本发明的阀杆填料密封机构,阀孔内壁设置有填料腔,填料腔内安置有填料,阀杆与填料配合部分是上端直径较小、下端直径较小的锥形,形成斜楔结构;填料分为多层,上层填料在截面上的底面与竖直方向的夹角小于下层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向的夹角;使得多层填料之间具有微小间隙,阀杆旋转开启阀门时受力向上挤压填料,多层填料之间的微小间隙为下层填料提供随阀杆向上位移的空间,减少填料对阀杆的摩擦阻力,金属材料的填料垫能防止阀杆与填料底层摩擦;阀杆旋转关闭阀门时上层填料随阀杆向下移动,同时产生挤压胀紧力,能够提高填料与阀杆的密封性能,开启阻力小,密封效果好,阀门开启方便,不易磨损。

背景技术
机械制造行业中的阀类产品常通过阀杆带动阀芯旋转来开启或关闭流体通道,阀杆与阀体之间需保持密封状态,一般采用填料密封在阀杆与阀体之间,传统阀类产品的阀杆填料密封性能不稳定,填料填充少时密封不可靠,填料填充过多时密封阻力大,开关摩擦力也大,阀门开启困难,填料与阀杆圆锥面配合部位的密封材料易磨损,影响密封效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种摩擦阻力小,开启方便,不易磨损的阀杆填料密封机构。
本发明的阀杆填料密封机构,包括阀体,阀体上阀孔内安装有阀杆,其特征在于:阀孔内壁设置有填料腔,填料腔内安置有填料,阀杆与填料配合部分是上端直径较小、下端直径较小的锥形,形成斜楔结构;
所述填料腔下端设置有能够为阀杆提供限位的填料垫;
所述填料分为多层,每层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向具有夹角,底面与竖直方向也具有夹角,上层填料在截面上的底面与竖直方向的夹角小于下层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向的夹角;
所述阀杆与填料配合部分锥度为1°~3°;上层填料在截面上的底面与竖直方向的夹角为85°~95°;下层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向的夹角为95°~105 °;
所述阀杆与填料配合部分锥度为1°;上层填料在截面上的底面与竖直方向的夹角为90°;下层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向的夹角为100°;
所述填料垫材料为金属。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种阀杆填料密封机构,包括阀体1,阀体1上阀孔内安装有阀杆 5,阀孔内壁设置有填料腔,填料腔内安置有填料,阀杆5与填料配合部分是上端直径较小、下端直径较小的锥形,形成斜楔结构,密封效果好。
填料腔下端设置有能够为阀杆5提供限位的填料垫2,填料垫2材料为金属,金属材料的填料垫能防止阀杆与填料底层摩擦。
填料分为多层,每层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向具有夹角,底面与竖直方向也具有夹角,上层填料在截面上的底面4与竖直方向的夹角小于下层填料在截面上的顶面3与竖直方向的夹角,使得多层填料之间具有微小间隙,阀杆旋转开启阀门时受力向上挤压填料,多层填料之间的微小间隙为下层填料提供随阀杆向上位移的空间,减少填料对阀杆的摩擦阻力;阀杆旋转关闭阀门时上层填料随阀杆向下移动,同时产生挤压胀紧力,能够提高填料与阀杆的密封性能。
阀杆与填料配合部分锥度范围在1°~3°之间;上层填料在截面上的底面与竖直方向的夹角范围在85°~95°之间;下层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向的夹角范围在95°~105°之间。
本实施例的阀杆与填料配合部分锥度选择1°;上层填料在截面上的底面与竖直方向的夹角选择90°;下层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向的夹角选择100°。

3.一个金属填料垫有效的防止阀杆和下填料底面的摩擦。

1.一种阀杆填料密封机构,包括阀体,阀体上阀孔内安装有阀杆,其特征在于:阀孔内壁设置有填料腔,填料腔内安置有填料,阀杆与填料配合部分是上端直径较小、下端直径较小的锥形,形成斜楔结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述阀杆填料密封机构,其特征在于:所述填料腔下端设置有能够为阀杆提供限位的填料垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述阀杆填料密封机构,其特征在于:所述填料分为多层,每层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向具有夹角,底面与竖直方向也具有夹角,上层填料在截面上的底面与竖直方向的夹角小于下层填料在截面上的顶面与竖直方向的夹角。
