本发明涉及汽车配件加工技术领域，尤其是一种用于汽车刹车线上的线帽。
背景技术
现有的汽车刹车线的线帽一般都包括柔性材料圆筒，圆筒的一端封口并开有小孔，使用时汽车刹车线的端头套入橡胶套筒，保护刹车线端头的作用。但是这种的刹车线线帽弯曲时容易断裂，安装和卸下时线套表面容易打滑，使用极不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种刹车线线帽，以解决现有的刹车线线套弯曲时容易断裂，使用不方便的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明的技术方案是：本刹车线线帽包括有一端封口的圆筒，所述圆筒为柔性材料的圆筒，所述圆筒的封口端的边缘设有凸起的凸缘，所述圆筒外径向设有多圈径向凹槽，所述圆筒外一侧设有一个轴向凹槽，所述轴向凹槽的末端止于所述凸缘。
上述技术方案中，更为具体的方案可以是：所述柔性材料为橡胶，所述径向凹槽有两圈。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
本刹车线线帽的凸缘可以在卸下线帽时卡住手指，当手柄使用，方便卸下；径向凹槽既可以减少径向应力，又可以增加手指和圆筒外表的摩擦力，便于安装和卸下；轴向凹槽减少弯曲应力，使线帽不容易损坏，增加线帽使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述：
如图1、图2所示的刹车线线帽，它包括有一端封口的圆筒1，圆筒的开口3，圆筒1为柔性材料的圆筒1，这里的柔性材料为橡胶。圆筒1的封口端的边缘设有凸起的凸缘4，凸缘4可以在卸下线帽时卡住手指，当手柄使用，方便卸下。圆筒1外径向设有两圈径向凹槽2，径向凹槽2既可以减少径向应力，又可以增加手指和圆筒外表的摩擦力，便于安装和卸下。1圆筒外一侧设有一个轴向凹槽5，轴向凹槽5的末端止于凸缘4，轴向凹槽5减少弯曲应力，使线帽不容易损坏，增加线帽使用寿命。

1.一种刹车线线帽，包括有一端封口的圆筒，所述圆筒为柔性材料的圆筒，其特征在于：所述圆筒的封口端的边缘设有凸起的凸缘，所述圆筒外径向设有多圈径向凹槽，所述圆筒外一侧设有一个轴向凹槽，所述轴向凹槽的末端止于所述凸缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刹车线线帽，其特征在于：所述柔性材料为橡胶，所述径向凹槽有两圈。
