技术领域
本发明属于墙体装饰材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种多功能复合墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸是现代室内装饰材料的重要组成部分,是室内墙体表面主要装饰装修材料之一,由于墙纸具有良好的装饰效果,所以得到越来越广泛的应用。随着社会经济的不断发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,酒店及住宅大量涌现,人们对室内的装修装饰要求越来越高,更为注重墙体表面的装饰效果。墙纸由于具有色彩丰富、图案多样、施工效率高、装饰效果好等特点得到广泛的应用。
一般而言,将浆糊或胶黏剂涂抹于墙纸后,施工人员将墙纸粘贴于墙体,但是墙体上的墙纸容易出现褶皱,影响美观,严重时需要返工,撕下来的墙纸大多破损报废,无法重新使用,造成浪费。
中国专利公布号CN 207031924 U公开的一种墙纸,包括依次层叠布置的保护层、装饰层、主体层、基材层、粘结层、隔离层,其特征在于,所述主体层中包含有至少一层防撕裂编织纤维层,虽然绿色环保,墙纸能够在墙体上粘贴后撕下重新返工使用,但是墙纸的功能单一不能除去室内空气中的细菌,也无法达到防辐射的效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能复合墙纸,有效杀死室内空气中的细菌,去除空气中的甲醛等有害气体,具有养气安神的作用,提高墙纸的防撕裂性,便于多次施工,增加室内光亮度,提高墙纸表面的平整度和美观度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多功能复合墙纸,包括基材层、抗菌层、瓦楞层和反光层,所述瓦楞层位于所述反光层的内侧,所述抗菌层位于所述瓦楞层的内侧,所述基材层位于所述抗菌层的内侧,所述基材层粘贴于墙体;
所述抗菌层包括以下重量份的原料:玫瑰花粉末20-30份、桂花粉末15-20份、茉莉花粉末10-15份、柠檬粉末15-20份、草桂花粉末10-12份和抗菌剂1-3份;
所述抗菌层和所述瓦楞层之间设有与所述瓦楞层的凹槽一一对应的防撕拉线,所述防撕拉线位于所述凹槽的内部,且沿着所述凹槽的长度方向设置,所述防撕拉线包括中心的3片支撑片和外层的弹性层,任一截面上相邻的两片所述支撑片的轴线互成120度,相邻两片支撑片与弹性层之间填充吸收材料;
所述瓦楞层和所述反光层之间设有一层铝箔层,所述瓦楞层、所述铝箔层、所述反光层和所述防撕拉线的弹性层皆设有若干个气孔,所述瓦楞层的气孔、所述铝箔层的气孔和所述反光层的气孔依次叠合导通,相邻所述气孔之间的中心距为10-15mm,所述气孔的内径为0.5-1mm;
所述反光层包括以下重量份的原料:透明聚氨酯60-80份、珍珠粉10-12份、铂颗粒3-5份、银颗粒5-8份、荧光粉1-2份和珠光眼影3-4份;

步骤一:按重量份将玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末和草桂花粉末放入50-60℃的烘箱烘烤100-120min,待冷却后经过研磨机进行研磨,用滤网进行过滤筛选,将抗菌剂在100-120℃的条件下烘干2-3小时,按比例添加抗菌剂并搅拌均匀,压合制成抗菌层;
步骤二:在防撕拉线的弹性层上按要求打孔,将基材层、抗菌层、防撕拉线、瓦楞层和铝箔层通过胶粘剂依次粘结,在铝箔层表面镀上一层镀锌层,并在瓦楞层、铝箔层和镀锌层上打孔;
步骤三:将透明聚氨酯放入80-90℃的除湿干燥设备烘干4-6小时,加热至180-220℃搅拌并按比例加入珍珠粉、铂颗粒、银颗粒、荧光粉和珠光眼影,用搅拌机搅拌后于镀锌层的表面形成反光层,待冷却后在反光层上进行打孔。
进一步地说,所述步骤三中的搅拌机的转速为800r/min,搅拌时间为10-15min
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明由内向外依次设有基材层、抗菌层、瓦楞层、铝箔层、镀锌层和反光层,抗菌层有效杀死室内有害细菌,防止人们受到细菌的危害,瓦楞层和防撕拉线增加了墙纸的拉伸强度和柔韧性,反光层、镀锌层和铝箔层使墙纸在夜间遇到光照后进行反光,增加室内光亮度;
本发明的抗菌层包括玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末,有效杀死室内空气中的白喉菌、痢疾菌等原生菌,防止人们受到细菌的危害,值得一提的是,玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末等粉末散发的香味具有养气安神的作用,更佳的是,在抗菌层中添加银离子抗菌剂,在一定湿度下,银离子抗菌剂破坏细菌的细胞壁,使其死亡,本发明所选用的银离子抗菌剂为日本石冢硝子的银飘亚抗菌剂,具有耐高温、耐黄化和使用寿命长等特点;
本发明的抗菌层和瓦楞层之间设有与瓦楞层的凹槽一一对应的防撕拉线,防撕拉线包括中心的3片支撑片和外层的弹性层,任一截面上相邻的两片支撑片的轴线互成120度,此种结构设计,有效增加了墙纸的拉伸强度,当墙体上的墙纸出现褶皱时,使墙纸能够在墙体上粘贴后撕下重新返工使用,保证整体美观,更佳的是,相邻两片支撑片与弹性层之间填充吸收材料,吸收材料为竹炭或活性炭,有效去除空气中的甲醛等有害气体,绿色环保;
本发明的反光层包括透明聚氨酯、珍珠粉、铂颗粒、银颗粒、荧光粉和珠光眼影,在夜晚墙纸遇到灯光照射后反光,增加室内的光亮度,更佳的是,铂颗粒和银颗粒有效屏蔽电磁辐射,制得一提的是,瓦楞层和反光层之间设有一层铝箔层,铝箔层的表面设有一层镀锌层,从而提高铝箔层表面的光泽度和光滑度,使灯光照射的光线再一次反射,提高光线的反射率;
本发明的瓦楞层、铝箔层、反光层和防撕拉线的弹性层皆设有若干个气孔,使墙纸充分杀死空气中的细菌和吸收甲醛等有害物质,同时使抗菌层的香味散发到室内空气中;
本发明的基材层为无纺布层、无纺纸层、沙网层或纱布层,有效防止墙纸粘贴于墙面后起泡、翘起,增加墙纸表面的平整度和美观度。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例:一种多功能复合墙纸,如图1-图2所示,包括基材层1、抗菌层2、瓦楞层3和反光层4,所述瓦楞层3位于所述反光层4的内侧,所述抗菌层2位于所述瓦楞层3的内侧,所述基材层1位于所述抗菌层2的内侧,所述基材层1粘贴于墙体;
所述抗菌层2包括以下重量份的原料:玫瑰花粉末20-30份、桂花粉末15-20份、茉莉花粉末10-15份、柠檬粉末15-20份、草桂花粉末10-12份和抗菌剂1-3份;
所述抗菌层2和所述瓦楞层3之间设有与所述瓦楞层3的凹槽31一一对应的防撕拉线5,所述防撕拉线5位于所述凹槽31的内部,且沿着所述凹槽31的长度方向设置,所述防撕拉线5包括中心的3片支撑片51和外层的弹性层52,任一截面上相邻的两片所述支撑片51的轴线互成120度,相邻两片支撑片51与弹性层52之间填充吸收材料53;
所述瓦楞层3和所述反光层4之间设有一层铝箔层6,所述瓦楞层3、所述铝箔层6、所述反光层4和所述防撕拉线5的弹性层52皆设有若干个气孔7,所述瓦楞层3的气孔、所述铝箔层6的气孔和所述反光层4的气孔依次叠合导通,相邻所述气孔7之间的中心距为10-15mm,所述气孔7的内径为0.5-1mm;
所述反光层4包括以下重量份的原料:透明聚氨酯60-80份、珍珠粉10-12份、铂颗粒3-5份、银颗粒5-8份、荧光粉1-2份和珠光眼影3-4份;
所述基材层1的厚度为80-100μm,所述抗菌层2的厚度为140-160μm,所述瓦楞层3的厚度为150-200μm,所述墙纸的总厚度为400-500μm。
所述基材层1为无纺布层、无纺纸层、沙网层或纱布层。
所述玫瑰花粉末的粒度、所述桂花粉末的粒度、所述茉莉花粉末的粒度、所述柠檬粉末的粒度和所述草桂花粉末的粒度皆为600-800目。
所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。
所述支撑片51和所述弹性层52皆为橡胶材质或硅胶材质。
所述吸收材料53为竹炭或活性炭。
所述铝箔层6的表面设有一层镀锌层,所述镀锌层位于所述铝箔层6和所述反光层4之间。
所述多功能复合墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份将玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末和草桂花粉末放入50-60℃的烘箱烘烤100-120min,待冷却后经过研磨机进行研磨,用滤网进行过滤筛选,将抗菌剂在100-120℃的条件下烘干2-3小时,按比例添加抗菌剂并搅拌均匀,压合制成抗菌层;
步骤二:在防撕拉线的弹性层上按要求打孔,将基材层、抗菌层、防撕拉线、瓦楞层和铝箔层通过胶粘剂依次粘结,在铝箔层表面镀上一层镀锌层,并在瓦楞层、铝箔层和镀锌层上打孔;
步骤三:将透明聚氨酯放入80-90℃的除湿干燥设备烘干4-6小时,加热至180-220℃搅拌并按比例加入珍珠粉、铂颗粒、银颗粒、荧光粉和珠光眼影,用搅拌机搅拌后于镀锌层的表面形成反光层,待冷却后在反光层上进行打孔。
所述步骤三中的搅拌机的转速为800r/min,搅拌时间为10-15min。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明的墙纸由内向外依次设有基材层、抗菌层、瓦楞层、铝箔层、镀锌层和反光层,抗菌层有效杀死室内有害细菌,防止人们受到细菌的危害,玫瑰花粉末、桂花粉末、茉莉花粉末、柠檬粉末、草桂花粉末等粉末散发的香味具有养气安神的作用,瓦楞层和防撕拉线的结构设计增加了墙纸的拉伸强度和柔韧性,当墙体上的墙纸出现褶皱时,使墙纸能够在墙体上粘贴后撕下重新返工使用,反光层、镀锌层和铝箔层使墙纸在夜间遇到光照后进行反光,增加室内光亮度。

Claims (9)
1.一种多功能复合墙纸,其特征在于:包括基材层(1)、抗菌层(2)、瓦楞层(3)和反光层(4),所述瓦楞层位于所述反光层的内侧,所述抗菌层位于所述瓦楞层的内侧,所述基材层位于所述抗菌层的内侧,所述基材层粘贴于墙体;
所述抗菌层包括以下重量份的原料:玫瑰花粉末20-30份、桂花粉末15-20份、茉莉花粉末10-15份、柠檬粉末15-20份、草桂花粉末10-12份和抗菌剂1-3份;
所述抗菌层和所述瓦楞层之间设有与所述瓦楞层的凹槽(31)一一对应的防撕拉线(5),所述防撕拉线位于所述凹槽的内部,且沿着所述凹槽的长度方向设置,所述防撕拉线包括中心的3片支撑片(51)和外层的弹性层(52),任一截面上相邻的两片所述支撑片的轴线互成120度,相邻两片支撑片与弹性层之间填充吸收材料(53);
所述瓦楞层和所述反光层之间设有一层铝箔层(6),所述瓦楞层、所述铝箔层、所述反光层和所述防撕拉线的弹性层皆设有若干个气孔(7),所述瓦楞层的气孔、所述铝箔层的气孔和所述反光层的气孔依次叠合导通,相邻所述气孔之间的中心距为10-15mm,所述气孔的内径为0.5-1mm;
所述反光层包括以下重量份的原料:透明聚氨酯60-80份、珍珠粉10-12份、铂颗粒3-5份、银颗粒5-8份、荧光粉1-2份和珠光眼影3-4份;
所述基材层的厚度为80-100μm,所述抗菌层的厚度为140-160μm,所述瓦楞层的厚度为150-200μm,所述墙纸的总厚度为400-500μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述基材层为无纺布层、无纺纸层、沙网层或纱布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述玫瑰花粉末的粒度、所述桂花粉末的粒度、所述茉莉花粉末的粒度、所述柠檬粉末的粒度和所述草桂花粉末的粒度皆为600-800目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述支撑片和所述弹性层皆为橡胶材质或硅胶材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述吸收材料为竹炭或活性炭。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合墙纸,其特征在于:所述铝箔层的表面设有一层镀锌层,所述镀锌层位于所述铝箔层和所述反光层之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多功能复合墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
