本发明涉及一种防摩擦平板闸阀,其特征在于:在阀体内腔还设有防磨损调节装置,该防磨损调节装置包括:下导杆、下锥齿轮、左锥齿轮、右锥齿轮,下导杆为圆杆式结构,下导杆上端固定在阀杆下端面,下导杆下端设有球头,下锥齿轮设置在闸板和左、右阀座的下方,所述下锥齿轮设有内孔,下导杆下端伸入该内孔,在该内孔壁处设有螺旋式结构的螺旋槽,所术球头伸入该螺旋槽内,所述左、右锥齿轮分别设置在左、右阀座的左、右侧,所述左、右锥齿轮与所述左、右阀座形成螺纹式连接结构,所述左、右锥齿轮与下锥齿轮之间形成齿轮连接结构,具有使用寿命长、开启与关闭时省力的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种平板闸阀,尤其是涉及一种防摩擦平板闸阀。
背景技术
平板闸阀是一种关闭件为平行闸板的滑动阀。其关闭件一般是由闸板与阀座组成。闸板向阀座的压紧力是由作用于闸板的介质压力来控制,介质推动闸板压紧阀座,从而形成密封,其缺点在于:在阀门开启与关闭的过程中,闸板与阀座这间会产生摩擦,容易导致闸板密封面与阀座密封面产生摩擦损坏,使用寿命短;同时在阀门开启与关闭的过程中,闸板与阀座之间产生摩擦阻力,导致所需的外部驱动装置加大,成本增加。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种闸板密封面与阀座密封面不会产生摩擦、使用寿命长、成本低的一种防摩擦平板闸阀。
本发明通过如下技术方案来实现:
该一种防摩擦平板闸阀,包括:阀体、左阀座、右阀座、闸板、阀盖、阀杆、填料、填料垫、支架、手轮、阀杆螺母和螺母压盖,阀盖设置在阀体中部上端,阀盖上端设有向下凹的填料槽,填料由填料垫固定安装于填料槽处,支架固定安装在阀盖上端,在支架上端设有凹形槽,阀杆螺母下部置于该凹形槽内,螺母压盖通过螺纹安装在该凹形槽内,该螺母压盖限制阀杆螺母上、下移动,阀杆螺母内设有梯形内螺纹,手轮固定安装在阀杆螺母上部,阀杆上部设有与梯形内螺纹相配合的梯形外螺纹,阀杆下端穿透凹形槽、填料槽伸入阀体内腔,所述左、右阀座和闸板安装在阀体内腔,左、右阀座分别设置在闸板的左、右侧,左、右阀座分别设有左、右阀座密封面,闸板为平板形结构,闸板的上端与阀杆下端固定连接,闸板的两侧面分别设有能与左、右阀座密封面形成密封的左、右闸板密封面,其特征在于:在阀体内腔还设有防磨损调节装置,该防磨损调节装置包括:下导杆、下锥齿轮、左锥齿轮、右锥齿轮,下导杆为圆杆式结构,下导杆上端固定在阀杆下端面,下导杆下端设有球头,下锥齿轮设置在闸板和左、右阀座的下方,所述下锥齿轮设有内孔,下导杆下端伸入该内孔,在该内孔壁处设有螺旋式结构的螺旋槽,所术球头伸入该螺旋槽内,所述左、右锥齿轮分别设置在左、右阀座的左、右侧,所述左、右锥齿轮与所述左、右阀座形成螺纹式连接结构,所述左、右锥齿轮与下锥齿轮之间形成齿轮连接结构,所述左锥齿轮的左部设有左导向胫,所述右锥齿轮的右部设有右导向胫,在阀体内腔分别设有与左、右导向胫相配合的左、右导向槽。
更进一步的,所述螺旋槽竖向截面为方形槽结构,所述螺旋槽的槽边处设有能够减小球头与螺旋槽之间摩擦力的助滑板。
更进一步的,所述球头表面堆焊一层耐磨损的硬质合金。
更进一步的,所述左、右阀座密封面处分别设有一层能增强与左、右闸板密封面之间的密封比压的橡胶层。
更进一步的,所述手轮为外部驱动装置。
本发明的优点在于:在阀门开启与关闭的过程中,左、右闸板密封面与左、右阀座密封面这之间不会产生摩擦,具有使用寿命长、开启与关闭时省力的优点。螺旋槽的槽边处设有能够减小球头与螺旋槽之间摩擦力的助滑板,具有预防阀杆卡死的优点。

具体实施方式
根据图1可知,该一种防摩擦平板闸阀,包括:阀体1、左阀座10、右阀座2、闸板11、阀盖13、阀杆12、填料14、填料垫15、支架16、手轮17、阀杆螺母18和螺母压盖19,阀盖13设置在阀体1中部上端,阀盖13上端设有向下凹的填料槽,填料14由填料垫15固定安装于填料槽处,支架16固定安装在阀盖13上端,在支架16上端设有凹形槽,阀杆螺母18下部置于该凹形槽内,螺母压盖19通过螺纹安装在该凹形槽内,该螺母压盖19限制阀杆螺母18上、下移动,阀杆螺母18内设有梯形内螺纹,手轮17固定安装在阀杆螺母18上部,阀杆12上部设有与梯形内螺纹相配合的梯形外螺纹,阀杆12下端穿透凹形槽、填料槽伸入阀体1内腔,所述左、右阀座10、2和闸板11安装在阀体1内腔,左、右阀座10、2分别设置在闸板11的左、右侧,左、右阀座10、2分别设有左、右阀座密封面,闸板11为平板形结构,闸板11的上端与阀杆12下端固定连接,闸板11的两侧面分别设有能与左、右阀座密封面形成密封的左、右闸板密封面,在阀体1内腔还设有防磨损调节装置,该防磨损调节装置包括:下导杆5、下锥齿轮6、左锥齿轮8、右锥齿轮4,下导杆5为圆杆式结构,下导杆5上端固定在阀杆12下端面,下导杆5下端设有球头7,下锥齿轮6设置在闸板11和左、右阀座10、2的下方,所述下锥齿轮6设有内孔,下导杆5下端伸入该内孔,在该内孔壁处设有螺旋式结构的螺旋槽,所术球头7伸入该螺旋槽内,所述左、右锥齿轮8、4分别设置在左、右阀座10、2的左、右侧,所述左、右锥齿轮8、4与所述左、右阀座10、2形成螺纹式连接结构,所述左、右锥齿轮8、4与下锥齿轮6之间形成齿轮连接结构,所述左锥齿轮8的左部设有左导向胫,所述右锥齿轮4的右部设有右导向胫,在阀体1内腔分别设有与左、右导向胫相配合的左、右导向槽9、3。
该阀从关闭状态开启,顺时针旋转手轮,带动阀杆螺母转动,阀杆向上移动,并带动下导杆和球头上移,由于球头置于螺旋槽内,因此在球头上移的过程中,下锥齿轮顺时针旋转,从而带动左、右锥齿轮转动,由于左、右锥齿轮与左、右阀座之间由螺纹连接,因此带动左、右阀座向远离闸板的方向移动,左、右阀座密封面分别脱离左、右闸板密封面,因此在开启的整个过程中左、右阀座密封面与左、右闸板密封之间不会产生摩擦。
同理,该阀从开启状态关闭时,逆时针旋转手轮即可,在整个关闭的过程中,左、右阀座密封面与左、右闸板密封面之间不会产生摩擦,最后完全关闭时,左、右阀座密封面分别压紧左、右闸板密封面。

1.一种防摩擦平板闸阀,包括:阀体、左阀座、右阀座、闸板、阀盖、阀杆、填料、填料垫、支架、手轮、阀杆螺母和螺母压盖,阀盖设置在阀体中部上端,阀盖上端设有向下凹的填料槽,填料由填料垫固定安装于填料槽处,支架固定安装在阀盖上端,在支架上端设有凹形槽,阀杆螺母下部置于该凹形槽内,螺母压盖通过螺纹安装在该凹形槽内,该螺母压盖限制阀杆螺母上、下移动,阀杆螺母内设有梯形内螺纹,手轮固定安装在阀杆螺母上部,阀杆上部设有与梯形内螺纹相配合的梯形外螺纹,阀杆下端穿透凹形槽、填料槽伸入阀体内腔,所述左、右阀座和闸板安装在阀体内腔,左、右阀座分别设置在闸板的左、右侧,左、右阀座分别设有左、右阀座密封面,闸板为平板形结构,闸板的上端与阀杆下端固定连接,闸板的两侧面分别设有能与左、右阀座密封面形成密封的左、右闸板密封面,其特征在于:在阀体内腔还设有防磨损调节装置,该防磨损调节装置包括:下导杆、下锥齿轮、左锥齿轮、右锥齿轮,下导杆为圆杆式结构,下导杆上端固定在阀杆下端面,下导杆下端设有球头,下锥齿轮设置在闸板和左、右阀座的下方,所述下锥齿轮设有内孔,下导杆下端伸入该内孔,在该内孔壁处设有螺旋式结构的螺旋槽,所术球头伸入该螺旋槽内,所述左、右锥齿轮分别设置在左、右阀座的左、右侧,所述左、右锥齿轮与所述左、右阀座形成螺纹式连接结构,所述左、右锥齿轮与下锥齿轮之间形成齿轮连接结构,所述左锥齿轮的左部设有左导向胫,所述右锥齿轮的右部设有右导向胫,在阀体内腔分别设有与左、右导向胫相配合的左、右导向槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摩擦平板闸阀,其特征在于:所述螺旋槽竖向截面为方形槽结构,所述螺旋槽的槽边处设有能够减小球头与螺旋槽之间摩擦力的助滑板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摩擦平板闸阀,其特征在于:所述球头表面堆焊一层耐磨损的硬质合金。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摩擦平板闸阀,其特征在于:所述左、右阀座密封面处分别设有一层能增强与左、右闸板密封面之间的密封比压的橡胶层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摩擦平板闸阀,其特征在于:所述手轮为外部驱动装置。
