本发明公开了一种促进油茶苗木生根的生根剂及生根方法。包括生根剂的筛选及配比、生根预处理、生根剂的使用等过程。其中生根剂配方如下:吲哚丁酸(IBA)10‑20mg/L+分裂素(6‑BA)5‑10mg/L+磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)100‑200mg/L+蔗糖5‑10g/L+维生素(B6)5‑10mg/L+维生素(B2)5‑10mg/L,待生根插穗基部剪成楔形,扦插于准备好的基质中,用生根剂将基质浇透,生根率可达95%以上。本发明操作方便,减少了常规无性繁殖浸泡生根剂的环节,在促进生根的同时,还可以有效促进苗木生长,克服了传统生根剂不能同时促进苗木生长的缺陷等问题。

技术领域
本发明属于油茶培育技术领域,涉及一种促进油茶苗木生根的生根剂及其生根方法。
背景技术
油茶(Camellia spp)是山茶科(Theacae)山茶属(Camellia)中种子含油量高、具有生产价值的油用物种的总称,是我国特有的优质木本油料树种,与油棕、椰子和油橄榄并称为世界四大木本油料树种。我国现有油茶栽培面积4531万亩,主要分布于南方14个省(区),油茶种子榨取的茶油风味独特,营养丰富,脂肪酸组成合理,不饱和脂肪酸含量高达90%,油酸含量80%以上,不含人体难以吸收的芥酸和山俞酸,也不含会引起人体血压增高而导致血管硬化的胆固醇,油质优于橄榄油等其它食用油,是理想的食用油。茶油的副产品茶枯和茶壳还可以通过综合利用提取茶皂素、磨制刨光粉和发酵高蛋白饲料等,油茶果壳可生产活性碳和提取鞣料等,所以通过深加工和综合利用可大幅度提高油茶产品的附加值。油茶适应性广、耐瘠薄,是南方低山、丘陵和岗地很好的经济林树种之一,不与粮、棉争地,而且还具有一年种植,多年受益的特点,丰产期长达80年,在我国南方农村经济和生态建设中占有很重要的地位,发展油茶生产有利于缓解我国食用油长期依赖进口,供需紧张的矛盾,对提高我国国民经济和人民生活水平具有重大意义。
传统上油茶扦插苗、组培苗生根选用的生根剂多为吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸等植物生长调节剂,仅仅起到促进生根的作用,对生根后苗木的生根促进作用不大,并且浸泡植物生长调节剂的环节费工费时。因植物生根前施肥,会产生烧根现象,严重的会导致苗木死亡,所以传统的苗木生根方式,很难确定施肥时间,如果不施肥,则苗木生长缓慢。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种促进油茶苗木生根的生根剂及其生根方法,省去浸泡的环节生产工艺周期短,成本低,所选用的促进苗木生长的成分不会烧根,还会促进根系生长。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,促进油茶苗木生根的生根剂,配方为:IBA10-20mg/L+6-BA 5-10mg/L+KH2PO4 100-200mg/L+蔗糖5-10g/L+维生素B6 5-10mg/L+维生素B2 5-10mg/L。
本发明所采用的另一技术方案是:一种促进油茶苗木生根的方法,当是油茶扦插苗时,具体按照以下步骤进行:
(1)每年5-6月份,选择当年生油茶春梢,剪成一叶一芽,上端剪口距离芽0.5-1cm,下端剪口距离芽2-3cm,下端剪口为楔形,剪口角度为30°;
(2)准备好扦插基质装在50孔穴盘中,基质为按照质量比黄心土:泥炭土:珍珠岩=1:2:1的混合物;
(3)基质用800-1000倍甲基托布津消毒;
(4)将剪好的插穗扦插在穴盘中;
(5)用生根剂将基质浇透,生根剂配方如下:
IBA 10-20mg/L+6-BA 5-10mg/L+KH2PO4 100-200mg/L+蔗糖5-10g/L+维生素B65-10mg/L+维生素B2 5-10mg/L;1个月后再浇1次;
(6)用塑料薄膜覆盖,正常管理。
本发明所采用的又一技术方案是,一种促进油茶苗木生根的方法,当是油茶组培苗时,具体按照以下步骤进行:
(1)从油茶健壮植株上剪取当年生新稍,取顶端4-6cm进行消毒处理;将初代获得的无菌苗转移到WPM+BA3mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L继代培养,45天后将2-3cm高的组培苗,用清水将培养基清洗干净,基部剪成楔形;
(2)准备好基质装在50孔穴盘中,基质为按照质量比黄心土:泥炭土:珍珠岩=1:2:1的混合物;
(3)基质用800-1000倍甲基托布津消毒;
(4)将剪好的组培苗扦插在穴盘中;
(5)用生根剂将基质浇透,生根剂配方如下:
IBA 10-20mg/L+6-BA 5-10mg/L+KH2PO4 100-200mg/L+蔗糖5-10g/L+维生素B65-10mg/L+维生素B2 5-10mg/L;1个月后再浇1次;
(6)用塑料薄膜覆盖,正常管理。
本发明的有益效果是操作方便,减少了常规苗木生根需无性繁殖浸泡生根剂的环节,在促进生根的同时,还可以有效促进苗木生长,克服了传统生根剂不能同时促进苗木生长的缺陷等问题。

一种促进油茶苗木生根的方法,
当是油茶扦插苗时,具体按照以下步骤进行:
(1)每年5-6月份,选择当年生油茶春梢,剪成一叶一芽,上端剪口距离芽0.5-1cm,下端剪口距离芽2-3cm,下端剪口为楔形,剪口角度为30°,可增加剪口面积,利于生根;
(2)准备好扦插基质装在50孔穴盘中,基质为按照质量比黄心土:泥炭土:珍珠岩=1:2:1的混合物;
采用该配比,pH值,容重,土壤孔隙度、保水保肥性能最佳,最利于油茶扦插苗木生长。
(3)基质用800-1000倍甲基托布津消毒;
(4)将剪好的插穗扦插在穴盘中;
(5)用生根剂将基质浇透,生根剂配方如下:
吲哚丁酸(IBA)10-20mg/L+分裂素(6-BA)5-10mg/L+磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)100-200mg/L+蔗糖5-10g/L+维生素(B6)5-10mg/L+维生素(B2)5-10mg/L
(6)用塑料薄膜覆盖,正常管理。
当是油茶组培苗时,具体按照以下步骤进行:
(1)从油茶健壮植株上剪取当年生新稍,取顶端4-6cm进行消毒处理;将初代获得的无菌苗转移到WPM+BA3mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L继代培养,45天后将2-3cm高的组培苗,用清水将培养基清洗干净,基部剪成楔形;

常规的生根剂均为单纯的生长素,而油茶生根难,需要生长素和细胞分裂素达到合适的比例才有利于生根,同时增加了利于生根及利于根系生长的物质;同时所有生根剂配方所需的材料均易得,价格便宜.
(6)用塑料薄膜覆盖,正常管理。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法的有益效果为:
本发明方法主要为促进油茶苗木快速生根的方法,与传统的方法相比,简化了浸泡生根剂的环节,节省了操作时间,而且还省去了后续施肥的环节,采用本发明的方法不但能使油茶苗木的生根率提高33.3%,而且新稍生长量提高50%。本发明方法操作简单,在促进生根的同时,还可以有效促进苗木生长,克服了传统生根剂不能同时促进苗木生长的缺陷等问题。
实施例1
(1)从油茶健壮植株上剪取当年生新稍,剪成一叶一芽,上端剪口距离芽0.5-1cm,下端剪口距离芽2-3cm,下端剪口为楔形,将剪好的插穗在1000倍的甲基托布津溶液中浸泡3秒后取出备用(消毒);
(2)准备好扦插基质装在50孔穴盘中,基质为黄心土:泥炭土:珍珠岩=1:2:1;
(3)基质用800-1000倍甲基托布津消毒;
(4)将消毒的插穗扦插在穴盘中;
(5)用生根剂将基质浇透,生根剂配方如下:
吲哚丁酸(IBA)10mg/L+分裂素(6-BA)5mg/L+磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)200mg/L+蔗糖10g/L+维生素(B6)10mg/L+维生素(B2)10mg/L。1个月后再浇1次,4个月后,生根率达到96%。
实施例2

吲哚丁酸(IBA)20mg/L+分裂素(6-BA)10mg/L+磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)100mg/L+蔗糖5g/L+维生素(B6)5mg/L+维生素(B2)5mg/L,1个月后再浇1次,4个月后,生根率达到95%。

选用常规方法,常规生根剂:
具体操作如下:
选择当年生油茶春梢,剪成一叶一芽,上端剪口距离芽0.5-1cm,下端剪口距离芽2-3cm,下端剪口为楔形(剪口角度为45°),将剪好的插穗在1000倍的甲基托布津溶液中浸泡3秒后取出备用(消毒);将剪好的接穗在100mg/L IBA溶液中浸泡30min,将浸泡生根剂的插穗扦插在50孔穴盘中,基质为黄心土:泥炭土:珍珠岩=1:2:1;基质用800-1000倍甲基托布津消毒;用塑料薄膜覆盖,正常管理。生根率达到76%。
