Abstract

一种阀杆不旋转仪表截止阀,由阀体、阀座、阀杆、填料、填料压套、调节件、启闭螺套等组成,其特征在于:阀杆的一端是阀芯,阀芯的上部是反向圆锥,中部是圆光杆和偏圆杆,另一端是螺纹;调节件的一端外部是螺纹与阀座配合,内部是偏圆孔与阀杆中部的偏圆杆配合,防止阀杆转动,使性能更加可靠,克服了现有仪表截止阀填料密封部位摩擦力和易磨损的不足,使其摩擦系数最小,密封性能最可靠,使用寿命长,操作最轻松自如。打开阀门时,阀杆的阀芯部位有反向圆锥面与阀座内台阶闭合,形成反向终止倒密封结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门的设计与制造,广泛应用于工业管路中的液体或气体介质的启闭与控制装置。
背景技术
为了克服现有截止阀填料密封部位摩擦力和易磨损的不足。提供一种操控手轮或手柄旋转启闭螺套带动阀杆不旋转升降运动的结构,使其摩擦系数最小,密封性能最可靠,使用寿命最长,操作最轻松自如。打开阀门时,阀杆的阀芯部位有反向圆锥面与阀座内台阶闭合,形成反向终止倒密封结构。为了防止阀杆转动,使性能更加可靠,发明了阀杆不旋转结构。
发明内容
阀杆的一端是阀芯,阀芯的上部是反向圆锥,中部是圆光杆和偏圆杆,另一端是螺纹;调节件的一端外部是螺纹与阀座配合,内部是偏圆孔与阀杆中部的偏圆杆配合的结构,与另一端内孔相通。
解决以上技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
1、一种截止阀的阀杆不转动结构,由阀体、阀座、阀杆、填料、填料压套、调节件、启闭螺套、手轮或手柄组成,其特征在于:阀杆的一端是阀芯,阀芯的上部是反向圆锥,中部是圆光杆和偏圆杆,另一端是螺纹;调节件的一端外部是螺纹与阀座配合,内部是偏圆孔与阀杆中部的偏圆杆配合,与另一端内孔相通并安装启闭螺套等执行机构的零件;把阀杆置于阀座内,依次装入填料垫、填料、填料压套,置于阀座内的底部后旋入并调整调节件,使其挤压填料压套压紧填料至填料紧紧抱住阀杆中部的圆光杆形成密封结构,把锁母旋紧锁定;阀体的上部螺纹端装有金属密封圈与阀座下部螺纹紧密配合。在启闭螺套的顶部安装手柄或手轮,旋转手柄或手轮,带动启闭螺套旋转,使阀杆上下直线升降,执行阀门的开启与关闭。
2、打开阀门时,阀杆上升致阀芯部位反向圆锥面与阀座内台阶闭合,形成反向终止倒密封结构,阻断了介质上流。
本发明的优点及有益效果是:
1、阀芯与阀杆一体化设计,填料紧紧抱住阀杆,由启闭螺套旋转带动阀杆不转动升降运动的结构,填料与阀杆之间的摩擦力和摩擦运动量最小化,使阀门的密封性能更加优异,操作更加轻便,使用寿命更长。
2、由于填料在阀杆和阀座的下部位置密封,隔绝介质,有利于所有上部结构零部件内部的清洁和润滑效果。
3、打开阀门时,阀杆的阀芯部位有反向圆锥面与阀座内台阶闭合,形成反向终止倒密封结构,阻断了介质上流,增加了一道安全密封保障。
4、本发明特别适用于高温、高压、密封要求高和腐蚀性、易燃易爆、有放射性、有毒、有害等介质的场合和管路中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
1、一种截止阀的阀杆不转动结构,由阀体(1)、阀座(2)、阀杆(6)、填料垫(3)、密封垫片(4)、填料(5)、填料压套(7)、调节件(8)、锁母(9)、启闭螺套(10)、手轮或手柄(11)组成,其特征在于:阀杆(6)的一端是阀芯,阀芯的上部是反向圆锥,中部是圆光杆和偏圆杆,另一端是螺纹;调节件(8)的一端外部是螺纹与阀座(2)配合,内部是偏圆孔与阀杆(6)中部的偏圆杆配合,与另一端内孔相通并安装启闭螺套(10)等执行机构的零件;把阀杆(6)置于阀座(2)内,依次装入填料垫(3)、填料(5)、填料压套(7),置于阀座(2)内的底部后旋入并调整调节件(8),使其挤压填料压套(7)压紧填料(5)紧紧抱住阀杆(6)中部的圆光杆形成密封结构,把锁母(9)旋紧锁定;阀体(1)的上部螺纹端装有密封垫片(4)与阀座(2)下部螺纹紧密配合。在启闭螺套(10)的顶部安装手柄或手轮(11),旋转手柄或手轮(11),带动启闭螺套(10)旋转,使阀杆(2)上下直线升降,执行阀门的开启与关闭。
2、打开阀门时,阀杆(2)上升致阀芯部位反向圆锥面与阀座(2)内台阶闭合,形成反向终止倒密封结构,阻断了介质上流。

1.一种截止阀的阀杆不转动结构,由阀体(1)、阀座(2)、阀杆(6)、填料垫(3)、密封垫片(4)、填料(5)、填料压套(7)、调节件(8)、锁母(9)、启闭螺套(10)、手轮或手柄(11)组成,其特征在于:阀杆(6)的一端是阀芯,阀芯的上部是反向圆锥,中部是圆光杆和偏圆杆,另一端是螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种截止阀的阀杆不转动结构,其特征在于:调节件(8)的一端外部是螺纹与阀座(2)配合,内部是偏圆孔与阀杆(6)中部的偏圆杆配合,与另一端内孔相通。
