferably, the steaming and baking apparatus 1 further comprises: and the menu evaluation module is used for scoring the menu by the user, prompting the user to replace the original menu or the menu adjusted before if the score is higher than the original menu or the menu adjusted before, and setting a corresponding label for the menu by the user.
