Abstract

本发明涉及房屋建筑技术领域,具体公开了一种复合墙体,包括外墙板、内墙板和填充在所述外墙板和内墙板之间的填充层,所述外墙板的材料的组成成分包括水泥、矿山废料、木质纤维素、秸秆粉末、减水剂、耐碱玻璃纤维和混凝土防水剂。本发明的复合墙体的外墙板的性质类似钢板,有一定韧性,且坚固耐用,防水防火,隔热隔音,材质轻便,低碳环保,制造施工方便,有效地提高了复合墙体整体的各方面性能,易于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及房屋制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合墙体。
背景技术
建筑墙体一般采用单一材料砌筑,如砖砌墙体、空心砌块墙体、加气混凝土墙体等。由于建筑节能的需要,很多单一材料墙体本身导热系数太大,不能满足保温隔热的要求,因此往往用承重材料与高效保温材料进行复合,组成复合墙体。常见的复合墙体中,其外墙多为砖混墙、木板或其他复合板材,这种材料的外墙坚固性和防水性较差,其墙体填充物的综合性能差,施工烦琐,与墙体的结合不紧密,与钢架的适应能力差,透气漏风,吸水率高,而复合墙体的结构本身也存在坚固性和稳定性较差的问题。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种复合墙体,以现有技术中的复合墙体的外墙坚固性和防水性较差等问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种复合墙体,包括外墙板、内墙板和填充在所述外墙板和内墙板之间的填充层,所述外墙板的材料的组成成分包括:水泥、矿山废料、木质纤维素、秸秆粉末、减水剂、耐碱玻璃纤维和混凝土防水剂。
优选地,所述外墙板的材料的配比为:1水泥,1~2.5矿山废料,0.0045~0.0055木质纤维素,0.18~0.22秸秆粉末,0.001~0.01减水剂,0.001~0.01耐碱玻璃纤维,0.005~0.05混凝土防水剂,0.4~0.5水。
优选地,所述水泥为硫铝酸盐水泥。
优选地,所述矿山废料的粒径为8目~20目。
优选地,所述外墙板的厚度为2.5cm~5cm。
优选地,所述外墙板的内部设有预埋钢架。
优选地,所述内墙板与外墙板的材料相同。
优选地,所述内墙板的厚度为0.8cm~1.5cm。
优选地,所述内墙板的内部设有预埋钢架。
优选地,所述填充层的材料为保温材料。
(三)有益效果
本发明的复合墙体通过改变外墙板和内墙板的材料,使外墙板和内墙板的性质类似钢板,有一定韧性,且坚固耐用,防水防火,隔热隔音,材质轻便,低碳环保,制造施工方便,有效地提高了复合墙体整体的各方面性能,使这种复合墙体的各方面性能均优于现有技术中的复合墙体,易于推广使用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例的复合墙体包括:外墙板1、内墙板3、钢骨架(图1中为画出)和填充层2,所述钢骨架的底部固定在地面上或者底面上的底座和基座等结构上,外墙板1连接(安装)在所述钢骨架的外侧,内墙板3连接(安装)在所述钢骨架的内侧,填充层2为填充(浇注)在外墙板1和内墙板2之间的发泡材料。
外墙板1为平板状预制墙板,其厚度通常为2.5cm~5cm,其材料为高强纤维水泥板,其材料的组成成分包括:水泥、矿山废料、木质纤维素、秸秆粉末、减水剂、耐碱玻璃纤维和混凝土防水剂,其材料的配比(按质量)为:1水泥,1~2.5矿山废料,0.0045~0.0055木质纤维素,0.18~0.22秸秆粉末,0.001~0.01减水剂,0.001~0.01耐碱玻璃纤维,0.005~0.05混凝土防水剂,0.4~0.5水,本实施例中外墙板1的材料的配比为:1水泥,1矿山废料,0.0045木质纤维素,0.18秸秆粉末,0.001减水剂,0.001耐碱玻璃纤维,0.005混凝土防水剂,0.4水,其中,水泥优选为硫铝酸盐水泥,矿山废料的粒径优选为8目~20目。外墙板1通过一体化模具采用喷射成型工艺并按照装饰混凝土的规范要求制作而成,所述喷射成型工艺优选为GRC喷射成型工艺,其内部设有预埋钢架,所述预埋钢架可以为网状,其布置在整个外墙板的内部。这种外墙板1的性质类似钢板,有一定韧性,且坚固耐用,防水防火,隔热隔音,材质轻便,低碳环保,制造施工方便。
同时,这种外墙板1的外部可塑性很强,装饰效果也很显著,可仿制成各种天然石材和木纹效果,以及各种艺术效果。
内墙板3也为平板状预制墙板,其厚度通常为0.8cm~1.5cm,其材料和制造工艺可以与外墙板1相同,也可以选择其他类似或适合的材料。
所述钢骨架为框架结构,包括横梁和纵梁,所述钢骨架为所述复合墙体整体的基础,本实施例中所述钢骨架为轻质钢骨架,其屈服强度为655Mpa,拉伸强度为715Mpa,伸长率为11%。这种钢骨架性能优异,用钢量少,自重轻,提高了房屋使用面积,且安装施工方便。所述钢骨架上设有安装孔,外墙板1和内墙板3上均设有安装件(如金属架或金属安装座等结构),并通过螺栓安装在所述钢骨架上,这种安装方式快捷、简单、高效。
填充层2的材料为发泡材料,其具体可以为泡沫混凝土,本实施例中其材料的组成成分包括:水泥、发泡剂、防水剂和增强剂,所述发泡水泥的配比(按质量)为:1水泥,0.005~0.01发泡剂,0.005~0.02防水剂,0.005~0.02增强剂,0.45~0.55水,其中,水泥优选为普通硅酸盐水泥,发泡剂优选为动物或植蛋白质发泡剂。填充层2的发泡材料按所述配比采用物理发泡工艺制作而成。这种填充层2属于无机材料,其能与外墙板1和内墙板2完美结合(结合紧密),400kg/m3密度的抗压强度达1.8Mpa,密度越大强度越大,耐热性达1000摄氏度,使用寿命长,该材料具备优良的保温,隔音,防火性能,是一种优良的无机的保温隔热材料,无毒害、抗老化、不开裂,其强度可根据需要进行调节,也可加入轻质骨料、陶粒、聚苯颗粒、玻化微珠、闭孔珍珠岩,或者同时加入粉煤灰、尾矿砂等再生物料,极大降低成本。
所述复合墙体的施工方法,所述施工方法的步骤包括:
S1.将钢骨架的底部通过螺栓或焊接等方式固定在地面上或地面上的基座上;
S2.将外墙板通过螺栓及安装架安装在钢骨架的外侧,将内墙板通过螺栓及安装件安装在钢骨架的内侧;
S3.通过物理发泡法将发泡材料填充在外墙板和内墙板之间,形成填充层,发泡材料从下部开始填充或灌注,且可以在上部留有一定的空间,它的泵送技术可解决结构的死角间隙,施工工艺简单。实际施工时可以采用现场浇注、预制砌块或者与外墙板及内墙板整体预制等方式。
实施例2
本实施例中外墙板1的材料的配比为:1水泥,1.5矿山废料,0.005木质纤维素,0.2秸秆粉末,0.005减水剂,0.005耐碱玻璃纤维,0.03混凝土防水剂,0.45水。
实施例3
本实施例中外墙板1的材料的配比为:1水泥,2.5矿山废料,0.0055木质纤维素,0.22秸秆粉末,0.01减水剂,0.01耐碱玻璃纤维,0.05混凝土防水剂,0.5水。
本发明的复合墙体包括将外墙板、内墙板、钢骨架和填充层,各部分结合紧密,材料性质优良,使复合墙体具有较好的坚固性、稳定性、防水性、防火性、保温性和隔音性,延长了复合墙体的使用寿命,且施工方便快捷,环保节能,所以,这种复合墙体的各方面性能均优于现有技术中的复合墙体,易于推广使用。

1.一种复合墙体,其特征在于,包括外墙板、内墙板和填充在所述外墙板和内墙板之间的填充层,所述外墙板的材料的组成成分包括:水泥、矿山废料、木质纤维素、秸秆粉末、减水剂、耐碱玻璃纤维和混凝土防水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述外墙板的材料的配比为:1水泥,1~2.5矿山废料,0.0045~0.0055木质纤维素,0.18~0.22秸秆粉末,0.001~0.01减水剂,0.001~0.01耐碱玻璃纤维,0.005~0.05混凝土防水剂,0.4~0.5水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述水泥为硫铝酸盐水泥。
4.根据权利要求2所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述矿山废料的粒径为8目~20目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述外墙板的厚度为2.5cm~5cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述外墙板的内部设有预埋钢架。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任何一项所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述内墙板与外墙板的材料相同。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述内墙板的厚度为0.8cm~1.5cm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述内墙板的内部设有预埋钢架。
10.根据权利要求1所述的复合墙体,其特征在于,所述填充层的材料为保温材料。
