技术领域
本发明涉及模具制造技术领域,具体涉及一种模具清洁材料及其制备方法,该模具清洁材料尤其适用于复杂模具的清洁及保养。
背景技术
模具清洁材料是用于清洗模具钢材、铍铜模具及橡胶模具等表面上的油污等杂质的一种产品。传统模具清洁材料具有以下弊端:
1)由于流动性差,复杂模具的填充效果不理想,污染物无法完全清除;
2)由于在有机清洁剂用量较大,在生产和使用过程中大量有机物挥发(比如乙醇胺、甲醛)危害身体健康;
3)传统清洁材料都是热固性橡胶,需要硫化剂等配合固化交联,时间较长。
发明内容
基于现有技术中的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种环保、高流动性、热塑型的模具清洁材料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种模具清洁材料,所述模具清洁材料的制备原料包括以下重量份的组分:62~85份热塑性弹性体、1~12份液态清洁剂、5~25份固态清洁剂、0.1~0.5份偶联剂、0.1-0.3份玻璃纤维。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用热塑性弹体,无需使用交联剂,更环保且热塑性能更高;采用固态清洁剂和液态清洁剂配合使用,避免了现有技术中单纯使用液态清洁剂所存在的易于挥发不利于环保及人体健康的缺陷;采用本发明配方制得的模具清洁材料耐热性能更好,传统技术中由液态清洁剂制得的模具清洁材料最高只能随175℃的温度,而本发明配方制得的模具清洁材料在230℃下仍具备良好的清洁性能;通过可塑性弹性体优越的流动性对待清洁模具能够充分填充且能够适应各种复杂几何形状模具的填充。
本发明还提供一种模具清洁材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将固态清洁剂和经醇类物质水解后的硅烷偶联剂混合后进行搅拌;
S2、将所述步骤S1反应后的固态清洁剂与热塑性弹性体、液态清洁剂和玻璃纤维进行混炼。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的制备方法操作工艺简单易行,可大大提高生产效率,满足市场对模具清洁材料的各种苛刻要求。

优选地,所述片状叶腊石的平均粒径为3~35微米,长径比为70:1~180:1,所述片状叶腊石的比表面积为6~22m2/g;所述粒状凹凸棒石的平均粒径为0.5~58微米,所述粒状凹凸棒石的比表面积为2~6m2/g;所述多孔粉石英的平均粒径为0.3~46微米,所述多孔粉石英的比表面积为19~75m2/g。

所述制备原料中的试剂均为市售常规购买即可,其中实施例1~5中的固态清洁剂规格为:所述片状叶腊石的平均粒径为3~35微米;所述粒状凹凸棒石的平均粒径为0.5~58微米;所述多孔粉石英的平均粒径为0.3~46微米。
所述模具清洁材料的制备方法如下:
S1、将固态清洁剂和经乙醇水解的硅烷偶联剂KH560加入高速搅拌机内,在高速搅拌的条件下进行混合,在70℃条件下搅拌10分钟,实现固态清洁剂的表面处理,挥发除去乙醇待用。
S2、将步骤S1得到表面处理后的固态清洁剂与热塑性弹性体、液态清洁剂、润滑剂、玻璃纤维投入密炼机,于70℃条件下混炼10分钟,混合料冷却至室温,得到高环保、高流动性、热塑型模具清洁材料,切粒待用。
将实施例1~7制得的模具清洁材料进行性能检测,所述性能检测过程中使用的均为本领域的常规检测方法,检测结果如下表2所示:

从表2中可看出,实施例1~5所制备的环保、高流动性、热塑型模具清洁材料能承受最高模具温度至少可达190℃-210℃,远远高于目前的模具清洁橡胶175℃;由于温度高,流动性好,清洁效果优异,缩短了清洁时间到120秒,大大提高了工作效率。通过固态清洁剂比表面积的配合,对模具污染物进行有效清洁的同时,减少了液态清洁剂的使用,固态清洁剂对有机挥发物的充分吸收,最大限度的减少有机挥发物的析出。气味、VOC等测试数据均较佳,对于需要使用大量溶剂的清模橡胶制备领域具有重要意义。
实施例6的模具清洁材料制备中,固态清洁剂采用吸附能力强的硅藻土+活性炭,然而制得的清洁材料的清洁时间增加,清洁次数增加,模具残留物增加,VOC值增加。
实施例7的模具清洁材料制备中,当固态清洁剂粒径,清洁时间增加,清洁次数增加,模具残留物增加,VOC值增加。因此,所述固态清洁剂优选片状叶腊石、粒状凹凸棒石或多孔粉石英中的至少一种。所述片状叶腊石的平均粒径优选为3~35微米;所述粒状凹凸棒石的平均粒径优选为0.5~58微米;所述多孔粉石英的平均粒径优选为0.3~46微米。
本发明还可根据需要添加芳香剂等其他不影响清洁性能的环保型辅料。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种模具清洁材料及其制备方法,该模具清洁材料及其制备方法具有低VOC、高流动性、热塑性和成型速度快等优点。

Claims (10)
1.一种模具清洁材料,其特征在于:所述模具清洁材料的制备原料包括以下重量份的组分:62~85份热塑性弹性体、1~12份液态清洁剂、5~25份固态清洁剂、0.1~0.5份偶联剂、0.1-0.3份玻璃纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具清洁材料,其特征在于:所述固态清洁剂选自片状叶腊石、粒状凹凸棒石或多孔粉石英中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的模具清洁材料,其特征在于:所述片状叶腊石的平均粒径为3~35微米,长径比为70:1~180:1,所述片状叶腊石的比表面积为6~22m2/g;所述粒状凹凸棒石的平均粒径为0.5~58微米,所述粒状凹凸棒石的比表面积为2~6m2/g;所述多孔粉石英的平均粒径为0.3~46微米,所述多孔粉石英的比表面积为19~75m2/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的模具清洁材料,其特征在于:所述热塑性弹性体选自EPDM、POE、SEBS或SBS中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模具清洁材料,其特征在于:所述液态清洁剂选自苯乙双胍、二甲双胍、十氢化萘或二甲基亚砜中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的模具清洁材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH560。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的模具清洁材料,其特征在于:所述模具清洁材料的制备原料还包括润滑剂。
8.一种模具清洁材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将固态清洁剂和经醇类物质水解后的硅烷偶联剂混合后进行搅拌;
S2、将所述步骤S1反应后的固态清洁剂与热塑性弹性体、液态清洁剂和玻璃纤维进行混炼。
9.根据权利要求8所述的模具清洁材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中搅拌操作的温度为65℃~75℃,时间为8分钟~10分钟;所述步骤S2中混炼操作的温度为65℃~75℃,时间为10分钟~12分钟。
10.根据权利要求8所述的模具清洁材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述醇类物质为乙醇。
