一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,涉及一种支撑架,水泥座(13)下部的多个“Z”形板(14)通过膨胀螺栓(15)固定连接地面,水泥滑块(10)的下部处于所述凹坑内,两个筒(6)的下端固定在水泥滑块的上部面两侧,固定在每一消震杆(2)下部的环板(5)处于所述两个筒内的中部,套在每一消震杆上的下弹簧(7)上下两端分别顶在每一消震杆的环板下部和筒的底板(9)上,套在环板上部消震杆上的上弹簧(4)的上下两端分别顶在筒上端的盖(3)和环板上,两消震杆的上端连接抱箍两侧的长侧板(19);本发明通过在抱箍与水泥座之间设置水泥滑块和双弹簧减震,获取了管道的柔性支撑,有效减少了管道震动对支座的影响。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种支撑架,尤其是涉及一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置。
【背景技术】
公知的,随着石油化工产业的发展,对于石化产品的下游产业加工也越来越多,管道是输送石化半成品或成品的主要载体,管道通过液压泵可以由储存罐至生产设备的快速运送,然而液压泵在对原料加压输送时,所产生的振幅也会对管道产生较大的影响,所以管道需要使用“门”字形支架、墙壁支架或地面支架进行支撑,并且对支架设计的要求也将越来越高, 这是因为输送管道对于连接较高的储存罐、加工设备时,还要有增压泵的作业才能达到原料的升高,管道支架设置的是否合理和抗震效果好坏,直接影响着整个装置的安全运行。目前市售的支架主要有承重支吊架、限位支架和防振支架三种,这些防振支架为大多为抱箍形式,使用复杂且安装要求极高,并且不利于减少管道与防振支架的硬性接触形成的磨损。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,通过在抱箍与水泥座之间设置水泥滑块和双弹簧减震,获取了管道的柔性支撑,有效减少了管道震动对支座的影响。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,包括水泥座、“Z”形板、膨胀螺栓、水泥滑块、筒、上弹簧、下弹簧、消震杆和抱箍,水泥座的下部设有多个“Z”形板,所述多个“Z”形板通过膨胀螺栓固定连接地面,在水泥座的上部面设有凹坑,水泥滑块的下部处于所述凹坑内,两个筒的下端固定在水泥滑块的上部面两侧,固定在每一消震杆下部的环板处于所述两个筒内的中部,套在每一消震杆上的下弹簧上下两端分别顶在每一消震杆的环板下部和筒的底板上,套在环板上部消震杆上的上弹簧的上下两端分别顶在筒上端的盖和环板上,两消震杆的上端连接抱箍两侧的长侧板,抱箍固定管道。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,多个“Z”形板的上部插板嵌入水泥座的下部四周。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,在水泥滑块的下部面设有四氟滑板,所述四氟滑板坐在水泥座的凹坑底部面上。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,在水泥座的凹坑底部面设有不锈钢滑板。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,抱箍包括下半圆板、长侧板、上半圆板和短侧板,在下半圆板的两侧分别设有长侧板,两长侧板套在两消震杆的上端,在两长侧板上下面的两消震杆上分别设有至少一个螺母,上半圆板两侧的短侧板分别通过锁紧螺丝固定在两长侧板上,所述上半圆板和下半圆板之间形成的圆孔固定管道。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,在两个筒的下端两侧分别设有角铁,角铁的下平面固定在水泥滑块上。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,在筒下端设置的底板中部设有圆孔,消震杆的下端处于圆孔中。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,在筒上端设置的盖中部设有通孔,消震杆的上端处于通孔中。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,所述水泥滑块的四周与水泥座的凹坑内壁之间留有至少两公分的间隙。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,利用水泥座凹坑内的不锈钢滑板与水泥滑块的四氟滑板消减管道水平任意方向振幅;由两个筒中的上弹簧和下弹簧消减来自管道的上下振幅;本发明有效克服了现有技术抗震效果较差的问题。

结合附图1或2所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,包括水泥座13、“Z”形板14、膨胀螺栓15、水泥滑块10、筒6、上弹簧4、下弹簧7、消震杆2和抱箍,水泥座13的下部设有多个“Z”形板14,多个“Z”形板14的上部插板嵌入水泥座13的下部四周,所述多个“Z”形板14通过膨胀螺栓15固定连接地面,在水泥座13的上部面设有凹坑,在水泥滑块10的下部面设有四氟滑板12,所述四氟滑板12坐在水泥座13的凹坑底部面上,在水泥座13的凹坑底部面设有不锈钢滑板22,水泥滑块10下部的四氟滑板12与水泥座13凹坑底部面的不锈钢滑板22滑动配合,所述水泥滑块10的四周与水泥座13的凹坑内壁之间留有至少两公分的间隙11;在两个筒6的下端两侧分别设有角铁8,四个角铁8的下平面分为两两固定在水泥滑块10的上部面两侧,也就是每一个筒6的下端设置两个角铁8,两个筒6和下端的两个角铁8分别固定在水泥滑块10的上部面两侧,固定在每一消震杆2下部的环板5处于所述两个筒6内的中部,套在每一消震杆2上的下弹簧7上下两端分别顶在每一消震杆2的环板5下部和筒6的底板9上,其中筒6下端设置的底板9中部设有圆孔,消震杆2的下端处于圆孔中,在筒6上端设置的盖3中部设有通孔,消震杆2的上端处于通孔中,套在环板5上部消震杆2上的上弹簧4的上下两端分别顶在筒6上端的盖3和环板5上,两消震杆2的上端连接抱箍两侧的长侧板19;抱箍包括下半圆板16、长侧板19、上半圆板21和短侧板20,在下半圆板16的两侧分别设有长侧板19,两长侧板19套在两消震杆2的上端,在两长侧板19上下面的两消震杆2上分别设有至少一个螺母17,上半圆板21两侧的短侧板20分别通过锁紧螺丝18固定在两长侧板19上,所述上半圆板21和下半圆板16之间形成的圆孔固定管道1。
实施本发明所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的地面减震装置,使用时利用膨胀螺栓15将水泥座13固定在地面“水泥地面”,若地面为土地,可将水泥座13下部加深,然后挖一个基坑,使用水泥座13下部的加深埋入土地中,将水泥滑块10下端的四氟滑板12放入水泥座13凹坑内的不锈钢滑板22上,由水泥滑块10的四氟滑板12和水泥座13的不锈钢滑板22获取水平任意方向振幅的消减;将管道1放入下半圆板16中,使用上半圆板21扣在管道1上部,使用锁紧螺丝18固定下半圆板16的长侧板19和上半圆板21的短侧板20;其中设置在筒6中的上弹簧4和下弹簧7能够消减来自管道1的上下振幅。
