一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,涉及一种管道的减震支架,三角架通过膨胀螺栓(13)固定在墙体上,在三角架横梁(11)上部面两侧分别设有筒体(6),两减震杆(15)的下部外缘分别设有隔板(7),每一减震杆的隔板分别处于两筒体内的中部,套在减震杆隔板下部的下弹簧(8)的上下两端分别顶在隔板和筒体的底板(10)上,套在减震杆隔板上部的上弹簧(5)的上下两端分别顶在筒体上端上盖(4)和隔板上,两减震杆的上端分别连接抱箍的两长侧板(17)外端,所述抱箍固定管道(19);本发明利用上弹簧和下弹簧夹持的隔板形成柔性支撑,获取了管道柔性支撑,有效减少了管道的磨损。

一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种管道的减震支架,尤其是涉及一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置。
【背景技术】
公知的,随着石油化工产业的发展,对于石化产品的下游产业加工也越来越多,管道是输送石化半成品或成品的主要载体,管道通过液压泵可以由储存罐至生产设备的快速运送,然而液压泵在对原料加压输送时,所产生的振幅也会对管道产生较大的影响,所以管道需要使用“门”字形支架、墙壁支架或地面支架进行支撑,并且对支架设计的要求也将越来越高, 这是因为输送管道对于连接较高的储存罐、加工设备时,还要有增压泵的作业才能达到原料的升高,管道支架设置的是否合理和抗震效果好坏,直接影响着整个装置的安全运行。目前市售的支架主要有承重支吊架、限位支架和防振支架三种,这些防振支架为大多为抱箍形式,使用复杂且安装要求极高,并且不利于减少管道与防振支架的硬性接触形成的磨损。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,利用上弹簧和下弹簧夹持的隔板形成柔性支撑,获取了管道柔性支撑,有效减少了管道的磨损。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,包括三角架、膨胀螺栓、筒体、减震杆、上弹簧、下弹簧和抱箍,三角架通过膨胀螺栓固定在墙体上,在三角架横梁上部面两侧分别设有筒体,两减震杆的下部外缘分别设有隔板,每一减震杆的隔板分别处于两筒体内的中部,套在减震杆隔板下部的下弹簧的上下两端分别顶在隔板和筒体的底板上,套在减震杆隔板上部的上弹簧的上下两端分别顶在筒体上端上盖和隔板上,两减震杆的上端分别连接抱箍的两长侧板外端,所述抱箍固定管道。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,在三角架横梁上部面两侧分别两个角铁,每侧的两两角铁分别固定两筒体的下端,所述两筒体的下端与三角架横梁的上部面留有间隔。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,所述三角架的三角架横梁外端与三角架立梁的下端之间设有斜支撑。
所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,所述抱箍包括上半圆板、短侧板、下半圆板和长侧板,在上半圆板的两侧分别设有短侧板,下半圆板的两侧分别设有长侧板,两长侧板的两端分别套在两减震杆的上端,在两长侧板上下的两减震杆上分别设有至少一个螺母,上半圆板的两短侧板分别通过螺栓、螺母固定在两长侧板上,上半圆板和下半圆板夹持管道。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,在管道使用过程中出现的振幅通过筒体内的上弹簧和下弹簧消化,由于支撑管道的上弹簧和下弹簧与筒体为柔性连接,所以获取了管道柔性支撑,有效减少了管道的磨损;本发明有效克服了现有技术管道容易磨损的问题。

结合附图1或2所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,包括三角架、膨胀螺栓13、筒体6、减震杆15、上弹簧5、下弹簧8和抱箍,三角架通过膨胀螺栓13固定在墙体上,所述三角架的三角架横梁11外端与三角架立梁14的下端之间设有斜支撑12,在三角架横梁11上部面两侧分别两个角铁9,每侧的两两角铁9分别固定两筒体6的下端,所述两筒体6的下端与三角架横梁11的上部面留有间隔,两减震杆15的下部外缘分别设有隔板7,每一减震杆15的隔板7分别处于两筒体6内的中部,套在减震杆15隔板7下部的下弹簧8的上下两端分别顶在隔板7和筒体6的底板10上,套在减震杆15隔板7上部的上弹簧5的上下两端分别顶在筒体6上端上盖4和隔板7上,两减震杆15的上端分别连接抱箍的两长侧板17外端,所述抱箍包括上半圆板1、短侧板18、下半圆板2和长侧板17,在上半圆板1的两侧分别设有短侧板18,下半圆板2的两侧分别设有长侧板17,两长侧板17的两端分别套在两减震杆15的上端,在两长侧板17上下的两减震杆15上分别设有至少一个螺母3,上半圆板1的两短侧板18分别通过螺栓16、螺母固定在两长侧板17上,上半圆板1和下半圆板2夹持管道19。
实施本发明所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,使用时,利用膨胀螺栓13将三角架固定在墙壁22上,在打孔时最好将孔打在墙壁22的墙体水泥梁21上或墙砖20上,以便获取本发明与墙体的牢固连接;然后将铺设的管道19放在下半圆板2上,将上半圆板1扣在管道19上部,使用螺栓16、螺母3固定上半圆板1两侧的短侧板18在长侧板17上便可。
本发明未详述部分为现有技术。

1.一种乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,包括三角架、膨胀螺栓(13)、筒体(6)、减震杆(15)、上弹簧(5)、下弹簧(8)和抱箍,其特征是:三角架通过膨胀螺栓(13)固定在墙体上,在三角架横梁(11)上部面两侧分别设有筒体(6),两减震杆(15)的下部外缘分别设有隔板(7),每一减震杆(15)的隔板(7)分别处于两筒体(6)内的中部,套在减震杆(15)隔板(7)下部的下弹簧(8)的上下两端分别顶在隔板(7)和筒体(6)的底板(10)上,套在减震杆(15)隔板(7)上部的上弹簧(5)的上下两端分别顶在筒体(6)上端上盖(4)和隔板(7)上,两减震杆(15)的上端分别连接抱箍的两长侧板(17)外端,所述抱箍固定管道(19);
进一步,在三角架横梁(11)上部面两侧分别两个角铁(9),每侧的两两角铁(9)分别固定两筒体(6)的下端,所述两筒体(6)的下端与三角架横梁(11)的上部面留有间隔;
进一步,所述抱箍包括上半圆板(1)、短侧板(18)、下半圆板(2)和长侧板(17),在上半圆板(1)的两侧分别设有短侧板(18),下半圆板(2)的两侧分别设有长侧板(17),两长侧板(17)的两端分别套在两减震杆(15)的上端,在两长侧板(17)上下的两减震杆(15)上分别设有至少一个螺母(3),上半圆板(1)的两短侧板(18)分别通过螺栓(16)、螺母固定在两长侧板(17)上,上半圆板(1)和下半圆板(2)夹持管道(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乙二醇锑原料输送管道的墙壁减震装置,其特征是:所述三角架的三角架横梁(11)外端与三角架立梁(14)的下端之间设有斜支撑(12)。
