Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性超纤鞋里革工艺,包括无纺布制备、含浸水性PU、减量开纤、剖皮、磨毛、涂饰、轧花和包装成品等步骤;本发明的优点在于:水性PU不含有害溶剂甲苯、DMF等,只含有水属绿色环保树脂,在生产过程中,通过加热挥发水分,烘干即可,减少了有害气体排放,做成的鞋里革中DMF、甲苯含量为零,对人体完全无害,提高了产品质量。

水性超纤鞋里革工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种里革生产工艺,具体地说是一种水性超纤鞋里革工艺,属于里革生产工艺领域。
背景技术
目前,传统的水性超纤原料中水性PU含有一定量的有害溶剂如甲苯、DMF等,容易对人体造成损害。而且,在生产过程中,还会有一定量的有害气体排放,做成的鞋里革中DMF、甲苯含量容易超标,进而危害人体健康。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种水性超纤鞋里革工艺,水性PU不含有害溶剂甲苯、DMF等,只含有水属绿色环保树脂,在生产过程中,通过加热挥发水分,烘干即可,减少了有害气体排放,做成的鞋里革中DMF、甲苯含量为零,对人体完全无害,提高了产品质量。
本发明的技术方案为:
水性超纤鞋里革工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)无纺布制备:用涤、锦质量比为30︰70的海岛短纤,通过针刺缠绕,形成密度为420g/㎡,厚度2.4mm的无纺布;
(2)含浸水性PU:用重量分数30%的水性PU树脂、1-5%色浆,二浸二轧,压力0.4mpa,浸轧,使水性PU浸到无纺布内,并分布均匀,轧余率,100-150℃烘干;
(3)减量开纤:用质量分数5的火碱烘干,温度100℃,保湿1小时,使纤维中涤纶成份水解,洗净,PH7-7.5;
(4)烘干定型:温度100-150℃,幅宽1.45米,基布烘干形成贝斯;
(5)剖皮:把贝斯在剖皮机上片成0.7mm厚度;
(6)磨毛:用100-300目砂纸磨毛,形成均匀短密绒面;
(7)涂饰:用水性表处树脂表面滚涂,形成0.2mm的表皮层;
(8)轧花:前加热200℃,车速10m/min,用牛羊皮压花辊压出花纹;
(9)包装成品:50-100m/卷,打卷包装。
本发明的优点在于:水性PU不含有害溶剂甲苯、DMF等,只含有水属绿色环保树脂,在生产过程中,通过加热挥发水分,烘干即可,减少了有害气体排放,做成的鞋里革中DMF、甲苯含量为零,对人体完全无害,提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中涉及到的百分号“%”,若未特别说明,是指质量百分比;但溶液的百分比,除另有规定外,是指溶液100ml中含有溶质若干克;液体之间的百分比,是指20℃时容量的比例。
实施例1
水性超纤鞋里革工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)无纺布制备:用涤、锦质量比为30︰70的海岛短纤,通过针刺缠绕,形成密度为420g/㎡,厚度2.4mm的无纺布;
(2)含浸水性PU:用重量分数30%的水性PU树脂、1-5%色浆,二浸二轧,压力0.4mpa,浸轧,使水性PU浸到无纺布内,并分布均匀,轧余率,100-150℃烘干;
(3)减量开纤:用质量分数5的火碱烘干,温度100℃,保湿1小时,使纤维中涤纶成份水解,洗净,PH7-7.5;
(4)烘干定型:温度100-150℃,幅宽1.45M,基布烘干形成贝斯;
(5)剖皮:把贝斯在剖皮机上片成0.7mm厚度;
(6)磨毛:用100-300目砂纸磨毛,形成均匀短密绒面;
(7)涂饰:用水性表处树脂表面滚涂,形成0.2mm的表皮层;
(8)轧花:前加热200℃,车速10m/min,用牛羊皮压花辊压出花纹;
(9)包装成品:50-100m/卷,打卷包装。
本发明中所用原料均为本领域生产中常用原料,均可从市场中得到,且对于生产结果不会产生影响;本发明中所采用的各种设备,均为本领域生产工艺中使用的常规设备,且各设备的操作、参数等均按照常规操作进行,并无特别之处。

1.水性超纤鞋里革工艺,其特征在于:水性超纤鞋里革工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)无纺布制备:用涤、锦质量比为30︰70的海岛短纤,通过针刺缠绕,形成密度为420g/㎡、厚度2.4mm的无纺布;
(2)含浸水性PU:用重量分数30%的水性PU树脂、1-5%色浆,二浸二轧,压力0.4mpa,浸轧,使水性PU浸到无纺布内,并分布均匀,轧余率,100-150℃烘干;
(3)减量开纤:用质量分数5的火碱烘干,温度100℃,保湿1小时,使纤维中涤纶成份水解,洗净,PH7-7.5;
(4)烘干定型:温度100-150℃,幅宽1.45米,基布烘干形成贝斯;
(5)剖皮:把贝斯在剖皮机上片成0.7mm厚度;
(6)磨毛:用100-300目砂纸磨毛,形成均匀短密绒面;
(7)涂饰:用水性表处树脂表面滚涂,形成0.2mm的表皮层;
