In this embodiment, since the PCB clamp 27 in the tool carrier 2 has been pushed toward one end of the wire harness at the time of the first wire harness welding unit position, there is no need to move the PCB clamp 27 after the second wire harness welding unit position, and therefore, the sixth cylinder 153 and the seventh cylinder 154 are fixed to a fixed base in the first positioning pressing mechanism 15 at the second wire harness welding unit position, without the fifth cylinder 151 and the third connecting plate 152, and the remaining structures are the same.
The working principle of the double-station wire harness welding unit 6 and the first positioning and pressing mechanism 15 is as follows: when the tool loading tool 2 moves to the first wire harness welding unit position, the first cylinder 21 drives the tool loading tool 2 to be integrally separated from the conveying line 1 upwards and upwards props against the hook 13, so that the height positioning is realized; the sixth cylinder 153 drives the pin shaft 155 to extend upwards into the pin hole 275; the fifth cylinder 151 drives the third connection plate 152 to move together with the PCB clamp 27 close to the wire; at this time, the seventh cylinder 154 drives the harness clip 156 upward through the through-hole 274 to slightly jack up the wire end portion; an eighth cylinder 1571 in the wire harness end pressing mechanism 157 drives a wire harness pressing claw 1573 to descend, and the wire harness pressing claw 1573 presses the end of the wire against the surface of the PCB and fixes the position of the wire harness pressing claw; the driving module 62 drives the laser welding head 61 to move to a welding position to weld the lead and the PCB together; the tool loading tool 2 continues to move backward to the second wire harness welding unit, and similarly, the welding operation of the second welding portion is realized.
The harness welding detection unit 7 and the housing welding detection unit 10 are CCD cameras.
The housing feeding mechanism 8 comprises a vibrating disc 81, a housing runner 82 in butt joint with the vibrating disc 81, a material plate 83 in butt joint with the tail end of the housing runner 82, a ninth cylinder 84 for driving the material plate 83 to move in the direction perpendicular to the housing runner 82, a tenth cylinder 85 positioned above the material plate 83, an eleventh cylinder 86 driven by the tenth cylinder 85 to move back and forth, and a housing suction head 87 driven by the eleventh cylinder 86 to move up and down. The second positioning mechanism 18 for initial positioning before loading and mounting of the outer cover is arranged in the outer cover loading mechanism 8. The double-station housing welding unit 9 has the same structure as the double-station harness welding unit 6. The double-station outer cover welding unit 9 is provided with a second positioning and pressing mechanism 16 for accurately positioning the outer cover. The second positioning and pressing mechanism 16 includes a fourteenth cylinder 161, a fourth connecting plate 162 driven by the fourteenth cylinder 161 to move up and down, a pressing cover 163 provided below an end portion of the fourth connecting plate 162 and contoured with the outline of the housing, positioning claws 164 symmetrically provided on diagonal lines of the pressing cover 163, and a fifteenth cylinder 165 fixed to the fourth connecting plate 162 and driving the positioning claws 164 to open or close. In order to strictly control the symmetry of the movements of the two positioning claws 164, the center of the outer cover is strictly ensured to coincide with the set center, the outer cover is in butt joint with the PCB, guide rail strips 166 distributed along the diagonal line of the pressing cover 163 are arranged between the fourth connecting plate 162 and the pressing cover 163, strip-shaped grooves are formed in the guide rail strips 166, the upper parts of the positioning claws 164 are clamped into the guide rail strips 166, rotating arms 167 taking the center of the pressing cover 163 as a rotating shaft are arranged on the fourth connecting plate 162, connecting rods 168 are symmetrically hinged at two ends of the rotating arms 167, the other ends of the connecting rods 168 are hinged with the positioning claws 164 through pin shafts, and pin shafts connecting the connecting rods 168 and the positioning claws 164 penetrate through the strip-shaped grooves.
The double-station housing welding unit 9 is also provided with a PCB clamp positioning mechanism 111 for fixing the PCB clamp 27.
The second positioning and compressing mechanism 16 works in the following principle: when the tool loading tool 2 moves into place, the PCB clamp positioning mechanism 111 positions the PCB clamp 27; the fourteenth cylinder 161 drives the fourth connection plate 162 to descend, and the cover 163 initially presses the outer cover on the PCB board; the fifteenth cylinder 165 then drives the positioning pawl 164 while clamping the housing from its diagonal; the fourteenth cylinder 161 continues to descend, and at this time, the cover 163 and the positioning claw 164 tightly press the cover against the PCB board, and at the same time, ensure complete butt joint of the cover and the PCB board; the laser welding head in the double-station housing welding unit 9 is then moved to weld the housing and the PCB together.
Because the wire harness is easy to bend, tilt and the like in the automatic movement process, the wire harness is difficult to position during welding. In order to ensure the welding quality of the wire harness and the PCB and the welding quality of the outer cover and the PCB, the first cylinder 21 is arranged at the bottom of the tool carrier 2 and combined with the hook 13 and the support plate 14 on the conveying line 1, when the tool carrier 2 moves to the feeding, welding or detecting station, the first cylinder 21 is supported by the support plate 14, the tool carrier 2 is driven to jack up upwards, the tool carrier 2 is limited by the hook 13, and the position accuracy of a product on the tool carrier 2 in height is ensured; secondly, the first and second pre-positioning mechanisms 17 and 18 are arranged at the positions of the PCB feeding mechanism 5 and the outer cover feeding mechanism 8, so that the PCB or the outer cover placed in the tool carrier 2 is initially positioned in advance, and the high position precision of the clamp after clamping the material into the tool carrier 2 is ensured; finally, the double-station wire harness welding unit 6 and the double-station outer cover welding unit 9 are respectively provided with a positioning and pressing mechanism 15 and 16, so that the materials to be welded are positioned by the carrier on one hand, and are further positioned by the positioning and pressing mechanism on the other hand, and the position stability is kept, so that the welding quality is further ensured, and the welding quality yield on an automatic assembly line reaches 96 percent and is not inferior to the welding quality of a single welding machine.
The conveying line 1 is provided with a spreading mechanism 56 for spreading the PCB clamp 27 and a PCB clamp moving driving mechanism 19 for driving the PCB clamp 27 to move at the position of the blanking grabbing mechanism 11, and the PCB clamp moving driving mechanism 19 comprises a sixteenth air cylinder 191, a seventeenth air cylinder 192 driven by the sixteenth air cylinder 191 to horizontally move, and a pin shaft 193 driven by the seventeenth air cylinder 192 to vertically move and extend into a pin hole 275 of the PCB clamp 27.
The blanking grasping mechanism 11 includes a second driving member 1101, an eighteenth cylinder 1102 driven by the second driving member 1101 to perform horizontal movement, a fifth connecting plate 1103 driven by the eighteenth cylinder 1102 to perform up-and-down movement, a wire harness clamping mechanism 1104, a wire clamping mechanism 1105, and a PCB board clamping mechanism 1106 fixed to the fifth connecting plate 1103.
The blanking conveying line 12 includes a conforming product conveying line and a nonconforming product conveying line.
In this embodiment, a circulation line 110 is provided below the conveyor line 1, and a lifting mechanism 112 for butt-jointing the conveyor line 1 and the circulation line 110 is provided at both ends of the conveyor line 1.
