Abstract

本发明涉及一种超透车身贴,包括超透层、胶层、防粘层,所述的超透层为TPU超透膜、PVC超透膜,所述的胶层为透明压敏胶层,所述超透层的表面含有透明硬化弹性涂层,所述的透明硬化弹性涂层按质量份数包括以下成份:聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂40~85份;交联剂2~10份;增硬剂0~2份;附着力促进剂0~2份;消泡剂0~2份;流平助剂0~2份;水0~20份。本发明采用低温热固化的水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂作为涂层体系,相比于目前普遍使用的油性体系或UV固化体系而言,该体系具有环保,能耗低的优点。

超透车身贴
技术领域
本发明涉及车身贴领域,特别是涉及一种超透车身贴。
背景技术
目前,市面上流行的车身贴通常采用PVC白膜或PVC改色膜作为基材,这种车身贴被广泛应用在地铁、公交等公共交通工具上,起显示广告与改变汽车颜色的功能,然而更多私家车主偏爱轿车本身的颜色,同时他们又希望贴膜之后能对漆面起到显著的保护效果,于是诞生出了透明车身贴。
现有透明车身贴的发展情况是:大都采用PVC透明膜作为基材,由于PVC透明膜的表面硬度较低,易因外力刮伤,内部增塑剂易迁移导致膜变硬变脆,经阳光直射和雨水侵蚀容易产生黄变,所以现有透明车身贴在使用到汽车表面后无法很好并长久地对漆面进行保护。针对这些问题,人们发明了透明PET为基材的透明车身贴产品,虽然PET的表面硬度较高,耐候性能较好,但由于其挺度较高,贴膜时难以折弯,影响贴膜效果。
发明内容
本发明正是针上述问题,提供一种柔软度较好,抗刮性较好,抗黄变性较好的超透车身贴。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种超透车身贴,包括超透层、胶层、防粘层,所述的超透层为TPU膜或PVC膜,所述的胶层为透明压敏胶层,所述超透层的表面含有透明硬化弹性涂层,所述的透明硬化弹性涂层按质量份数包括以下成份:聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂 40~85份;交联剂2~10份;增硬剂0~2份;附着力促进剂0~2份;消泡剂0~2份;流平助剂0~2份;水 0~20份。
所述的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂为阴离子型聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
所述的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂为阴离子型聚碳酸酯型脂肪族聚氨酯。
所述的交联剂为有机硅交联剂、环氧硅烷偶联剂、氮丙啶交联剂、多功能聚碳化二亚胺交联剂。
所述的增硬剂为纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化铝,所述的增硬剂的粒径为30~100nm。
所述的附着力促进剂为DP-18、SA-78,所述的消泡剂为有机硅树脂消泡剂,所述的流平助剂为丙烯酸酯流平剂、聚硅氧烷流平剂、有机氟流平剂。
所述透明硬化弹性涂层的涂布量为3~40g/m2
所述透明硬化弹性涂层的固化温度为60~120℃。
为保护透明硬化弹性涂层在背胶、分切、运输和使用(刮板贴膜)的过程中不损坏,所述透明硬化弹性涂层的表面设置有一层保护膜。
为保证胶层具有可移除性,从车身上揭下时不会损坏漆面,所述胶层的24h,180°剥离力为4~11N/25mm,所述胶层的持粘力大于48h。
所述的防粘层为拉丝PET离型膜、磨砂PET离型膜。
本发明的有益效果为:
1)本发明采用PVC超透膜、TPU超透膜作为基材,保证了产品的柔软度,贴膜时可折弯,贴膜效果良好;
2)本发明在超透层的表面设置透明的硬化弹性涂层,相比于现有PVC透明车身贴、PET透明车身贴而言,本发明具有良好的抗刮伤性;
3)本发明采用阴离子型聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯、阴离子型聚碳酸酯型脂肪族聚氨酯作为硬化弹性涂层的主体树脂,该树脂的透明性良好,耐黄变性能优越,固化温度较低,并兼具聚碳酸酯的高硬度和聚氨酯的高弹性两大性能,涂层具有一定的弹性和硬度,保证在贴膜时涂层可以折弯,且贴膜以后涂层能很好地保护漆面,防止外力刮伤;
4)本发明采用低温热固化的水性体系,相比于目前普遍使用的油性体系或UV固化体系而言,该体系具有环保,能耗低的优点。

技术方案1:
见附图1,一种超透车身贴,包括超透层3、胶层2、防粘层1,所述的超透层3为TPU膜,所述的胶层2为透明压敏胶层,所述超透层3的表面含有透明硬化弹性涂层4,所述的透明硬化弹性涂层4按质量份数包括以下成份:聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂 70份;交联剂5份;增硬剂1.5份;水 10份。
所述的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂为阴离子型聚碳酸酯型脂肪族聚氨酯。
所述的交联剂为氮丙啶交联剂。
所述的增硬剂为纳米二氧化硅,所述的增硬剂的粒径为50nm。
所述透明硬化弹性涂层4的涂布量为30g/m2
所述透明硬化弹性涂层4的固化温度为115℃。
所述透明硬化弹性涂层4的表面设置有一层保护膜5。
所述胶层2的24h,180°剥离力为6N/25mm,所述胶层2的持粘力为52h。
所述的防粘层1为拉丝PET离型膜。

见附图2,一种超透车身贴,包括超透层3、胶层2、防粘层1,所述的超透层3为PVC超膜,所述的胶层2为透明压敏胶层,所述的超透层3的表面含有透明硬化弹性涂层4,所述的透明硬化弹性涂层4按质量份数包括以下成份:聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂 80份;交联剂7份;增硬剂1.5份;附着力促进剂0.5份;消泡剂0.4份;流平助剂0.5份;水5份。
所述的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂为阴离子型聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
所述的交联剂为氮丙啶交联剂。
所述的增硬剂为纳米二氧化铝,所述的增硬剂的粒径为50nm。
所述的附着力促进剂为DP-18,所述的消泡剂为有机硅树脂消泡剂,所述的流平助剂为丙烯酸酯流平剂。
所述透明硬化弹性涂层4的涂布量为25g/m2
所述透明硬化弹性涂层4的固化温度为65℃。
所述胶层2的24h,180度剥离力为6N/25mm,所述胶层2的持粘力为52h。
所述的防粘层1为磨砂PET离型膜。

Claims (11)

1.一种超透车身贴,包括超透层、胶层、防粘层,其特征在于所述的超透层为TPU膜或PVC膜,所述的胶层为透明压敏胶层,所述超透层的表面含有透明硬化弹性涂层,所述的透明硬化弹性涂层按质量份数包括以下成份:聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂 40~85份;交联剂2~10份;增硬剂0~2份;附着力促进剂0~2份;消泡剂0~2份;流平助剂0~2份;水 0~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂为阴离子型聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂为阴离子型聚碳酸酯型脂肪族聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述的交联剂为有机硅交联剂、环氧硅烷偶联剂、氮丙啶交联剂、多功能聚碳化二亚胺交联剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述的增硬剂为纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化铝,所述的增硬剂的粒径为30~100nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述的附着力促进剂为DP-18、SA-78,所述的消泡剂为有机硅树脂消泡剂,所述的流平助剂为丙烯酸酯流平剂、聚硅氧烷流平剂、有机氟流平剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述透明硬化弹性涂层的涂布量为3~40g/m2
8.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述透明硬化弹性涂层的固化温度为60~120℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述透明硬化弹性涂层的表面设置有一层保护膜。
10.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述胶层的24h,180°剥离力为4~11N/25mm,所述胶层的持粘力大于48h。
11.根据权利要求1所述的超透车身贴,其特征在于所述的防粘层为拉丝PET离型膜、磨砂PET离型膜。
