Abstract

当启动致动器时,该致动器使第一垫片压靠制动盘。因为这种卡钳通常是浮动安装的,即,安装成能够垂直于其装备的盘的平面平移移动,所以负荷是平衡的,使得两个相对的垫片以平衡的方式压靠盘的两个面。
为了有效制动,重要的是卡钳本体要具有高机械刚度,使得卡钳本体在由致动器施加的压紧负荷的作用下尽可能小地变形。这就是这种卡钳的本体通常是模制的元件以具有高机械刚度并且对该本体实施不同的机加工操作的原因。
在这种情况下,在卡钳本体的基部中形成致动器的容置部需要对该模制的元件进行钻孔,这意指使工具在指状部之间运行,以接近基部的处于卡钳本体内部的面,该面位于与指状部相对处。
这就是承载第二垫片的指状部相互间隔开的原因,以使得工具能够运行,从而在本体的基部中钻制出致动器的容置部。
在卡钳包括单个致动器的情况下,该卡钳包括两个指状部,以界定出使得能够在本体的基部中钻制出致动器的单个容置部的接近间隔。如果卡钳包括两个致动器,则由此这两个致动器并排地位于本体的基部中,该本体包括三个指状部,这三个指状部界定出第一间隔和第二间隔,该第一间隔和第二间隔使得能够接近以在本体的基部中分别钻制出第一致动器的容置部和第二致动器的容置部。
本发明的目的是寻求一种解决方案,使得能够附接对这些指状部进行遮盖的盖或保护片,以遮挡将这些指状部分开的空白空间,以便尤其避免灰尘被引入该区域。
发明内容
为此,本发明的一个目的是一种盘式制动器卡钳,包括模制材料材质的本体和保护片,该本体包括延伸成弓形结构的基部和延长该弓形结构的指状部,该保护片被附接并且被固定抵靠指状部以覆盖该指状部,其特征在于,本体包括至少两个孔,以及,保护片包括至少两个销柱,该两个销柱各自接合入本体的相应的孔中,以确保将该片附接至本体,每个销柱包括至少一个径向凸耳,该径向凸耳被用作用于将销柱保持在孔中的卡爪。

在附图的示例中,切口具有字母U的形式以形成凸耳。如字母W形状的切口能够构成两个卡爪,以具有更好的卡持度。可根据所需的机械阻力来增加或减少凸耳的数量(在附图的示例中为2)。
换言之,在施加使得片14趋于从承载其的指状部移动的负荷的情况下,凸耳22施加一反作用负荷,该反作用负荷通过阻止销柱16从孔12脱出来阻碍该移动分离,于是销柱16被互锁在钻孔12中。
