Abstract
本发明公开一种以中药膏方熬制的阿胶糖果及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制成:中药浓缩药液60份、阿胶15份、去核大枣片10份、核桃仁20份、玫瑰花瓣6份、黄酒5份、糖类(冰糖10份、饴糖10份,糖尿病患者:木糖醇6份);制备方法包括:按传统方法熬制膏方,放入配料,倒入硅胶模具冷冻24小时后取出脱模,将其切为约长4.0*宽1.9*高1.5(cm)的糖块,用食用糯米纸包裹,装入平口机封袋密封。膏方通过制成固态阿胶糖果,常温形状稳定,便于携带,质地软硬适中,口感香甜软糯,包装有吸引力,提高患者服药的依从性,单独包装,服用方便,卫生安全,制作工艺简单,无防腐剂,无食品添加剂,不改变药物性质及功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药膏方领域,具体是一种以中药膏方熬制的阿胶糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
“膏”是中医传统剂型之一,秦伯未言“膏方者,盖煎熬药汁成脂溢而所以营养五脏六腑之枯燥虚弱者”,但膏方又不同于其他补药,它具有补治结合的特点,且可做到“一人一方”。近年来,我国膏方用量逐年递增,广为大众所接受,但其多为液体状,需加热或冲服,且药味浓重,或因携带不便、口感欠佳等问题降低患者的依从性。公开号为CN102008391A的中国专利申请公开了一种膏方固体化方法,但需添加明胶等食品添加剂。另外,目前市场上阿胶类产品基本采用以阿胶为主加适当辅料成型制成,不含药物或含少量药物,不能满足药用需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种以中药膏方熬制的阿胶糖果及其制备方法,在不改变药物性质、药物功效的前提下,将膏方转化为固态的阿胶糖果,方便携带,改善口感及包装,从而提高患者依从性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种以中药膏方熬制的阿胶糖果,其特征在于:其包括以下重量份数的原料:中药浓缩药液60份、阿胶15份、去核大枣片10份、核桃仁20份、玫瑰花瓣6份、黄酒5份、糖类(冰糖10份、饴糖10份,糖尿病患者:木糖醇6份)。
一种以中药膏方熬制的阿胶糖果的制作步骤,其特征在于:
(1)按传统方法煎煮中药处方中的中药饮片,静置1-2h后依次经20目和100目筛网过滤,得药液;
(2)将药液浓缩至60份,得中药浓缩液备用;
(3)取块状阿胶15份,研碎,加入5份黄酒浸泡烊化得阿胶液,将其倒入步骤(2)制得的中药浓缩液中,制得混合液,小火慢慢熬炼,不断搅拌,直至能扯拉成旗即可;放入去核大枣片10份、核桃仁20份、糖类(10份冰糖、10份饴糖,糖尿病患者:6份木糖醇),制成中药阿胶糖膏;
(4)在硅胶模具底部铺上6份玫瑰花瓣,趁热倒入硅胶模具中,置冰箱冷冻24小时后取出脱模,将其切为约长4.0cm*宽1.9cm*高1.5cm的糖块,用食用糯米纸包裹,装入平口机封袋,用封口机密封。
步骤(1)中,中药处方依据《中医养生保健技术操作规范》规定,由资深的中医药学专业人员,根据服用者的体质状况,遵循中医整体观与辨证论治思想,选择单味药或多药合理配伍组方而成。
步骤(3)中,如处方中含有其他胶类,如鹿角胶、龟板胶、鳖甲胶、龟鹿二仙胶、霞天胶、黄明胶等,可同阿胶一同烊化。
本发明的有益效果是:膏方通过制成固态阿胶糖果,常温形状稳定,便于携带,质地软硬适中,口感香甜软糯;包装有吸引力,提高患者服药的依从性;单独包装,服用方便,卫生安全;制作工艺简单,无防腐剂,无食品添加剂,不改药物性质、药物功效。

具体实施方式
【实施例1】
功效:疏肝理气,安神除烦,美容养颜
处方:党参120g,酸枣仁100g,茯苓120g,龙眼肉100g,莲子肉100g,当归120g,白芍120g,玫瑰花80g,代代花80g,合欢花80g,萱草花80g,茉莉花80g。
制法:取上述饮片置于砂锅内,加适量的水浸没药料,令其充分吸收膨胀,浸泡6小时,第一次煎煮2小时,第二次煎煮1小时,合并两次煎液,静置1小时后,经上层20目,下层100目的不绣钢筛网,滤过;取滤液浓缩至600ml,备用;取阿胶150g粉碎,加50ml黄酒浸泡,水浴烊化,倒入浓缩液中,小火慢慢熬炼,不断用铲搅拌,直至能扯拉成旗即可;放入去核大枣片100g、核桃仁200g、冰糖100g、饴糖100g,继续搅拌,混合均匀。在硅胶模具四周刷上食用油,底部铺上玫瑰花瓣60g,趁热倒入硅胶模具中,置冰箱冷冻24小时后取出脱模;将其切为约长4.0cm*宽1.9cm*高1.5cm的糖块,用食用糯米纸包裹,装入平口机封袋,用封口机密封。
【实施例2】
功效:疏肝健脾,补肾填精,除烦安神
处方:柴胡120g,当归120g,白芍120g,茯苓120g,白术120g,丹皮100g,党参120g,黄芪120g,熟地120g,仙灵脾120g,仙茅120g,女贞子120g,旱莲草120g,知母100g,麦冬120g,玉竹120g,川芎120g,丹参120g,益母草120g。
制法:取上述饮片置于砂锅内,加适量的水浸没药料,令其充分吸收膨胀,浸泡6小时,第一次煎煮2小时,第二次煎煮1小时,合并两次煎液,静置1小时后,经上层20目,下层100目的不绣钢筛网,滤过;取滤液浓缩至1100ml,备用;取阿胶270g粉碎,加90ml黄酒浸泡,水浴烊化,倒入浓缩液中,小火慢慢熬炼,不断用铲搅拌,直至能扯拉成旗即可;放入去核大枣片180g、核桃仁360g、冰糖180g、饴糖180g,继续搅拌,混合均匀。在硅胶模具四周刷上食用油,底部铺上玫瑰花瓣108g,趁热倒入硅胶模具中,置冰箱冷冻24小时后取出脱模;将其切为约长4.0cm*宽1.9cm*高1.5cm的糖块,用食用糯米纸包裹,装入平口机封袋,用封口机密封。

1.一种以中药膏方熬制的阿胶糖果,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:中药浓缩药液60份、阿胶15份、去核大枣片10份、核桃仁20份、玫瑰花瓣6份、黄酒5份、糖类(冰糖10份、饴糖10份,糖尿病患者:木糖醇6份)。

(1)按传统方法煎煮中药处方中的中药饮片,静置1-2h后依次经20目和100目筛网过滤,得药液;
