随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对室内的装修装饰要求也在提高。因为墙纸具有色彩多样，图案丰富，豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点，因此成为重要的室内装饰材料，得到越来越广泛的应用。目前，绿色建筑、生态人居环境建设的需求不断扩大，生态环保建材产品的需求量持续快速增长，生态建材产业将成为室内装饰装修发展的主流和方向。然而，现有技术的墙纸大多含有甲醛等有害物质，容易对人们的健康产生不良影响，不符合生态环保建材产品的要求。

本发明的目的是提供一种环保型墙纸，以解决不符合生态环保建材产品的要求的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种环保型墙纸，包括基材层，以及依次涂覆在基材层的背面的功能层、抗菌层和干性胶层，功能层采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成：包括木浆30~50份；艾草6~8份；硅藻土10~20份；薰衣草6~8份；琼脂2~5份；粘合剂1~2份、增韧剂1~2份；活性炭粉5~15份；消泡剂2~3份；阻燃剂4~8份；抗菌层采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成：包括水性上光油50~100份，银离子5~10份。
进一步地，消泡剂采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成：十二醇1~2份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷10~13份、1，2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮1~2份、失水山梨醇三油酸酯0.2~0.4份、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯0.3~0.5份、水10~20份、聚四氟乙烯超细粉1~2份、疏水白炭黑2~3份、瓜尔胶1~2份、硬脂酸铝0.4~0.6份、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷1~2份、硫酸锌1~2份。

功能层中的活性炭粉可有助与消除房间异味，银离子可起到抗菌杀菌的作用；并且，艾草具有特殊的馨香味，一定程度上具有可安眠助睡解乏的功效；同时，薰衣草也能使墙纸能散发芳香，使居住在该环境中的人们身心平和、愉悦，对人体具有一定的保健作用。本墙纸韧性好，健康无毒，符合生态环保建材产品的要求。

Claims (4)

1.一种环保型墙纸，包括基材层，以及依次涂覆在所述基材层的背面的功能层、抗菌层和干性胶层，其特征在于，所述功能层采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成：包括木浆30~50份；艾草6~8份；硅藻土10~20份；薰衣草6~8份；琼脂2~5份；粘合剂1~2份、增韧剂1~2份；活性炭粉5~15份；消泡剂2~3份；阻燃剂4~8份；所述抗菌层采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成：包括水性上光油50~100份，银离子5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型墙纸，其特征在于，所述消泡剂采用如下重量份数比的原料制备而成：十二醇1~2份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷10~13份、1，2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮1~2份、失水山梨醇三油酸酯0.2~0.4份、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯0.3~0.5份、水10~20份、聚四氟乙烯超细粉1~2份、疏水白炭黑2~3份、瓜尔胶1~2份、硬脂酸铝0.4~0.6份、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷1~2份、硫酸锌1~2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型墙纸，其特征在于，所述基材层为PVC涂层纸、纯纸、无纺纸、无纺布、纱网或纱布中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型墙纸，其特征在于，所述增韧剂为聚己内酯。
