Abstract
本发明公开了一种除菌保温墙纸,包括基材层、保温层、除菌层、反光层和保护层,反光层位于保护层的内侧,除菌层位于反光层的内侧,保温层位于除菌层的内侧,基材层位于保温层的内侧,基材层粘贴于墙体,保护层相背于反光层的表面均匀分布有若干个反光凸起,反光凸起的侧壁为斜面且其倾斜方向自反光凸起的底面向顶部逐渐向反光凸起的中心倾斜,反光凸起的斜面具有多个散射点。本发明有效杀死室内空气中的细菌,具有养气安神的作用,提高墙纸的防撕裂性,便于多次施工,增加室内光亮度,提高墙纸表面的平整度和美观度,节约能源,提高墙体的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于墙体装饰材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种除菌保温墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸是现代室内装饰材料的重要组成部分,是室内墙体表面主要装饰装修材料之一,由于墙纸具有良好的装饰效果,所以得到越来越广泛的应用。随着社会经济的不断发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,酒店及住宅大量涌现,人们对室内的装修装饰要求越来越高,更为注重墙体表面的装饰效果。墙纸由于具有色彩丰富、图案多样、施工效率高、装饰效果好等特点得到广泛的应用。
一般而言,将浆糊或胶黏剂涂抹于墙纸后,施工人员将墙纸粘贴于墙体,但是墙体上的墙纸容易出现褶皱,影响美观,严重时需要返工,撕下来的墙纸大多破损报废,无法重新使用,造成浪费。
中国专利公布号CN 207031924 U公开的一种墙纸,包括依次层叠布置的保护层、装饰层、主体层、基材层、粘结层、隔离层,其特征在于,所述主体层中包含有至少一层防撕裂编织纤维层,虽然绿色环保,墙纸能够在墙体上粘贴后撕下重新返工使用,但是墙纸的功能单一不能除去室内空气中的细菌,也无法达到防辐射的效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种除菌保温墙纸,有效杀死室内空气中的细菌,具有养气安神的作用,提高墙纸的防撕裂性,便于多次施工,增加室内光亮度,提高墙纸表面的平整度和美观度,节约能源,提高墙体的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种除菌保温墙纸,包括基材层、保温层、除菌层、反光层和保护层,所述反光层位于所述保护层的内侧,所述除菌层位于所述反光层的内侧,所述保温层位于所述除菌层的内侧,所述基材层位于所述保温层的内侧,所述基材层粘贴于墙体;
所述保温层包括以下重量份的原料:聚酯纤维50-60份、石棉绒15-20份、鸭绒毛10-12份、鹅绒毛5-8份和珍珠岩颗粒10-15份;
所述除菌层包括以下重量份的原料:玫瑰花粉末20-30份、桂花粉末15-20份、茉莉花粉末10-15份、柠檬粉末15-20份、草桂花粉末10-12份、竹炭8-10份和抗菌剂1-3份;
所述反光层包括以下重量份的原料:铝箔片40-45份、珍珠粉30-35份、金葱亮片10-15份和玻璃纤维10-12份;
所述保护层相背于所述反光层的表面均匀分布有若干个反光凸起(6),所述反光凸起的平面覆盖面积为9-15mm2,所述反光凸起的高度为0.5-1mm,相邻所述反光凸起之间的中心距为12-16mm2,,所述反光凸起的侧壁为斜面且其倾斜方向自所述反光凸起的底面向顶部逐渐向所述反光凸起的中心倾斜,所述反光凸起的斜面具有多个散射点;
所述反光层和所述除菌层之间设有若干根金属螺旋筋,若干条所述金属螺旋筋相互之间呈等距且平行排布,每一所述金属螺旋筋皆由2-4根金属丝相互交织而成,相邻所述金属螺旋筋之间的间距为1-1.5cm,所述金属丝的直径为0.2-0.3mm;
所述基材层的厚度为60-80μm,所述保温层的厚度为80-120μm,所述除菌层的厚度为140-160μm,所述反光层的厚度为100-120μm,所述保护层的厚度为150-200μm,所述墙纸的总厚度为550-650μm。
进一步的说,所述基材层为无纺布层、无纺纸层、沙网层或纱布层。
进一步的说,所述玫瑰花粉末的粒度、所述桂花粉末的粒度、所述茉莉花粉末的粒度、所述柠檬粉末的粒度和所述草桂花粉末的粒度皆为600-800目。
进一步的说,所述铝箔片的平面覆盖面积和所述金葱亮片的平面覆盖面积皆为2-3mm2。
进一步的说,所述玻璃纤维为扁平玻璃纤维,所述玻璃纤维的长度为2-3mm。
进一步的说,所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂,所述银离子抗菌剂选自日本石冢硝子的银飘亚抗菌剂。
进一步的说,所述保护层为聚乙烯醇薄膜。
进一步的说,所述散射点的排布结构为沿着所述反光凸起的斜面自底部向顶面所述散射点的单位覆盖面积逐渐增加,所述散射点的排布结构为以下三种排布结构中的一种:
一、若干个所述散射点之间的间距相等且所述散射点的体积逐渐增大;
二、若干个所述散射点之间的间距逐渐减小且所述散射点的体积相同;
三、若干个所述散射点之间的间距逐渐减小且所述散射点的体积逐渐增大。
进一步的说,所述除菌保温墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份将聚酯纤维、石棉绒、鸭绒毛、鹅绒毛和珍珠岩颗粒混合均匀后加入胶粘剂,压平制成保温层;
步骤二:按重量份将玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末和竹炭放入50-60℃的烘箱烘烤100-120min,待冷却后经过研磨机进行研磨,用滤网进行过滤筛选,将抗菌剂在100-120℃的条件下烘干2-3小时,按比例添加抗菌剂并搅拌均匀,热压制成除菌层;
步骤三:将铝箔片、珍珠粉、金葱亮片和玻璃纤维按比例混合后加入透明胶粘剂压平制得反光层,将基材层、保温层、除菌层、金属螺旋筋和反光层依次粘结,然后铺设一层聚乙烯醇薄膜,在聚乙烯醇薄膜表面放置反光凸起,最后热压成型制得墙纸。
进一步的说,所述步骤三中的热压温度为120-150℃,热压时间为40-50s。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明由内向外依次设有基材层、保温层、除菌层、反光层和保护层,保温层使墙体潮湿状况得到改善,除菌层有效杀死室内有害细菌,防止人们受到细菌的危害,反光层使墙纸在夜间遇到光照后进行反光,增加室内光亮度;
本发明的保温层包括聚酯纤维、石棉绒、鸭绒毛、鹅绒毛和珍珠岩颗粒,可在关闭取暖设施后仍能保持室内的温度不会变化很大,从而节约能源;另外,由于保温层隔热能力强,可避免墙体的温度急剧变化,使墙体潮湿状况得到改善,提高墙体的使用寿命;
本发明的除菌层包括玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末和竹炭,有效杀死室内空气中的白喉菌、痢疾菌等原生菌,防止人们受到细菌的危害,值得一提的是,玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末等粉末散发的香味具有养气安神的作用,更佳的是,在除菌层中添加银离子抗菌剂,在一定湿度下,银离子抗菌剂破坏细菌的细胞壁,使其死亡,本发明所选用的银离子抗菌剂为日本石冢硝子的银飘亚抗菌剂,具有耐高温、耐黄化和使用寿命长等特点;
本发明的反光层和除菌层之间设有若干根金属螺旋筋,每一金属螺旋筋皆由2-4根金属丝相互交织而成,此种结构设计,有效增加了墙纸的拉伸强度,当墙体上的墙纸出现褶皱时,使墙纸能够在墙体上粘贴后撕下重新返工使用,保证整体美观,更佳的是,在提高墙纸强度的同时起到导电的作用,防止墙纸表面沾灰,金属螺旋筋也可有效屏蔽电磁辐射,使墙纸表面呈凹凸结构,利于反射不同角度的光线;
本发明的反光层包括铝箔片、珍珠粉、金葱亮片和玻璃纤维,在夜晚墙纸遇到灯光照射后反光,增加室内的光亮度,更佳的是,铝箔片有效屏蔽电磁辐射;
本发明的保护层为聚乙烯醇薄膜,避免墙纸黄化、褪色,增加其使用寿命,值得一提的是,保护层相背于反光层的表面均匀分布有若干个反光凸起,反光凸起的侧壁为斜面且其倾斜方向自反光凸起的底面向顶部逐渐向反光凸起的中心倾斜,反光凸起的斜面具有多个散射点,利于室内的光线从不同角度进行反射,增加室内光亮度;
本发明的基材层为无纺布层、无纺纸层、沙网层或纱布层,有效防止墙纸粘贴于墙面后起泡、翘起,增加墙纸表面的平整度和美观度。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例:一种除菌保温墙纸,如图1所示,包括基材层1、保温层2、除菌层3、反光层4和保护层5,所述反光层4位于所述保护层5的内侧,所述除菌层3位于所述反光层4的内侧,所述保温层2位于所述除菌层3的内侧,所述基材层1位于所述保温层2的内侧,所述基材层1粘贴于墙体;
所述保温层2包括以下重量份的原料:聚酯纤维50-60份、石棉绒15-20份、鸭绒毛10-12份、鹅绒毛5-8份和珍珠岩颗粒10-15份;
所述除菌层3包括以下重量份的原料:玫瑰花粉末20-30份、桂花粉末15-20份、茉莉花粉末10-15份、柠檬粉末15-20份、草桂花粉末10-12份、竹炭8-10份和抗菌剂1-3份;
所述反光层4包括以下重量份的原料:铝箔片40-45份、珍珠粉30-35份、金葱亮片10-15份和玻璃纤维10-12份;
所述保护层5相背于所述反光层4的表面均匀分布有若干个反光凸起6,所述反光凸起6的平面覆盖面积为9-15mm2,所述反光凸起6的高度为0.5-1mm,相邻所述反光凸起6之间的中心距为12-16mm2,,所述反光凸起6的侧壁为斜面且其倾斜方向自所述反光凸起6的底面向顶部逐渐向所述反光凸起6的中心倾斜,所述反光凸起6的斜面具有多个散射点;
具体实施时,所述反光凸起6为玻璃凸起,所述反光凸起6的形状为圆台形。
所述反光层4和所述除菌层3之间设有若干根金属螺旋筋7,若干条所述金属螺旋筋7相互之间呈等距且平行排布,每一所述金属螺旋筋7皆由2-4根金属丝相互交织而成,相邻所述金属螺旋筋7之间的间距为1-1.5cm,所述金属丝的直径为0.2-0.3mm;
所述基材层1的厚度为60-80μm,所述保温层2的厚度为80-120μm,所述除菌层3的厚度为140-160μm,所述反光层4的厚度为100-120μm,所述保护层5的厚度为150-200μm,所述墙纸的总厚度为550-650μm。
所述基材层1为无纺布层、无纺纸层、沙网层或纱布层。
所述玫瑰花粉末的粒度、所述桂花粉末的粒度、所述茉莉花粉末的粒度、所述柠檬粉末的粒度和所述草桂花粉末的粒度皆为600-800目。
所述铝箔片的平面覆盖面积和所述金葱亮片的平面覆盖面积皆为2-3mm2。
所述玻璃纤维为扁平玻璃纤维,所述玻璃纤维的长度为2-3mm。
所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂,所述银离子抗菌剂选自日本石冢硝子的银飘亚抗菌剂。
所述保护层5为聚乙烯醇薄膜。
所述散射点的排布结构为沿着所述反光凸起6的斜面自底部向顶面所述散射点的单位覆盖面积逐渐增加,所述散射点的排布结构为以下三种排布结构中的一种:
一、若干个所述散射点之间的间距相等且所述散射点的体积逐渐增大;
二、若干个所述散射点之间的间距逐渐减小且所述散射点的体积相同;
三、若干个所述散射点之间的间距逐渐减小且所述散射点的体积逐渐增大。
所述除菌保温墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份将聚酯纤维、石棉绒、鸭绒毛、鹅绒毛和珍珠岩颗粒混合均匀后加入胶粘剂,压平制成保温层;
步骤二:按重量份将玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末和竹炭放入50-60℃的烘箱烘烤100-120min,待冷却后经过研磨机进行研磨,用滤网进行过滤筛选,将抗菌剂在100-120℃的条件下烘干2-3小时,按比例添加抗菌剂并搅拌均匀,热压制成除菌层;
步骤三:将铝箔片、珍珠粉、金葱亮片和玻璃纤维按比例混合后加入透明胶粘剂压平制得反光层,将基材层、保温层、除菌层、金属螺旋筋和反光层依次粘结,然后铺设一层聚乙烯醇薄膜,在聚乙烯醇薄膜表面放置反光凸起,最后热压成型制得墙纸。
所述步骤三中的热压温度为120-150℃,热压时间为40-50s。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明的内向外依次设有基材层、保温层、除菌层、反光层和保护层,基材层有效防止墙纸粘贴于墙面后起泡、翘起,增加墙纸表面的平整度和美观度,保温层使墙体潮湿状况得到改善,除菌层有效杀死室内有害细菌,防止人们受到细菌的危害,反光层使墙纸在夜间遇到光照后进行反光,增加室内光亮度,反光层和除菌层之间设有若干根金属螺旋筋,有效增加了墙纸的拉伸强度,当墙体上的墙纸出现褶皱时,使墙纸能够在墙体上粘贴后撕下重新返工使用,保证整体美观。

Claims (10)
1.一种除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:包括基材层(1)、保温层(2)、除菌层(3)、反光层(4)和保护层(5),所述反光层位于所述保护层的内侧,所述除菌层位于所述反光层的内侧,所述保温层位于所述除菌层的内侧,所述基材层位于所述保温层的内侧,所述基材层粘贴于墙体;
所述保温层包括以下重量份的原料:聚酯纤维50-60份、石棉绒15-20份、鸭绒毛10-12份、鹅绒毛5-8份和珍珠岩颗粒10-15份;
所述除菌层包括以下重量份的原料:玫瑰花粉末20-30份、桂花粉末15-20份、茉莉花粉末10-15份、柠檬粉末15-20份、草桂花粉末10-12份、竹炭8-10份和抗菌剂1-3份;
所述反光层包括以下重量份的原料:铝箔片40-45份、珍珠粉30-35份、金葱亮片10-15份和玻璃纤维10-12份;
所述保护层相背于所述反光层的表面均匀分布有若干个反光凸起(6),所述反光凸起的平面覆盖面积为9-15mm2,所述反光凸起的高度为0.5-1mm,相邻所述反光凸起之间的中心距为12-16mm2,,所述反光凸起的侧壁为斜面且其倾斜方向自所述反光凸起的底面向顶部逐渐向所述反光凸起的中心倾斜,所述反光凸起的斜面具有多个散射点;
所述反光层和所述除菌层之间设有若干根金属螺旋筋(7),若干条所述金属螺旋筋相互之间呈等距且平行排布,每一所述金属螺旋筋皆由2-4根金属丝相互交织而成,相邻所述金属螺旋筋之间的间距为1-1.5cm,所述金属丝的直径为0.2-0.3mm;
所述基材层的厚度为60-80μm,所述保温层的厚度为80-120μm,所述除菌层的厚度为140-160μm,所述反光层的厚度为100-120μm,所述保护层的厚度为150-200μm,所述墙纸的总厚度为550-650μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:所述基材层为无纺布层、无纺纸层、沙网层或纱布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:所述玫瑰花粉末的粒度、所述桂花粉末的粒度、所述茉莉花粉末的粒度、所述柠檬粉末的粒度和所述草桂花粉末的粒度皆为600-800目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:所述铝箔片的平面覆盖面积和所述金葱亮片的平面覆盖面积皆为2-3mm2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维为扁平玻璃纤维,所述玻璃纤维的长度为2-3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂,所述银离子抗菌剂选自日本石冢硝子的银飘亚抗菌剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:所述保护层为聚乙烯醇薄膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸,其特征在于:所述散射点的排布结构为沿着所述反光凸起的斜面自底部向顶面所述散射点的单位覆盖面积逐渐增加,所述散射点的排布结构为以下三种排布结构中的一种:
一、若干个所述散射点之间的间距相等且所述散射点的体积逐渐增大;
二、若干个所述散射点之间的间距逐渐减小且所述散射点的体积相同;
三、若干个所述散射点之间的间距逐渐减小且所述散射点的体积逐渐增大。
9.根据权利要求1所述的除菌保温墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份将聚酯纤维、石棉绒、鸭绒毛、鹅绒毛和珍珠岩颗粒混合均匀后加入胶粘剂,压平制成保温层;
步骤二:按重量份将玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末和竹炭放入50-60℃的烘箱烘烤100-120min,待冷却后经过研磨机进行研磨,用滤网进行过滤筛选,将抗菌剂在100-120℃的条件下烘干2-3小时,按比例添加抗菌剂并搅拌均匀,热压制成除菌层;
步骤三:将铝箔片、珍珠粉、金葱亮片和玻璃纤维按比例混合后加入透明胶粘剂压平制得反光层,将基材层、保温层、除菌层、金属螺旋筋和反光层依次粘结,然后铺设一层聚乙烯醇薄膜,在聚乙烯醇薄膜表面放置反光凸起,最后热压成型制得墙纸。
10.根据权利要求9所述的除菌保温墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的热压温度为120-150℃,热压时间为40-50s。
