Abstract
一种电梯乘厢(1),具有三个侧壁件(5,6,7),控制板壁件(8)及后壁件(9)。壁件(5、6、7、8、9)在其纵向边缘上具有双折弯端部,在双折弯端部用螺钉或夹紧装置连接。在安装侧壁件(5、6、7、9)之后,控制板壁件(8)从乘客空间一侧推入第1侧壁件(5)和第2侧壁件(6)之间。设置在侧壁件(5、6)的第一翼边上的销钉结合在设置于控制板壁件(8)的翼边上的水平及垂直导向槽之中。控制板壁件(8)与侧壁件(5、6、7)一齐构成乘厢壁,该乘厢壁在乘客空间的一侧是平齐的并因此能抗破坏。
Description
本发明涉及一种电梯乘厢用控制板,该电梯乘厢含有地板、天花板及(多块)壁件。
人们已从欧洲专利第0190407号的专利说明书得知了一种带有由U型轮廓构件制成的箱壳的乘厢控制板。由(多块)侧壁及后壁组成的该箱壳在乘丰控制板的前方一侧是敞开的,其中各侧壁的前缘制备有法兰,箱壳通过法兰靠压在电梯乘厢的一个壁上。在各侧壁的内侧制备有槽,导轨可移动地插装在槽内。安装板以其边缘支持在导轨中。用于输入控制信号(象乘厢电话及用于显示已存入的控制信号的旨示灯)的开关被装在安装板上。微动开关及发光二极管分别充当(切换)开关和指示灯。
箱壳的凸出部件(例如开关及指示灯)成了已知设备的缺点。凸出部件意味着电梯乘客有受伤的危险并助长了破坏行为。
本发明的目的是提供一种补救办法,避免已知设备的缺点,从而提供一种控制板,该控制板与乘厢壁是平齐的,并易于安装和拆卸。
本发明的目的由如下方案达到:一种含有地板、天花板及壁件的电梯乘厢用的控制板,其特征在于该控制板同时作为电梯乘厢的一个壁件,并且该控制板壁件与电梯乘厢的其它壁件一起构成乘厢壁。
本发明所具有的优点可从乘厢控制板是作为乘厢壁的部件这点上明显地看出来。从外部看不出安装上去的装置。虽然控制板是从乘客空间的一侧安装和拆卸的,但电梯乘客并不明白用哪种方法拆卸控制面板。因此不可能遭到破坏。其次在建造电梯乘厢和维护操作期间无需费大力气就能容易地安装和拆卸控制板。
下面根据附图来对本发明实施例作更详细的解释。此处:
图1所示为含有地板、天花板及带有控制板壁件的壁件的电梯乘厢,
图2所示为控制板壁件的详图,以及
图3所示为控制板壁件的安装详图。
图1至图3中的电梯乘厢是内装件式结构并含有地板件2和带折弯端部4的天花板件3,壁件5、6、7、8及9和折弯端部4连接安装,电梯乘厢用1来标示。地板件2的折弯端部图中未表示,而壁件5、6、7、8和9和该折弯端部在地板部位连接安装。作为壁件提供的是第1侧壁件5,第2侧壁件6,第3侧壁件7,控制壁件8及后壁件9。第3侧壁及电梯乘厢的厢门的元件在图中未表示。壁件5、6、7、8和9在它们的纵向边缘上具有双折弯端部10,壁件5、6、7、8及9在端部10利用例如螺钉或夹紧装置来连接。双折弯端部10由第一翼边11.1和第二翼边11.2组成。
在安装了侧壁件5、6、7和9之后,控制壁件8从乘客空间推入到第1侧壁件5和第2侧壁件6之间。设置在侧壁件5及6的第一翼边11.1中的销钉12连结在设置于控制板件8的翼边11.1及11.2上的水平导向槽13及垂直导向槽14之中。控制板壁件8的(安装)情况是:把它推入侧壁的开口中时(靠销钉)水平地导向,并随后在降落至终点位置时(靠销钉)垂直地导向。然后,控制板壁件8与天花板件3的带折弯端部4的上端相连接。控制板壁件8与侧壁件5、6及7一起构成乘厢壁,该乘厢壁在乘客空间的一侧是平齐的并因此能抗损坏。
控制板壁件8含有底板15,利用柔软薄膜16把底板15在乘客空间的一侧贴盖住并作为电话送话器17、楼层指示器18及播音器19的仪器支架。在底板15及薄膜16下端的第一排网孔20.1构成通风孔,它以20标示。底板15具有:用于电话送话器17的第一开口21.1,用于楼层指示器18的第二开口21.2及第三开口21.3,以及用于播音器19的第二排网孔22。带有例如微动开关的小板23及带有控制电路的小板24安置在底板15的后侧。各开关伸入到第一开口21.1之中并在乘客空间一侧用柔软薄膜16加以覆盖。薄膜16柔软到这种程度:选择楼层时,作用在薄膜16上的压力能启动相应的开关。带各开关的小板23及带控制电路的小板24用于电梯乘厢1中的电话输入。楼层指示器由透明盖25、指示器支架26及指示器27组成。播音器支架28借助于第二排网孔22安置在底板15的后侧,支架28用于支撑播音器19。楼层指示器18及播音器19分别以光和声给电梯乘客通报信息。电话送话器17、楼层指示器18及播音器19用可安装在第二翼边11.2上的罩29机械地保护起来。
在图示例,控制板壁件8(的高度)延伸至整个乘厢高度。控制板壁8也可以做得小些,小到这种程度:电话送话器17、楼层指示器18及播音器19刚好能安装在它上面。
柔软薄膜16不仅作为底板15的贴面,也作为信息的载体。开关的标示,提升的容量、制造商的详情、宣传广告等等都印制在薄膜16的后侧,因此朝向使用者一侧的印制物(信息符号)是抗磨损和抗括划的。薄膜16可以是无色透明或带色透明的。利用印制的薄膜16可以省去标示签条的材料费及安装费。
Claims (5)
1.一种含有地板、天花板及壁件的电梯乘厢用的控制板,其特征在于,该控制板同时作为电梯乘厢(1)的一个壁件,并且该控制板壁件(8)与电梯乘厢的其它壁件(5、6、7)一起构成乘厢壁。
2.根据权利要求1的控制板,其特征在于,控制板壁件(8)可从乘客空间进行安装以及与相邻壁件(5、6)构成在乘客空间的一侧是平齐的乘厢壁。
3.根据权利要求2的控制板,其特征在于,结合在设置于控制板壁件(8)的翼边(11.1、11.2)上的垂直导向槽(14)及水平导向槽(13)之中的销钉(12)是设置在相邻壁件(5、6)上的。
4.根据前述权利要求中之一的控制板,其特征在于,控制板壁件(8)具有电话送话器(17)、楼层指示器(18)和播音器(19),以及控制板壁件(8)在乘客空间的一侧用柔软薄膜(16)加以贴覆。
5.根据权利要求4的控制板,其特征在于,薄膜是在其朝使用者一侧相反的后侧印制的。
