但是目前市场上的抗菌功能性面料普遍存在力学性能差,且柔软舒适度不好,耐磨、耐擦洗性不好。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,该方法整理的织物柔软舒适,抗菌性能优异,且力学性能佳,抗冲击性能好,耐磨、耐洗性好。

一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将月见草切碎,清洗干净,晒干,冷冻干燥,研磨,制得粉末;将粉末分散于乙醇中,40-50℃下搅拌处理3-8h,过滤,收集滤液,并对滤液进行浓缩处理,制得月见草浓缩液;
(2)将叶蜡石粉末和去离子水混合搅拌均匀转移至带有冷凝管的三口烧瓶中,然后加上述制得的月见草浓缩液,80-90℃下回流处理1-5h,然后冷却至室温,继续滴加丙烯酸酯系单体、乳化剂,缓慢升温至60-80℃,滴加引发剂,反应10-30min,反应结束后,继续加入氯化钙、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠、二甲基硅油,搅拌混合均匀,制得整理液;
(3)将涤棉织物用去离子水清洗干净,然后将清洗后的涤棉织物浸泡在上述制得的整理液中,二浸二轧,轧余率70%,取出,常温静置30min,然后采用去离子水清洗干净,干燥,最后在120℃下焙烘。

本发明制得的整理液中以聚丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,且其组分含有较多的活性基团,可有效渗入到织物纤维内部,与织物纤维结合,从而整理后的织物耐磨、耐擦洗性好,抗菌性能优异,力学性能佳。

(1)将月见草切碎,清洗干净,晒干,-15~-20℃下冷冻干燥18h,研磨,制得粉末;将粉末分散于乙醇中,40-50℃下搅拌处理7h,过滤,收集滤液,并对滤液进行浓缩处理,制得月见草浓缩液;
(2)将叶蜡石粉末和去离子水混合搅拌均匀转移至带有冷凝管的三口烧瓶中,然后加上述制得的月见草浓缩液,80-90℃下回流处理4.5h,然后冷却至室温,继续滴加丙烯酸酯系单体、乳化剂,缓慢升温至70℃,滴加引发剂,反应30min,反应结束后,继续加入氯化钙、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠、二甲基硅油,搅拌混合均匀,制得整理液;整理液中各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:叶蜡石粉末5.5份、去离子水30份、月见草浓缩液1份、丙烯酸酯系单体18份、乳化剂1.8份、引发剂1.5份、氯化钙4.5份、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠2份、二甲基硅油2.5份;
(3)将涤棉织物用去离子水清洗干净,然后将清洗后的涤棉织物浸泡在上述制得的整理液中,料液比为1:18,二浸二轧,轧余率70%,取出,常温静置30min,然后采用去离子水清洗干净,60-80℃下干燥50min,最后在120℃下焙烘。
下面对上述整理后的涤棉织物进行性能测试。
抗菌性能测试按照AATCC100-2012标准。使用金黄色葡萄球菌作为革兰氏阳性菌,大肠杆菌作为革兰氏阴性菌。
断裂强力按照ISO 13934-I/1999标准进行测试。
测试结果如表1所示:

从上述测试结果来看,本发明整理的涤棉织物具有优异的抗菌性能和力学性能,且耐洗性能好。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将月见草切碎,清洗干净,晒干,冷冻干燥,研磨,制得粉末;将粉末分散于乙醇中,40-50℃下搅拌处理3-8h,过滤,收集滤液,并对滤液进行浓缩处理,制得月见草浓缩液;
(2)将叶蜡石粉末和去离子水混合搅拌均匀转移至带有冷凝管的三口烧瓶中,然后加上述制得的月见草浓缩液,80-90℃下回流处理1-5h,然后冷却至室温,继续滴加丙烯酸酯系单体、乳化剂,缓慢升温至60-80℃,滴加引发剂,反应10-30min,反应结束后,继续加入氯化钙、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠、二甲基硅油,搅拌混合均匀,制得整理液;
(3)将涤棉织物用去离子水清洗干净,然后将清洗后的涤棉织物浸泡在上述制得的整理液中,二浸二轧,轧余率70%,取出,常温静置30min,然后采用去离子水清洗干净,干燥,最后在120℃下焙烘。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述冷冻干燥的条件为-15~-20℃,时间为10-20h。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述叶蜡石粉末、月见草浓缩液的质量比为(3-6):1。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述丙烯酸酯系单体为丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯中的一种或多种混合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述乳化剂为阿拉伯胶。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于,整理液中各组分的用量以重量份计分别为:叶蜡石粉末3-6份、去离子水15-35份、月见草浓缩液1份、丙烯酸酯系单体10-20份、乳化剂1-2份、引发剂1-2份、氯化钙3-5份、琥珀酸二(2-乙基己酯)磺酸钠1-3份、二甲基硅油0.5-3份。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(3),处理时的料液比为1:(10-20)。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉织物的抗菌整理方法,其特征在于:步骤(3),所述干燥的条件为60-80℃,干燥30-60min。
