根据本发明，特别优选在水溶液中生成(比较DE 100 05 853 A的传授内容)并且因此不含不希望的有机溶剂(例如像二甲基甲酰胺)的奥替尼啶二盐酸盐等级。
优选地，根据本发明的液体浓缩物中奥替尼啶二盐酸盐的量在每种情况下基于该液体浓缩物的重量是在按重量计从0.04％至0.2％的范围内、更优选按重量计0.05％至0.1％，如按重量计约0.05％。
d)甘油单烷基醚
此外，根据本发明的液体浓缩物优选包含d)一种或多种1-或2-(C3-至C24-烷基)甘油醚(甘油单烷基醚)。d)甘油单烷基醚的含量改进(即降低)根据本发明的液体浓缩物的水性稀释液的表面张力，并且因此当使用根据本发明的液体浓缩物作为防腐剂时改进润湿(由于这些稀释液)并且从而辅助其抗微生物效果。
根据本发明任选使用的d)甘油单烷基醚的实例为在一个或两个位置(即对称或不对称)上被饱和或不饱和、支链或支链烷基取代的甘油单烷基醚，如十二烷基甘油醚、癸基甘油醚、辛基甘油醚、丙基甘油醚、十八烷基甘油醚(鲨肝醇)、十六烷基甘油醚(鲛肝醇)和十八碳烯(octadenyl)甘油醚(鲨油醇)。优选具有饱和(支链或非支链)C3至C18-烷基、特别优选饱和并且支链C6至C12-烷基的1-单烷基甘油醚。非常特别优选1-(2-乙基己基)甘油醚(乙基己基甘油，来自德意志联邦共和国的诺德斯泰特的德国舒美公司的SC50)。
优选地，在每种情况下基于该液体浓缩物的重量，组分d)的总量是按重量计0.5％至10％、优选按重量计1.0％至5％、特别是按重量计1.5％至2.5％，如按重量计约2％。
乙基己基甘油用作两亲组分用于改进界面活性(在最终产物中)。奥替尼啶二盐酸盐与乙基己基甘油的组合对于改进界面活性和增加活性成分组分(即a)芳香族醇和b)酸)的杀微生物效力是特别有利的。
奥替尼啶二盐酸盐与任选使用的乙基己基甘油的组合导致这些组分的出人意料的强相互作用，其自身表现为物理化学特性的改变，例如，乙基己基甘油和奥替尼啶二盐酸盐在水中的提高的溶解度以及较低的界面活性。在聚双胍与乙基己基甘油之间没有观察到可比较地强的相互作用。
甘油醚和奥替尼啶二盐酸盐的组合具有低(动态)界面张力，对于芳香族醇和奥替尼啶二盐酸盐或芳香族醇和甘油醚的组合，特别是对于芳香族醇和甘油醚以及奥替尼啶二盐酸盐的组合也是如此。低界面张力对抗微生物效力、对基底(如颗粒、聚合物、纤维、微生物和生物膜)的润湿作出(相当大的)贡献。对于用根据本发明防腐的产品机器负载擦拭巾(参见下文)，低动态界面张力是有利的。
抗微生物活性成分(醇组分和酸组分)有利地通过界面活性添加剂如阳离子奥替尼啶二盐酸盐和两亲的甘油醚来辅助其杀微生物效力。具体地，奥替尼啶二盐酸盐和2-乙基己基甘油的组合导致活性成分组分的杀微生物效力增强。
e)抗氧化剂
此外，优选根据本发明的包含e)一种或多种抗氧化剂的浓缩物。
根据本发明任选使用的抗氧化剂优选选自下组，该组由以下各项组成：3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚，2，6-二叔丁基对甲酚，生育酚(特别是维生素E及其衍生物，特别是维生素E衍生物，如维生素E乙酸酯、维生素E亚油酸酯、维生素E烟酸酯和维生素E琥珀酸酯)，对羟基苯甲酸酯(特别是其甲基、乙基、丙基或丁基酯)，二羟甲基二甲基乙内酰脲和N-酰氨基酸及其盐(特别是N-辛酰甘氨酸)。特别地，这些抗氧化剂选自下组，该组由以下各项组成：维生素E及其衍生物、3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚和2，6-二叔丁基对甲酚，其中维生素E是最优选的。

任选的组分e)的优选量(即该一种或多种抗氧化剂的总量)是1至1000ppm、优选5至500ppm，如约10或约200ppm(重量/该液体浓缩物的重量)。
当使用a、)芳氧基烷醇时，任选的组分e)的优选量(即该一种或多种抗氧化剂的总量)是1至100ppm、优选5至50ppm，如约10ppm(重量/该液体浓缩物的重量)。
如果一种或多种芳基烷醇例如苄醇或苯乙醇作为芳香族醇使用，组分e)的优选总浓度是1至1000ppm，如50至500ppm，例如约200ppm的抗氧化剂，例如维生素E作为组分e)(在每种情况下，重量/液体浓缩物的重量)。
用途
根据本发明的液体浓缩物用于使药物(特别是护肤用品)或化妆品产品防腐，例如像用于使洗发剂、洗手液以及还有淋浴和泡沫浴液防腐、并且还特别用于使湿擦拭乳液防腐。
产品
在另一个实施例中，本发明涉及产品，例如包含该液体浓缩物的药物(主要为护肤用品)或化妆品产品。典型地，基于防腐产品的重量，该液体浓缩物以按重量计从0.1％至2％、优选按重量计0.3％至1.5％、更优选按重量计0.5％至1.0％的量，如约以按重量计0.75％的量使用。
根据本发明的液体浓缩物因此提供以下优点：
-结合阳离子和非离子体系的非常好的相容性和效力，
-阴离子体系中良好的相容性和效力，
-硬和柔性表面的良好润湿性，特别是擦拭材料的良好润湿性，
-该浓缩物是低水的并且低氯离子的。
该液体浓缩物：
-不包含聚合物部分，
-由于使用单组分物质(monosubstance)是有利的，
-不含聚氨基丙基双胍，
-是具有成本效益的，
-包含高的纯度和等级的限定成分，
-产生多功能的效力，
-表现出增加效果，
-不自动包含聚合物部分(例如聚(六亚甲基双胍)盐)作为活性成分并且
-不自动包含水以便将根据本发明规定的组分带到溶液中(可替代地，可以存在有限量的水)，
因此可以容易地储存浓缩物。
实例
确定化妆品配制品中化学防腐剂的防腐效果的方法(Koko测试)
以下描述的测试用于评估化学防腐剂在化妆品配制品中的防腐效果。
原理
在所描述方法的帮助下，目的是测试化学防腐剂关于用于化妆品配制品的组合防腐的效力。为此目的，在未防腐的样品的不同实验批次中，待研究的防腐剂以不同浓度添加。通过定期接种实验批次来实现持续的细菌负荷。在接种的同时，在每种情况下直接预先进行单个批次的涂片。关于这些涂片的微生物生长进行评估。直到首次出现微生物生长的时间越长，防腐剂越有效。
程序
在每种情况下，将25g有待测试的化妆品称重至具有螺旋封闭件的宽颈瓶(LDPE)内。在每种情况下，将有待研究的防腐剂以它们的使用浓度添加到分开的批次中。(用于研究而已经防腐的已发送的样品不再接收另外的杀生物剂添加。)未防腐的样品在每种情况下都用作生长对照物。在添加这些防腐剂之后两天，用0.1ml的由以下列出的测试生物体组成的接种溶液感染这些样品。该接种溶液具有约108-109细菌/ml的滴定度。
测试批次然后每周一次接种并且每周一次涂抹在琼脂平板上(用于细菌的酪蛋白胨-大豆粉蛋白胨琼脂(CSA)和用于酵母和霉菌的sabourand-右旋糖-琼脂(SA))，其中第一次涂抹(无菌测试)发生在抑制的(TLSH)以及非抑制的培养基二者上以便尽可能发现所有起始污染物。涂片的微生物生长的评估在25℃下培育3天后进行。为了保险起见，对阴性涂片观察另外两天并且再次评估。在半定量方法中通过这些单独涂片的生长来进行单独产品浓度的防腐效果的评估。

+ ＝ 弱生长 +++ ＝ 强生长
根据细菌、酵母和霉菌(“B”＝细菌，“Y”＝酵母，“M”＝霉菌，“Sp”＝形成孢子的细菌，“/”＝终止测试)来区分生长。进行该实验持续最多六周，即经过六个接种循环，或在强生长(+++)多次之后终止。
结果的评估
在上述实验室条件下，如果样品经受六周的时间段而没有微生物侵袭这些样品批次，即甚至在第六次接种后不能检测到微生物生长，则该样品被良好防腐。从使用这种测试方法一年以上的经验来看，有可能推断出推荐用于化妆品的超过30个月的微生物稳定性。
所测试的浓缩物

*比较浓缩物
如这些测试所揭示的，用于婴儿擦拭巾的不含防腐剂的不含聚乙二醇的乳液没有充分抗微生物地配备(参见测试1)。标准商业浓缩物(比较浓缩物A)以0.75％的使用浓度抗微生物地配备该乳液(测试结果2至4)。此外，如测试结果5至7所揭示的，对应于浓缩物A但不包含聚六亚甲基双胍的配制品在0.75％的使用浓度下没有足够地抗微生物地配备该乳液。
0.75％的使用浓度的仅具有按重量计0.01％的奥替尼啶二盐酸盐的配制品(浓缩物C)也具有不足的防腐作用(测试结果8至10)。与之相比，根据本发明的液体浓缩物(浓缩物D)-0.75％的使用浓度-充分抗微生物地配备该乳液(测试结果14至16)，其中按重量计超过0.01％的奥替尼啶二盐酸盐存在于该浓缩物中的改进效果(参见比较浓缩物B和C以及与之相比的根据本发明的浓缩物D)因此是出人意料的，因为0.05％的奥替尼啶二盐酸盐就其本身而言不具有抗微生物效果(参见浓缩物E)，即使在用其配备的乳液中按重量计1.0％的使用浓度下也不具有抗微生物效果(参见测试结果14)。
奥替尼啶二盐酸盐因此辅助抗微生物效力，尽管其在所述使用浓度下就其本身而言不具有抗微生物效果。

Claims (15)

1.液体浓缩物，其包含
a)选自芳氧基烷醇和芳基烷醇的一种或多种芳香族醇，其中基于该液体浓缩物的重量，组分a)的总量是按重量计至少50％，
b)选自苯甲酸、丙酸、水杨酸、山梨酸、4-羟基苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、甲酸或10-十一碳烯酸的一种或多种酸，或这些酸的一种或多种盐，其中描述为一种或多种游离酸并且基于该液体浓缩物的重量，组分b)的总量是按重量计至少8％，以及
c)基于该液体浓缩物的重量，按重量计至少0.03％的奥替尼啶二盐酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，该芳氧基烷醇选自苯氧乙醇或苯氧丙醇，优选苯氧乙醇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，该芳基烷醇是3-苯基丙醇-1、苯乙醇、藜芦醇、苄醇或2-甲基-1-苯基-2-丙醇，优选苯乙醇或苄醇。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，在每种情况下基于该液体浓缩物的重量，组分a)的总量是按重量计55％至90％、优选按重量计60％至85％、特别是按重量计65％至80％，如按重量计70％至77％、例如按重量计约74％。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，该酸选自苯甲酸、丙酸、水杨酸、山梨酸、4-羟基苯甲酸和脱氢乙酸，
其中组分b)优选选自苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸及其混合物。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，在每种情况下描述为一种或多种游离酸并且基于该液体浓缩物的重量，组分b)的总量是按重量计10％至30％、优选按重量计12％至27％、特别是按重量计14％至25％，如按重量计16％至22％。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，在每种情况下基于该液体浓缩物的重量，奥替尼啶二盐酸盐c)的量是按重量计0.04％至0.2％、优选按重量计0.05％至0.1％。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，该液体浓缩物还包含
d)一种或多种1-或2-(C3至C24-烷基)甘油醚。
9.根据权利要求8所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，在每种情况下基于该液体浓缩物的重量，组分d)的量是按重量计0.5％至10％、优选按重量计1.0％至5％、特别是按重量计1.5％至2.5％，如按重量计约2％。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，该液体浓缩物还包含
e)一种或多种抗氧化剂。
11.根据权利要求10所述的液体浓缩物，其特征在于，该抗氧化剂选自2，6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)、3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚(BHA)和维生素E及它的衍生物，其中组分e)优选维生素E。
