塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工模具,包括第一副模具A和第二副模具B,在所述第一副模具A的型腔镶块和型芯镶块上各设置对应的定位凸块,各定位凸块与鼻腔管芯子相碰,注塑后得到带透孔的塑料鼻腔管初品;在所述第二副模具的型腔中设置长条状进胶流道,在所述第二副模具的型腔镶块中设置上小下大的喇叭状进胶分流孔,在所述第二副模具的型芯镶块上设置牛角状点胶口,进胶流道与进胶分流孔连通,进胶分流孔与点胶口连通,注塑时,点胶口对透孔进行填充。

Description

塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工方法及加工模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工方法及加工模具,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
目前,鼻腔管大多是采用玻璃材料加工成型,成本高,因此,近年来,已有塑料鼻腔管代替玻璃鼻腔管的趋势。塑料鼻腔管采用注塑模具加工,由于受鼻腔管本身的结构限制,鼻腔管的长度一般为80—100mm,直径为5mm左右,且鼻腔管的一端为堵头,注塑模具的成型芯子一端没有支撑点,仅依靠一头固定,成型芯子又细又长,在进胶过程中,塑料原料产生的流动性容易造型成型芯子偏移或变形,造成鼻腔管偏心或内壁厚薄不均等缺陷,产品报废,不能有效降低生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用两副模具,两次成型的方式,提高塑料鼻腔管良品率,降低生产成本的塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工方法及加工模具。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工模具。
本发明塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工方法的技术方案是:其特征在于,采用两步注塑成型方法:
第一步:取第一副模具,在第一副模具的型腔镶块和型芯镶块上均设置对应的定位凸块,模具合模后,定位凸块与模腔中鼻腔管芯子相碰,对鼻腔管芯子形成定点支撑,当鼻腔管注塑成型后,在定位凸块处形成透孔,第一次注塑完成,得到带透孔的塑料鼻腔管;
第二步:取第二副模具,将得到的带透孔的塑料鼻腔管作为嵌件,放入第二副模具的模腔中,并插在鼻腔管芯子上,然后合模注塑,对透孔进行填充,得到完整的塑料鼻腔管。

在所述第二副模具的型腔中设置长条状进胶流道,在所述第二副模具的型腔镶块中设置上小下大的喇叭状进胶分流孔,在所述第二副模具的型芯镶块上设置牛角状点胶口,进胶流道与进胶分流孔连通,进胶分流孔与点胶口连通,注塑时,点胶口对透孔进行填充。
本发明的塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工方法及加工模具,采用两步法加工方法,首先采用第一副模具A,加工得到带透孔的塑料鼻腔管初品,然后将得到的带透孔的塑料鼻腔管初品作为嵌件,放入第二副模具B中,并仅对透孔部位进行注塑填充,就可以得到完整的塑料鼻腔管。在第一副模具A注塑过程中,定位凸块与鼻腔管芯子相碰,相当于是定位凸块对鼻腔管芯子进行定位支撑,当塑料原料流入第一副模具的模腔中时,由于鼻腔管芯子有了定位支撑,其流动时产生的流动性不会影响到鼻腔管芯子的稳定性,鼻腔管芯子不偏移,不变形,不会造成塑料鼻腔管内壁偏心或厚薄不均。而第二副模具B针对透孔,仅对透孔进行注塑填充,由于透孔体积小,且填充时采用牛角状点胶口,进胶口小,所以填充和进胶造成的痕迹对整个塑料鼻腔管产品不会造成影响,从而得到品质良好的塑料鼻腔管。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工方法,如图1—图5所示,采用两步法注塑成型方法:
第一步:取第一副模具,在第一副模具的型腔镶块和型芯镶块上均设置对应的定位凸块,模具合模后,定位凸块与模腔中鼻腔管芯子相碰,对鼻腔管芯子形成定点支撑,当鼻腔管注塑成型后,在定位凸块处形成透孔,第一次注塑完成,得到带透孔的塑料鼻腔管;
第二步:取第二副模具,将得到的带透孔的塑料鼻腔管作为嵌件,放入第二副模具的模腔中,并插在鼻腔管芯子上,然后合模注塑,对透孔进行填充,得到完整的塑料鼻腔管。

在所述第一副模具A的型腔镶块1和型芯镶块2上各设置对应的定位凸块3,各定位凸块3与鼻腔管芯子4相碰,注塑后得到带透孔5的塑料鼻腔管初品6;
在所述第二副模具的型腔中设置长条状进胶流道01,在所述第二副模具的型腔镶块02中设置上小下大的喇叭状进胶分流孔03,在所述第二副模具的型芯镶块04上设置牛角状点胶口05,进胶流道01与进胶分流孔03连通,进胶分流孔03与点胶口05连通,注塑时,点胶口05对透孔5进行填充。
采用两步法加工方法,首先采用第一副模具A,加工得到带透孔5的塑料鼻腔管初品6,然后将得到的带透孔5的塑料鼻腔管初品6作为嵌件,放入第二副模具B中,并仅对透孔5部位进行注塑填充,就可以得到完整的塑料鼻腔管7。在第一副模具A注塑过程中,定位凸块3与鼻腔管芯子4相碰,相当于是定位凸块3对鼻腔管芯子4进行定位支撑,当塑料原料流入第一副模具的模腔中时,由于鼻腔管芯子4有了定位支撑,其流动时产生的流动性不会影响到鼻腔管芯子的稳定性,鼻腔管芯子不偏移,不变形,不会造成塑料鼻腔管内壁偏心或厚薄不均。而第二副模具B针对透孔5,仅对透孔5进行注塑填充,由于透孔体积小,且填充时采用牛角状点胶口,进胶口小,所以填充和进胶造成的痕迹对整个塑料鼻腔管产品不会造成影响,从而得到品质良好的塑料鼻腔管。

Claims (2)

1.塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工方法,其特征在于,采用两步注塑成型方法:
第一步:取第一副模具,在第一副模具的型腔镶块和型芯镶块上均设置对应的定位凸块,模具合模后,定位凸块与模腔中鼻腔管芯子相碰,对鼻腔管芯子形成定点支撑,当鼻腔管注塑成型后,在定位凸块处形成透孔,第一次注塑完成,得到带透孔的塑料鼻腔管;
第二步:取第二副模具,将得到的带透孔的塑料鼻腔管作为嵌件,放入第二副模具的模腔中,并插在鼻腔管芯子上,然后合模注塑,对透孔进行填充,得到完整的塑料鼻腔管。
2.塑料鼻腔管二次成型加工模具,其特征在于包括第一副模具A和第二副模具B,
在所述第一副模具A的型腔镶块(1)和型芯镶块(2)上各设置对应的定位凸块(3),各定位凸块(3)与鼻腔管芯子(4)相碰,注塑后得到带透孔(5)的塑料鼻腔管初品(6);
在所述第二副模具的型腔中设置长条状进胶流道(01),在所述第二副模具的型腔镶块(02)中设置上小下大的喇叭状进胶分流孔(03),在所述第二副模具的型芯镶块(04)上设置牛角状点胶口(05),进胶流道(01)与进胶分流孔(03)连通,进胶分流孔(03)与点胶口(05)连通,注塑时,点胶口(05)对透孔(5)进行填充。
