Abstract
本发明涉及养殖技术领域,尤其是涉及一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,包括下述步骤,1)亲鱼的选择:选择体质健壮、体形丰满、鳞片和鳞条完整、体色青灰而有光泽的二龄雌雄鲫鱼作为亲本;2)亲本培养:将雌亲本鲫鱼与雄亲本鲫鱼分池培养,对雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼喂食鲫鱼饲料,鲫鱼饲料由以下重量份原料制成,南瓜、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、大豆卵磷脂、牡蛎肉、菠菜、桑叶、大蒜提取物、食盐;3)注射激素催产:对雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂,催产剂包括HCG、LRH‑A3及生理盐水;4)人工受精;5)受精卵孵化。本发明的一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,能够有效地提高鲫鱼亲本的繁殖能力及鲫鱼育苗的存活率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及养殖技术领域,尤其是涉及一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法。
背景技术
鲫鱼主要是以植物为食的杂食性鱼,喜群集而行,择食而居。肉质细嫩,营养价值很高,每百克肉含蛋白质13克、脂肪11克,并含有大量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鲫鱼药用价值极高,其性平味甘,入胃、肾,具有和中补虚、除羸、温胃进食、补中生气之功效。鲫鱼分布广泛,全国各地水域常年均有生产,以2-4月份和8-12月份的鲫鱼最为肥美,为我国重要食用鱼类之一。最大体长约30厘米,栖息深度为0-20米,无毒,经济型食用鱼类,物美价廉。
由于环境的污染日益加重,鲫鱼的生长环境遭到威胁,使得鲫鱼的免疫力、活力较低,导致鲫鱼亲本所产下的鲫鱼的精子及卵子结合率低、鱼苗成活率低,生长速度缓慢。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,能够有效地提高鲫鱼亲本的繁殖能力及鲫鱼育苗的存活率。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,包括下述步骤,
1)亲鱼的选择:选择体质健壮、体形丰满、鳞片和鳞条完整、体色青灰而有光泽的二龄雌雄鲫鱼作为亲本,其中每尾鲫鱼的体重为300-350g,体长体高比为2.1-2.5;
2)亲本培养:将雌亲本鲫鱼与雄亲本鲫鱼分池培养,对雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼喂食鲫鱼饲料,鲫鱼饲料由以下重量份原料制成,南瓜22-28份、花生粕60-65份、玉米蛋白粉42-46份、大豆卵磷脂25-28份、牡蛎肉10-16份、菠菜3-6份、桑叶5-8份、大蒜提取物2-3份、食盐0.8-1.2份,每天投喂鲫鱼饲料1-2次,每天的投喂量为鲫鱼体重的2-4%;
3)注射激素催产:对雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂,催产剂配置方法为;取400-800IU/kg鱼体重的HCG和2-3ug/kg鱼体重的LRH-A3,混合后加0.9%的生理盐水2ml/条鱼溶解;雄亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂的量为雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂量的一半;
4)人工受精:在注射催产剂后24-26小时后分别对雌雄亲本进行人工采卵和采精操作,再将卵子和精子搅拌均匀,制得受精卵备用;
5)受精卵孵化:将步骤4)受精卵放入孵化环道进行孵化。
进一步地,在步骤2)中的鲫鱼饲料中按鲫鱼饲料重量添加2-3%的复合维生素。
进一步地,复合维生素由以下维生素混合组成:维生素A、维生素E、维生素B、维生素C、核黄素、烟酸、泛酸,它们之间的质量比为5:4:4:3:2:1:1。
进一步地,鲫鱼饲料的制取方法为:
(1)按比例称取牡蛎肉、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、大豆卵磷脂、大蒜提取物、复合维生素份、食盐,放入搅拌机中搅拌300-360s;
(2)按比例称取南瓜、菠菜、桑叶,在18-21℃的环境下阴干,然后混合搅拌成颗粒,加入发酵剂及适量的水,最后在28-30℃的条件发酵8-10天;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)进行混合搅拌,制得鲫鱼饲料。
进一步地,饲养雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼的鱼池水温控制在18-22℃,水中溶氧量为4-8mg/L。
进一步地,每立方水体放入2.8-3.1万粒受精卵。
本发明的有益效果是,未成熟的鲤亲鱼催产的产空率低,胚胎易死亡,出苗畸形多;另外成熟较差的亲鱼催产生易死亡,因此选择亲鱼时一定要选择成熟好的亲鱼,本发明所选择的雌亲本及亲本雄亲本能够保证产下的育苗的质量;在HCG和LRH-A3中添加生理盐水能够提高雌亲本的卵子与雄亲本精子的结合率;鱼池水温控制在18-22℃有助于鲫鱼的新陈代谢,提供鲫鱼的活力。
南瓜、菠菜、桑叶经过发酵后能够产生大量的植酸菌,显著提高了鲫鱼对营养物质的消化吸收,而且南瓜、菠菜、桑叶中的纤维素能够刺激鲫鱼消化道的蠕动和消化酶的分泌,促进食物的运动与消化;
大豆卵磷脂、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉为鲫鱼提供生长必需的蛋白质、磷、钙及镁;牡蛎体内含有大量制造精子所不可缺少的精氨酸、与微量元素亚铅。精氨酸是制造精子的主要成分,亚铅促进荷尔蒙的分泌,能够提高雄亲本精子的质量;大蒜性温,味辛;入脾、胃、肺经,强力杀菌大蒜中含硫化合物具有奇强的抗菌消炎作用,对多种球菌、杆菌、真菌和病毒等均有抑制和杀灭作用,能够减少鲫鱼的爆发性出血病、肠炎病及烂鳃病的发生;食盐能够为作为鲫鱼的助食剂,增加鲫鱼的食欲;维生素A能够避免鲫鱼眼突出、鳍和皮肤出血、鳃盖变形;维生素E能够避免鲫鱼肌营养不良、脊柱前凸、肾及胰脏退化;维生素B能够维护鲫鱼的神经系统、消化及循环系统,促进机体发育;维生素C能够防止鲫鱼发育缓慢;缺少核黄素会导致鲫鱼消瘦、怕光、易惊吓、皮肤及鳍出血及前肾坏死;烟酸能够避免鲫鱼皮肤出血;泛酸能够增加鲫鱼的活力。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,包括下述步骤,
1)亲鱼的选择:选择体质健壮、体形丰满、鳞片和鳞条完整、体色青灰而有光泽的二龄雌雄鲫鱼作为亲本,其中每尾鲫鱼的体重为300g,体长体高比为2.1。
2)亲本培养:将雌亲本鲫鱼与雄亲本鲫鱼分池培养,对雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼喂食鲫鱼饲料,鲫鱼饲料由以下重量份原料制成,南瓜22份、花生粕60份、玉米蛋白粉42份、大豆卵磷脂25份、牡蛎肉10份、菠菜3份、桑叶5份、大蒜提取物2份、食盐0.8份,每天投喂鲫鱼饲料1次,每天的投喂量为鲫鱼体重的2%。
鲫鱼饲料的制取方法为:
(1)按比例称取牡蛎肉、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、大豆卵磷脂、大蒜提取物、复合维生素份、食盐,放入搅拌机中搅拌300s;
(2)按比例称取南瓜、菠菜、桑叶,在18℃的环境下阴干,然后混合搅拌成颗粒,加入发酵剂及适量的水,最后在28℃的条件发酵8天;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)进行混合搅拌,制得鲫鱼饲料。
在鲫鱼饲料中按鲫鱼饲料重量添加2%的复合维生素。复合维生素由以下维生素混合组成:维生素A、维生素E、维生素B、维生素C、核黄素、烟酸、泛酸,它们之间的质量比为5:4:4:3:2:1:1。
饲养雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼的鱼池水温控制在18℃,水中溶氧量为4mg/L。
3)注射激素催产:对雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂,催产剂配置方法为;取400IU/kg鱼体重的HCG和2ug/kg鱼体重的LRH-A3,混合后加0.9%的生理盐水2ml/条鱼溶解;雄亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂的量为雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂量的一半;
4)人工受精:在注射催产剂后24小时后分别对雌雄亲本进行人工采卵和采精操作,再将卵子和精子搅拌均匀,制得受精卵备用;
5)受精卵孵化:将步骤4)受精卵放入孵化环道进行孵化,每立方水体放入2.8万粒受精卵。
实施例2
一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,包括下述步骤,
1)亲鱼的选择:选择体质健壮、体形丰满、鳞片和鳞条完整、体色青灰而有光泽的二龄雌雄鲫鱼作为亲本,其中每尾鲫鱼的体重为350g,体长体高比为2.5。
2)亲本培养:将雌亲本鲫鱼与雄亲本鲫鱼分池培养,对雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼喂食鲫鱼饲料,鲫鱼饲料由以下重量份原料制成,南瓜28份、花生粕65份、玉米蛋白粉46份、大豆卵磷脂28份、牡蛎肉16份、菠菜6份、桑叶8份、大蒜提取物3份、食盐1.2份,每天投喂鲫鱼饲料2次,每天的投喂量为鲫鱼体重的4%。
鲫鱼饲料的制取方法为:
(1)按比例称取牡蛎肉、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、大豆卵磷脂、大蒜提取物、复合维生素份、食盐,放入搅拌机中搅拌360s;
(2)按比例称取南瓜、菠菜、桑叶,在21℃的环境下阴干,然后混合搅拌成颗粒,加入发酵剂及适量的水,最后在30℃的条件发酵10天;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)进行混合搅拌,制得鲫鱼饲料。
在鲫鱼饲料中按鲫鱼饲料重量添加3%的复合维生素。复合维生素由以下维生素混合组成:维生素A、维生素E、维生素B、维生素C、核黄素、烟酸、泛酸,它们之间的质量比为5:4:4:3:2:1:1。
饲养雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼的鱼池水温控制在22℃,水中溶氧量为8mg/L。
3)注射激素催产:对雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂,催产剂配置方法为;取800IU/kg鱼体重的HCG和3ug/kg鱼体重的LRH-A3,混合后加0.9%的生理盐水2ml/条鱼溶解;雄亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂的量为雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂量的一半;
4)人工受精:在注射催产剂后26小时后分别对雌雄亲本进行人工采卵和采精操作,再将卵子和精子搅拌均匀,制得受精卵备用;
5)受精卵孵化:将步骤4)受精卵放入孵化环道进行孵化,每立方水体放入3.1万粒受精卵。
实施例3
一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,包括下述步骤,
1)亲鱼的选择:选择体质健壮、体形丰满、鳞片和鳞条完整、体色青灰而有光泽的二龄雌雄鲫鱼作为亲本,其中每尾鲫鱼的体重为320g,体长体高比为2.1-2.5。
2)亲本培养:将雌亲本鲫鱼与雄亲本鲫鱼分池培养,对雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼喂食鲫鱼饲料,鲫鱼饲料由以下重量份原料制成,南瓜26份、花生粕62份、玉米蛋白粉44份、大豆卵磷脂26份、牡蛎肉27份、菠菜4份、桑叶6份、大蒜提取物2.5份、食盐1.0份,每天投喂鲫鱼饲料1次,每天的投喂量为鲫鱼体重的3%。
鲫鱼饲料的制取方法为:
(1)按比例称取牡蛎肉、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、大豆卵磷脂、大蒜提取物、复合维生素份、食盐,放入搅拌机中搅拌330s;
(2)按比例称取南瓜、菠菜、桑叶,在20℃的环境下阴干,然后混合搅拌成颗粒,加入发酵剂及适量的水,最后在29℃的条件发酵9天;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)进行混合搅拌,制得鲫鱼饲料。
在鲫鱼饲料中按鲫鱼饲料重量添加2.5%的复合维生素。复合维生素由以下维生素混合组成:维生素A、维生素E、维生素B、维生素C、核黄素、烟酸、泛酸,它们之间的质量比为5:4:4:3:2:1:1。
饲养雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼的鱼池水温控制在19℃,水中溶氧量为6mg/L。
3)注射激素催产:对雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂,催产剂配置方法为;取500IU/kg鱼体重的HCG和2.5ug/kg鱼体重的LRH-A3,混合后加0.9%的生理盐水2ml/条鱼溶解;雄亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂的量为雌亲本鲫鱼注射催产剂量的一半;
4)人工受精:在注射催产剂后25小时后分别对雌雄亲本进行人工采卵和采精操作,再将卵子和精子搅拌均匀,制得受精卵备用;
5)受精卵孵化:将步骤4)受精卵放入孵化环道进行孵化,每立方水体放入3.0万粒受精卵。
对比例1
使用常规饲料代替实施例2中的鲫鱼饲料,其他与实施例3相同。
对比例2
采用自然繁殖方式对鲫鱼进行育种,所喂食的鲫鱼饲料与实施例3相同。
为了验证本发明的一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法的有效性,分别采用实施例3、对比例1及对比例2的养殖方法对鲫鱼进行育种,每组在1立方米的水池内进行孵化,分别记录鲫鱼的每次食完鲫鱼饲料的时间、受精率及初孵鱼苗存活率。具体数据见表1。

从表1的结果中可以看出,采用本发明实施例3的育种方法,能够增加鲫鱼的食欲,而且提供受精率及鱼苗存活率,说明本发明的鲫鱼育种方法可以显著提升鲫鱼育苗的存活率及鲫鱼的受精率。
对比例1是采用常规饲料,在表1中可明显看出鲫鱼食用常规饲料时间较长,从而反应了鲫鱼的消化力低下及活跃性价差。
对比例2采用自然繁殖方式对鲫鱼进行育种,在表1的数据中可知,卵子的受精率及初孵鱼苗存活率相对与实施例1和对比例1较低,证明本发明鲫鱼育种方法的有效性。
综上所述,本发明的一种鲫鱼育种质量的方法能够有效地提升鲫鱼育苗的存活率及鲫鱼的受精率,而且能够有效地提高鲫鱼亲本的繁殖能力。
Claims (6)
1.一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤,
1)亲鱼的选择:选择体质健壮、体形丰满、鳞片和鳞条完整、体色青灰而有光泽的二龄雌雄鲫鱼作为亲本,其中每尾鲫鱼的体重为300-350g,体长体高比为2.1-2.5;
2)亲本培养:将雌亲本鲫鱼与雄亲本鲫鱼分池培养,对雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼喂食鲫鱼饲料,鲫鱼饲料由以下重量份原料制成,南瓜22-28份、花生粕60-65份、玉米蛋白粉42-46份、大豆卵磷脂25-28份、牡蛎肉10-16份、菠菜3-6份、桑叶5-8份、大蒜提取物2-3份、食盐0.8-1.2份,每天投喂鲫鱼饲料1-2次,每天的投喂量为鲫鱼体重的2-4%;

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,其特征在于:复合维生素由以下维生素混合组成:维生素A、维生素E、维生素B、维生素C、核黄素、烟酸、泛酸,它们之间的质量比为5:4:4:3:2:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,其特征在于:鲫鱼饲料的制取方法为:
(1)按比例称取牡蛎肉、花生粕、玉米蛋白粉、大豆卵磷脂、大蒜提取物、复合维生素份、食盐,放入搅拌机中搅拌300-360s;
(2)按比例称取南瓜、菠菜、桑叶,在18-21℃的环境下阴干,然后混合搅拌成颗粒,加入发酵剂及适量的水,最后在28-30℃的条件发酵8-10天;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)进行混合搅拌,制得鲫鱼饲料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,其特征在于:饲养雌亲本鲫鱼及雄亲本鲫鱼的鱼池水温控制在18-22℃,水中溶氧量为4-8mg/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高鲫鱼育种质量的方法,其特征在于:每立方水体放入2.8-3.1万粒受精卵。
