Abstract

一种卡缘连接器,包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及装配于所述绝缘本体的金属框架。所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁及连接于所述两侧壁的纵长末端的两端壁。所述金属框架一体成型于所述绝缘本体内且包括纵长的平板部及自平板部的纵长两端向下延伸的固持部,所述平板部埋设于绝缘本体的上部。所述金属框架埋设于绝缘本体内,可以增强产品承重性能,配合产品可承受较重显卡。

卡缘连接器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种用以插接电子卡的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
目前,业界用以连接扩充卡与电路板的卡缘连接器,通常设有一塑料座体及一耳扣装置,塑料座体上设有若干导电端子,其两侧设有塔形部,塔形部中设有收容耳扣装置的收容空间,收容空间两侧壁设有枢接孔,耳扣装置枢接于枢接孔中,该耳扣装置可将扩充卡稳固的扣持于卡缘连接器内,防止因震动脱离产生信号中断,同时耳扣装置上还设有退卡机构,可通过耳扣的转动将扩充卡退出卡缘连接器中。但是随着电子设备的发展,现有卡缘连接器局限于其塑料结构及强度,无法承受较重显卡。
因此,有必要提供一种新的卡缘连接器来解决以上的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有金属框架的卡缘连接器,其金属框架一体成型于绝缘本体内。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种卡缘连接器,包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及装配于所述绝缘本体的金属框架。所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁及连接于所述两侧壁的纵长末端的两端壁。所述金属框架一体成型于所述绝缘本体内且包括纵长的平板部及自平板部的纵长两端向下延伸的固持部,所述平板部埋设于绝缘本体的上部。
进一步改进之处:所述固持部埋设于绝缘本体的端壁内且设有向下延伸出绝缘本体的固持脚。
进一步改进之处:所述端壁的底部设有凸台,所述金属框架的固持脚贯穿所述凸台设置。
进一步改进之处:所述两侧壁和两端壁围设形成纵长插槽,所述平板部设有对应纵长插槽的开口及自开口横向两侧向下延伸的加强肋。
进一步改进之处:所述绝缘本体还包括位于插槽内且偏向于一端壁的防呆部,所述金属框架的开口对应于防呆部设有防呆片。
进一步改进之处:所述金属框架包括自平板部沿垂直于纵长方向的横向向下延伸的遮蔽片,所述遮蔽片位于绝缘本体的侧壁的外侧且设有透光的镂空部。
进一步改进之处:所述遮蔽片与侧壁之间设有将光源传导至镂空部的导光板。
进一步改进之处:所述侧壁的外侧设有横向凹槽,所述导光板设置于侧壁的横向凹槽内。
进一步改进之处:所述卡缘连接器还包括设于所述绝缘本体纵长一端的耳扣部,所述耳扣部由透明材料制成且其底部设有传导第一光源的第一导光面和传导第二光源的第二导光面,当耳扣部处于闭合状态时第一导光面与第一光源对准并将第一光源的光传导至耳扣部,当耳扣部处于打开状态时第二导光面与第二光源对准并将第二光源的光传导至耳扣部。
进一步改进之处:所述第一光源与第二光源是可发出不同颜色光线的LED灯。
与现有技术相比,本发明卡缘连接器具有如下有益效果:所述金属框架一体成型于所述绝缘本体内且包括纵长的平板部及自平板部的纵长两端向下延伸的固持部,所述平板部埋设于绝缘本体的上部。所述金属框架埋设于绝缘本体内,可以增强产品承重性能,配合产品可承受较重显卡。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种用于插接电子卡(未图示)的卡缘连接器100,所述卡缘连接器100包括纵长的绝缘本体10、设于所述绝缘本体10纵长一端的耳扣部20、收容于所述绝缘本体10内的若干导电端子30以及将所述绝缘本体10固定至配接电子板50的金属框架40。所述绝缘本体10包括沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁11及连接于所述两侧壁11的纵长末端的两端壁12,所述两侧壁11和两端壁12围设形成用以收容所述电子卡的纵长插槽13。所述两侧壁11分别向下凹设有一排用于收容所述导电端子30的端子槽110。
如图2及图3所示,所述耳扣部20由透明材料制成且包括主体部21、设于所述主体部21下方的枢接轴22、设于所述主体部21上方并背向所述插槽13延伸的扳动部23以及同样设于所述主体部21上方但面向所述插槽13延伸的扣接部25和扣持臂24。所述绝缘本体10在其纵长一端设有一枢接孔111,所述枢接孔111对应于所述枢接轴22设置,当所述枢接轴22装配到所述枢接孔111时,所述耳扣部20可绕着所述枢接轴22转动,以实现对插入所述卡缘连接器100的电子卡的锁固和释放的操作。结合图5所示,所述耳扣部20的主体部21的底面设有第一导光面211和第二导光面212,当耳扣部20处于闭合状态时,第一导光面211与第一光源51对准并将第一光源51的光传导至耳扣部20;当耳扣部20处于打开状态时,第二导光面212与第二光源52对准并将第二光源52的光传导至耳扣部20。所述第一光源51与第二光源52是安装于配接电子板50上且可发出不同颜色光线的LED灯。藉此,当耳扣部20对电子卡进行锁固和释放的操作时,所述LED灯发出不同颜色的光会对应照射至耳扣部20上,是以使用者可以通过耳扣部20的打开/闭合来实现耳扣部20颜色的变化,使得使用者可以准确的了解耳扣部20的使用状态。
所述端子30收容于所述端子槽110内,其包括固持部31、自固持部31向上延伸并凸伸入所述插槽13内的接触部32以及自固持部31向下延伸出所述绝缘本体10的焊接部33。当对接电子卡插入所述卡缘连接器100时,所述接触部32电性连接至所述电子卡,且通过焊接至配接电子板50的焊接部33实现配接电子卡与配接电子板50的电性交流。
如图2至图4所示,所述金属框架40由一片状金属冲裁制成且一体成型于所述绝缘本体10内。所述金属框架40包括纵长的平板部41、自平板部41的纵长两端向下延伸的固持部42及自平板部41沿垂直于纵长方向的横向向下延伸的遮蔽片44。所述平板部41埋设于绝缘本体10的上部且设有对应纵长插槽13的开口410及自开口410横向两侧向下延伸的加强肋411,所述加强肋411用以进一步增加所述绝缘本体10的强度。所述固持部42埋设于绝缘本体10的端壁12内且设有向下延伸出绝缘本体10的固持脚421,所述固持脚421可与配接电子板50插接配合,并与之焊接,以将卡缘连接器100限定在该配接电子板50上,避免发生脱落现象。
所述金属框架40的遮蔽片44位于绝缘本体10的侧壁11的外侧且设有透光的镂空部441。所述遮蔽片44与侧壁11之间设有导光板60,所述导光板60设置于绝缘本体10的侧壁11的横向凹槽15内且其底部安装有LED灯(未图示)。当LED灯发光时,所述光源发出的光线通过导光板60传导至遮蔽片44的镂空部441并自镂空部441射出,此时透光的镂空部441可展示产品独特的标志或形成美观的图案。在本实施例中,所述金属框架40具有遮蔽片44而遮蔽片44与侧壁11之间设有将光源传导至镂空部441的导光板60,从而展示产品独特的标志或美观的图案;在其他实施例中,如使用者无需产品标志或其他图案,所述金属框架40亦可不具有遮蔽片44,从而绝缘本体10的两侧壁11的外侧亦可无所述导光板60。
所述绝缘本体10还包括位于插槽13内且偏向于一端壁12的防呆部14,所述金属框架40的开口410对应于防呆部14设有防呆片43,用以防止电子卡的错误插入。需要注意的是,端壁12的底部设有凸台120,所述金属框架40的固持脚421贯穿所述凸台120设置,且在装配时,凸台120可以直接抵靠到配接电子板50上,从而使得一体成型于绝缘本体10内的金属框架40具有更好的稳定性。
上述实施方式为本发明卡缘连接器的较佳实施方式,当然,本发明卡缘连接器也可采用其它实施方式,此处不再一一赘述。

Claims (9)

1.一种卡缘连接器,包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及装配于所述绝缘本体的金属框架,所述绝缘本体设有沿其纵长方向延伸的两侧壁及连接于所述两侧壁的纵长末端的两端壁;其特征在于:所述金属框架一体成型于所述绝缘本体内且包括纵长的平板部、自平板部的纵长两端向下延伸的固持部以及自平板部的横向两侧向下延伸的遮蔽片,所述平板部埋设于绝缘本体的上部,所述遮蔽片贴覆于绝缘本体的侧壁的外侧且设有透光的镂空部。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽片与侧壁之间设有将光源传导至镂空部的导光板。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁的外侧设有横向凹槽,所述导光板设置于侧壁的横向凹槽内。
4.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部埋设于绝缘本体的端壁内且设有向下延伸出绝缘本体的固持脚。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述端壁的底部设有凸台,所述金属框架的固持脚贯穿所述凸台设置。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述两侧壁和两端壁围设形成纵长插槽,所述平板部设有对应纵长插槽的开口及自开口横向两侧向下延伸的加强肋。
7.如权利要求6所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还包括位于插槽内且偏向于一端壁的防呆部,所述金属框架的开口对应于防呆部设有防呆片。
8.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器还包括设于所述绝缘本体纵长一端的耳扣部,所述耳扣部由透明材料制成且设置有第一光源及第二光源。
9.如权利要求8所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述耳扣部的底部设有传导第一光源的第一导光面和传导第二光源的第二导光面,当耳扣部处于闭合状态时第一导光面与第一光源对准并将第一光源的光传导至耳扣部,当耳扣部处于打开状态时第二导光面与第二光源对准并将第二光源的光传导至耳扣部。
