Abstract

一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持在所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子以及与所述绝缘本体一体成型的金属件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁、位于所述两侧壁之间的中央插槽以及位于绝缘本体两端的凸座,所述凸座向上突伸出所述两侧壁的顶面,所述金属件包括位于所述两侧壁的主体部,所述金属件的底部设有连接两主体部的横梁。本卡缘连接器的金属件与绝缘本体一体成型,且所述金属件的底部设置横梁及连接桥,从而大幅度提升卡缘连接器的整体强度。

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种整体强度大幅度提升的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
目前,业界用以连接扩充卡与电路板的卡缘连接器,通常设有塑料座体及耳扣,塑料座体上设有若干导电端子,其两侧设有凸座,凸座中设有收容耳扣的插槽,插槽两侧壁设有枢接孔,耳扣枢接于枢接孔中,该耳扣可将扩充卡稳固的扣持于卡缘连接器内,防止因震动脱离产生信号中断,同时耳扣上还设有退卡机构,可通过耳扣的转动将扩充卡退出卡缘连接器中。但是随着电子设备的发展,现有卡缘连接器局限于其塑料结构及强度,无法承受较重显卡。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的卡缘连接器以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于:提供一种具有金属件的卡缘连接器,所述金属件一体成型于绝缘本体内。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持在所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子以及与所述绝缘本体一体成型的金属件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁、位于所述两侧壁之间的中央插槽以及位于绝缘本体两端的凸座,所述凸座向上突伸出所述两侧壁的顶面,所述金属件包括位于所述两侧壁的主体部,所述金属件的底部设有连接两主体部的横梁。
与现有技术相比,本发明的金属件与绝缘本体一体成型,且所述金属件的底部设置横梁及连接桥,从而大幅度提升卡缘连接器的整体强度且使得本卡缘连接器可承受较重电子卡。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参考图1至图6所示,本发明卡缘连接器100用于与一电子卡(未图示)对接,所示卡缘连接器100包括纵长的绝缘本体1、收容于所述绝缘本体1的若干导电端子4、与所述绝缘本体1一体成型的金属件2以及可旋转的枢接于所述绝缘本体1两端的耳扣3。所述电子卡设有第一、第二卡槽,所述电子卡与本卡缘连接器100实现对接后,所述耳扣3扣持于所述第一卡槽。
所述绝缘本体1包括沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁11、位于两侧壁11之间的用以插接电子卡的中央插槽101以及位于所述绝缘本体1两端的凸座12。所述凸座12向上突伸超出所述两侧壁11的顶面。所述绝缘本体1还包括位于所述两凸座12之间的防呆部13。所述凸座12包括面向所述防呆部13的内端面121、与所述内端面121相对的外端面122以及连接所述内端面121与所述外端面122的两侧面123。所述凸座12还设有贯穿所述内端面121与所述外端面122的沟槽124。所述沟槽124与所述中央插槽101连通。所述凸座12在其两侧面123的边缘设有朝向外侧突伸的第一凸肋125。所述绝缘本体1在对应所述防呆部13处设有自所述两侧壁11朝向外侧突伸的第二凸肋14。所述第一凸肋125与所述第二凸肋14均沿所述金属件2的边缘设置以避免所述金属件2翘曲。
所述金属件2包括位于所述两侧壁11的主体部21及自所述主体部21延伸并位于所述凸座12的两侧面123的延伸部22。所述主体部21的顶部朝向所述中央插槽101延伸有顶部边缘211,所述顶部边缘211对应所述防呆部13处设有缺口212。所述金属件2的底部还设有连接两主体部21的横梁23,在本实施例中,所述横梁23是设置在所述金属件2的纵长两端,但并不局限于金属件2的两端,所述横梁23也可设置在两延伸部22之间的任意位置的底部。所述金属件2还设有位于所述防呆部13下侧的连接桥24,所述连接桥24的中部设有定位孔241以在所述金属件2与所述绝缘本体1一体成型时定位所用。
所述耳扣3包括相对的两基部31、自基部31向两侧突伸的定位柱32、包覆在所述基部31的顶部的操作部33。所述凸座12设有贯穿所述两侧面123的枢接孔126,所述定位柱32枢接于所述枢接孔126以使操作员拨动所述操作部33时,所述耳扣3可围绕所述定位柱32在一定角度内旋转。
结合图7及图8所示,所述绝缘本体1还设有自其底面102继续向下延伸的突出部15,所述突出部15的横向宽度小于所述绝缘本体1的横向宽度。所述突出部15对应所述横梁23及连接桥24处分别设有第一凹槽151及第二凹槽152,所述横梁23及连接桥24埋设于所述突出部15并部分暴露于所述第一、第二凹槽151、152。所述金属件2的两端自所述主体部21向下延伸有焊接脚25,所述焊接脚25向下延伸超出所述突出部15。参考图4所示,所述绝缘本体1在所述第二凹槽152的一侧设有自所述突出部15继续向下突伸的凸块16。由于绝缘本体1在其纵向上的长度远大于所述绝缘本体1在其横向上的宽度,在制造过程中,所述绝缘本体1的两端容易向下弯曲,使得绝缘本体1的两端与中间部位不在同一水平线上,此时,所述凸块16即可补偿所述绝缘本体1的两端与中部的误差。参考图7及图8所示,所述金属件2与所述绝缘本体1一体成型从而使得所述卡缘连接器100的整体强度增强。所述金属件2的横梁23及连接桥24设置于所述金属件2的底部并暴露于所述绝缘本体1的底面102。
图9及图10所示卡缘连接器100’为本发明的另一种实施方案。所述卡缘连接器100’包括纵长的绝缘本体1’、收容于所述绝缘本体1’内的若干导电端子4’与所述绝缘本体1’一体成型的金属件2’以及可旋转的枢接于所述绝缘本体1两端的耳扣3’。所述绝缘本体1’、耳扣3’及导电端子4’皆与上述卡缘连接器100中的绝缘本体1、耳扣3及导电端子4相似,故不再详细阐述。所述卡缘连接器100’与上述卡缘连接器100的不同之处在于:所述金属件2’在延伸部22’与顶部边缘211’之间还设有自主体部21’的顶部向上延伸并固持在凸座12’内的悬臂26。所述悬臂26包括自主体部21’向上延伸并固持在凸座12’内的竖直部261及自所述竖直部261朝向沟槽124’延伸并突伸进所述沟槽124’内的卡持部262。当插入电子卡(未图示)时,所述卡持部262下压,当卡持部262通过电子卡的第二卡槽时,所述卡持部262回弹至原位;档拔出所述电子卡时,所述卡持部262提供保持力,当电子卡完全退出时,所述卡持部262回弹至原位。
相较于现有技术,本发明卡缘连接器100的金属件2与绝缘本体1一体成型从而使得卡缘连接器100的整体强度大幅度提高,另外,所述金属件2底部设置的横梁23及连接桥24、所述绝缘本体1的第一凸肋125、第二凸肋14以固持所述金属件2的两主体部21,从而避免金属件2发生翘曲。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持在所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子以及与所述绝缘本体一体成型的金属件,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁、位于所述两侧壁之间的中央插槽以及位于绝缘本体两端的凸座,所述凸座向上突伸出所述两侧壁的顶面,其特征在于:所述金属件包括位于所述两侧壁的主体部,所述金属件的底部设有连接两主体部的横梁及连接桥,所述绝缘本体设有自其底面继续向下延伸的突出部,所述突出部在对应所述横梁及连接桥处分别设有第一凹槽及第二凹槽,所述横梁及连接桥分别暴露在对应所述第一凹槽及第二凹槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还包括位于所述凸座之间的防呆部,所述连接桥位于所述防呆部下侧且设有定位孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属件还包括自所述主体部向上延伸并固持在所述凸座内的悬臂。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述凸座包括面向所述防呆部的内端面、与所述内端面相对的外端面以及连接所述内端面与所述外端面的两侧面,所述金属件设有自所述主体部延伸并位于所述两侧面的延伸部。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述凸座还设有贯穿所述内端面与所述外端面的沟槽,所述沟槽与所述中央插槽连通,所述悬臂包括自所述主体部向上延伸的竖直部及自所述竖直部朝向所述沟槽延伸并突伸进所述沟槽内的卡持部。
6.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述凸座包括面向所述防呆部的内端面、与所述内端面相对的外端面以及连接所述内端面与所述外端面的两侧面,所述凸座在其两侧面的边缘设有自两侧面朝向外侧突伸的第一凸肋。
7.如权利要求6所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体在对应所述防呆部处设有自所述两侧壁朝向外侧突伸的第二凸肋,所述第一凸肋与所述第二凸肋均沿所述金属件的边缘设置以避免所述金属件翘曲。
8.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述突出部的横向宽度小于所述绝缘本体的横向宽度。
9.如权利要求8所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体在所述第二凹槽的一侧设有其所述突出部继续向下突伸的凸块。
10.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属件的主体部的顶部朝向所述中央插槽延伸有顶部边缘,所述顶部边缘对应所述防呆部处设有缺口,所述金属件的两端自所述主体部向下延伸有焊接脚。
