Abstract

本发明公开了一种可逆变色的皮革及其制作方法,其中可逆变色的皮革包括自下而上依次设置的纤维织物层、皮革层、温变颜料涂层和防水层,纤维织物层的上表面与皮革层的底面之间通过胶水连接,温变涂料层的底面与皮革层的上表面之间通过贴面、根涂、印刷、轮表或者喷涂方式连接,温变涂料层的上表面上间隔设有若干个锥形反光凸起,防水层涂覆在温变颜料涂层上表面。本发明,温变颜料涂层能够随着温度的变化而改变颜色,使得该皮革能够在环境温度低于设定温度时,可显现各种图案及颜色,当环境温度高于设定温度时,表面图案及颜色随即消失,并有可逆性,显色温度及颜色可随意调节,灵活多彩。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮革技术领域,具体涉及一种可逆变色的皮革及其制作方法。
背景技术
皮革作为家居、生活用品领域较长用的产品随处可见,随着人们生活的不断提高,对物质的观赏度也是越来越高,皮革的单一色彩或图案已经不能满足人们对生活品质的需要,所以现有市场上可变色的皮革应运而生,但大都不够理想存在诸多问题,如变色不够均匀、变色后不可逆等问题存在。
因此,现有的家居、生活用品中的皮革存在变色不够均匀、变色后不可逆的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的家居、生活用品中的皮革存在变色不够均匀、变色后不可逆的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种可逆变色的皮革,包括自下而上依次设置的纤维织物层、皮革层、温变颜料涂层和防水层,所述纤维织物层的上表面与所述皮革层的底面之间通过胶水连接,所述温变涂料层的底面与所述皮革层的上表面之间通过贴面、根涂、印刷、轮表或者喷涂方式连接,所述温变涂料层的上表面上间隔设有若干个锥形反光凸起,所述防水层涂覆在所述温变颜料涂层的上表面。
在上述方案中,所述温变颜料涂层由以下质量百分比的物料组成:颜料支撑介质,78%;水,20%;分散剂,0.2%;防沉剂,0.1%;二氧化钛,2.3%;显色颜料,3.9%。
在上述方案中,所述防水层采用透明反光材质。
在上述方案中,所述皮革层采用PVC、半PU或PU材质。
在上述方案中,所述纤维织物层为镂空网状结构。
本发明还提供了一种上述可逆变色的皮革的制作方法,包括以下步骤,
制作温变颜料,称取以下质量百分比的物料:颜料支撑介质,78%;水,20%;分散剂,0.2%;防沉剂,0.1%;二氧化钛,2.3%;显色颜料,3.9%;将上述物料混合均匀,并加热熔融,得到变色涂料;
将皮革底坯进行切割、打磨处理,使得上、下表面光滑,得到皮革层;
将纤维织物层通过胶水粘贴在皮革层的底面上;
将温变颜料涂饰在皮革层的上表面,并对温变颜料的上表面进行挤压处理,得到锥形反光凸起,放置在通风处干燥;
将防水层涂覆在温变颜料涂层的上表面,即可得到成品。
在上述方案中,所述颜料支撑介质为液态弹性聚氨酯树脂、油性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂或水性丙烯酸树脂。
在上述方案中,在制作温变颜料的过程中,将各组分的物料放入搅拌桶内,通过搅拌机混合均匀,得到混合物料;对混合物料加热,加热至50~60摄氏度,冷却,得到变色后的温变颜料。
在上述方案中,温变颜料涂层的显色温度范围为-10~25摄氏度,低于或者超过该温度范围,温变颜料涂层不显色。
本发明,温变颜料涂层能够随着温度的变化而改变颜色,使得该皮革能够在环境温度低于设定温度时,可显现各种图案及颜色,当环境温度高于设定温度时,表面图案及颜色随即消失,并有可逆性,显色温度及颜色可随意调节,灵活多彩。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明做出详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种可逆变色的皮革,包括自下而上依次设置的纤维织物层4、皮革层3、温变颜料涂层2和防水层1,纤维织物层4的上表面与皮革层3的底面之间通过胶水连接,纤维织物层4用于包裹在家具的外表面,与家具无缝贴合,起到保护家具外表面不受损坏的作用,纤维织物层4为镂空网状结构,透气性好。
温变涂料层2的底面与皮革层3的上表面之间通过贴面、根涂、印刷、轮表或者喷涂方式连接,皮革层3起到整体的支撑作用,优选的,皮革层3采用PVC、半PU或PU材质,成本低,结构牢固。
温变涂料层2能够根据温度的变化改变其自身的颜色,提升观赏效果。温变颜料涂层2由以下质量百分比的物料组成:颜料支撑介质,78%;水,20%;分散剂,0.2%;防沉剂,0.1%;二氧化钛,2.3%;显色颜料,3.9%。其中,颜料支撑介质为液态弹性聚氨酯树脂、油性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂或水性丙烯酸树脂。以上树脂作为支撑介质具有较高的强度、硬度、耐水性、耐溶剂性。
显色颜料可以根据需要选择温显色粉兰或者其他颜料。以温显色粉兰为例,温变颜料涂层2的显色温度范围为-10~25摄氏度,低于-10摄氏度或者超过25摄氏度该温度范围,温变颜料涂层2不显色,在该温度范围内,随着温度的变化颜色,随着温度的增加,温变颜料涂层2逐渐变化,依次变为绿色、红色花朵、兰色。
温变涂料层2的上表面上间隔设有若干个锥形反光凸起21,锥形反光凸起21能够将温变涂料层2改变后的颜色很好的反射展示出来,增加立体感和美观性。
防水层1涂覆在温变颜料涂层2上表面。防水层1采用透明反光材质,对温变颜料涂层2起到保护的作用,一般的生活用水不会对温变颜料涂层2造成损坏,透明反光材质不影响温变颜料涂层2上图案纹理和颜色的展示。
本发明还提供了一种可逆变色的皮革的制作方法,包括以下步骤,
制作温变颜料,称取以下质量百分比的物料:颜料支撑介质,78%;水,20%;分散剂,0.2%;防沉剂,0.1%;二氧化钛,2.3%;显色颜料,3.9%;将上述物料混合均匀,并加热熔融,得到变色涂料。
优选的,在制作温变颜料的过程中,将各组分的物料放入搅拌桶内,通过搅拌机混合均匀,得到混合物料;对混合物料加热,加热至50~60摄氏度,冷却,得到变色后的温变颜料。
将皮革底坯进行切割、打磨处理,使得上、下表面光滑,得到皮革层3;
将纤维织物层4通过胶水粘贴在皮革层3的底面上;
将温变颜料涂饰在皮革层3的上表面,在对温变颜料进行涂饰过程中,采用贴面、根涂、印刷、轮表或者喷涂的方式,并对温变颜料的上表面进行挤压处理,得到锥形反光凸起21,放置在通风处干燥,得到温变颜料涂层2;
将防水层1涂覆在温变颜料涂层2的上表面,即可得到成品。
本发明,温变颜料涂层能够随着温度的变化而改变颜色,使得该皮革能够在环境温度低于设定温度时,可显现各种图案及颜色,当环境温度高于设定温度时,表面图案及颜色随即消失,并有可逆性,显色温度及颜色可随意调节,灵活多彩。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种可逆变色的皮革,其特征在于,包括自下而上依次设置的纤维织物层、皮革层、温变颜料涂层和防水层,所述纤维织物层的上表面与所述皮革层的底面之间通过胶水连接,所述温变涂料层的底面与所述皮革层的上表面之间通过贴面、根涂、印刷、轮表或者喷涂方式连接,所述温变涂料层的上表面上间隔设有若干个锥形反光凸起,所述防水层涂覆在所述温变颜料涂层的上表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可逆变色的皮革,其特征在于,所述温变颜料涂层由以下质量百分比的物料组成:颜料支撑介质,78%;水,20%;分散剂,0.2%;防沉剂,0.1%;二氧化钛,2.3%;显色颜料,3.9%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可逆变色的皮革,其特征在于,所述防水层采用透明反光材质。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种可逆变色的皮革,其特征在于,所述皮革层采用PVC、半PU或PU材质。

6.一种如权利要求1所述的可逆变色的皮革的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
制作温变颜料,称取以下质量百分比的物料:颜料支撑介质,78%;水,20%;分散剂,0.2%;防沉剂,0.1%;二氧化钛,2.3%;显色颜料,3.9%;将上述物料混合均匀,并加热熔融,得到变色涂料;
将皮革底坯进行切割、打磨处理,使得上、下表面光滑,得到皮革层;
将纤维织物层通过胶水粘贴在皮革层的底面上;
将温变颜料涂饰在皮革层的上表面,并对温变颜料的上表面进行挤压处理,得到锥形反光凸起,放置在通风处干燥;
将防水层涂覆在温变颜料涂层的上表面,即可得到成品。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种可逆变色的皮革的制作方法,其特征在于,所述颜料支撑介质为液态弹性聚氨酯树脂、油性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂或水性丙烯酸树脂。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种可逆变色的皮革的制作方法,其特征在于,在制作温变颜料的过程中,将各组分的物料放入搅拌桶内,通过搅拌机混合均匀,得到混合物料;对混合物料加热,加热至50~60摄氏度,冷却,得到变色后的温变颜料。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种可逆变色的皮革的制作方法,其特征在于,温变颜料涂层的显色温度范围为-10~25摄氏度,低于或者超过该温度范围,温变颜料涂层不显色。
