技术领域
本发明涉及果冻领域,尤其涉及到一种葡萄果冻。
背景技术
果冻因其外观晶莹、色彩艳丽、口感软滑、清甜滋润而深受人们、尤其是儿童的喜爱,同时也是一种地热能高膳食纤维的健康食品。现有的果冻种类繁多、口味各异,但是基本上都添加有大量的使用香精和食品添加剂,较多的食品添加剂被摄入人体体内会对人体健康产生危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种葡萄果冻,具有营养价值非常高,具有解除疲劳、抗毒杀菌、防癌抗癌、抗贫血、调养肠胃和利胆等功效,而且酸甜可口,入口即化,还具有美颜抗皱的功效,不添加色素和香精,符合现代人对健康饮食的追求,老少均可食用,具有一定的保健功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种葡萄果冻,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:葡萄80-100份、草药汁1-3份、玫瑰花15-23份、甘草11-15份、鸡蛋白10-16份、茯苓13-17份、果冻粉16-26份、奶粉8-16克、白砂糖20-30份、蜂蜜6-10份、水20-40份。
