Abstract

本发明公开了一种家电彩钢板自粘保护膜,由解卷层、物性层、黏粘层构成,所述的解卷层由牌号为2420H的LDEP作为原料制成,所述的物性层由牌号为DFDA‑7042的LLDPE、牌号为5000S的HDPE和牌号为2045G的MLLDPE三种PE原料按一定比例混合制成;所述的黏粘层采用SEBS和增粘树脂C5共混原料按一定比例混合制成。本发明提出的保护膜粘度范围从原料的200‑300gf提高到600‑800gf,应用范围极大拓宽,同等实验条件增粘从原来的3‑5倍降低到1‑2倍,共混材料加工性能更符合吹膜加工工艺,提高制品加工过程可控性和稳定性,降低废品率。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜,尤其涉及一种家电彩钢板自粘保护膜。
背景技术
家用电器在生产加工、装配、运送过程中,极易受到损害和污染。市场现有自粘保护膜生产厂家因为粘性层使用较为单一功能原料,存在粘度较低、温度提高增粘异常、生产加工困难、产品使用范围狭窄等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种功能更为完善、更符合客户使用标准的改进型自粘膜产品家电彩钢板自粘保护膜,以解决背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种家电彩钢板自粘保护膜,包括解卷层、物性层、黏粘层。
所述的解卷层由牌号为2420H的LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)制成,其光学性能优良、具有同SEBS表面不亲和易解卷。
所述的物性层由LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)和MLLDPE(茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯)按一定比例混合制成。
优选比例为LLDPE:MLLDPE:HDPE=62.5:25:12.5。
所述的黏粘层采用SEBS(已氢化苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物)和增粘树脂C5共混原料按一定比例混合制成。
上述的解卷层、物性层、黏粘层厚度比例分别为15-30%、55-75%、5-20%。
上述的的自粘保护膜的生产工艺为:将四层螺杆和模具加热到预定温度,真空环境下进行投料;原料经过螺杆剪切塑化混合后流向各层模体,单层熔体在模体流道中均匀分布汇合,自下而上进行各层的叠加,形成多层复合熔体,通过圆形磨具口,经过压缩空气的压力将熔体吹胀到设定宽度,通过净化的外冷空气定型膜泡泡型,后收卷分切成客户需求产品。
本发明是在现有产品基础上,通过多种材料的共混改性,达到功能更为完善、更符合客户使用标准的改进型自粘膜产品,新型保护膜粘度范围从原料的200-300gf提高到600-800gf,应用范围极大拓宽,同等实验条件增粘从原来的3-5倍降低到1-2倍,共混材料加工性能更符合吹膜加工工艺,提高制品加工过程可控性和稳定性,降低废品率。
具体实施方式
一种家电彩钢板自粘保护膜,包括解卷层、物性层、黏粘层。
解卷层使用海壳牌、牌号为2420H的LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)作为原料,其物性如下表:
物性层由几种性能的PE原料混合制成,包括LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)、HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)和MLLDPE(茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯),具体如下:
①中石油茂名公司或中石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司DFDA-7042LLDPE
物性
②陶氏2045G MLLDPE物性
③大庆石化公司5000S HDPE物性
各组分的比例为LLDPE:MLLDPE:HDPE=62.5:25:12.5。
黏粘层使用美国科腾公司MD系列SEBS(已氢化苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物)和陶氏增粘树脂C5共混原料,各料通过共混比例的变化达到产品粘度设计物性需求,(例如:C5比例增加膜的初粘力和持粘力会明显提高,6700和6741比例增加膜的初粘力会下降,6666比例增加膜的持粘力也会提高初粘力没有提高),在自粘膜制品厚度中占比例为5-20%,具体原料参考下表物料物性:①科腾公司MD6700SEBS
②科腾公司MD6666SEBS
③科腾公司MD6741SEBS
④DOW陶氏增粘树脂C5
优选的,所述的物性层由外至内分为第一物性层和第二物性层两层。
所述的保护膜各层的原料配方以及加工温度如下,
黏粘层:SEBS+C5增粘树脂,185-205℃;
第一物性层:LLDPE+HDPE+MLLDPE,175-190℃;
第二物性层:LLDPE+HDPE+MLLDPE,175-190℃;
解卷层:LDPE,165-175℃。
上述的解卷层、物性层、黏粘层厚度比例分别为15-30%、55-75%、5-20%。
上述的的自粘保护膜的生产工艺为:将四层螺杆和模具加热到预定温度,真空环境下进行投料;原料经过螺杆剪切塑化混合后流向各层模体,单层熔体在模体流道中均匀分布汇合,自下而上进行各层的叠加,形成多层复合熔体,通过圆形磨具口,经过压缩空气的压力将熔体吹胀到设定宽度,通过净化的外冷空气定型膜泡泡型,后收卷分切成客户需求产品。
关键控制点:
①自粘膜的粘性层放在膜泡外表面层,避免泡型压扁后分开困难;
②粘性层熔体刚从模具口出来时要加大挤出比例,可以提高到四层用料比例的20-30%来提高粘性层的熔体压力,让粘性层能够快速分别均匀,待粘性层分布均匀再调低到生产需求比例;
③粘性层加工温度有较高的要求,温度太高熔体压力变小,熔体在模具中分布不均匀因此制品粘性不均匀,温度太低熔体塑化和流平变差粘性会降低,考虑上述两个条件要合理控制加工温度。
④生产过程中由于粘性层在外表层,因此要控制加工环境的空气不能有粉尘污染粘性面。

1.一种家电彩钢板自粘保护膜,由解卷层、物性层、黏粘层构成,其特征在于,所述的解卷层由牌号为2420H的LDEP作为原料制成,所述的物性层由牌号为DFDA-7042的LLDPE、牌号为5000S的HDPE和牌号为2045G的MLLDPE三种PE原料混合制成;所述的黏粘层采用SEBS和增粘树脂C5共混原料混合制成,所述的卷层、物性层、黏粘层厚度比例分别为15-30%、55-75%、5-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述家电彩钢板自粘保护膜,其特征在于:上述物性层中三种原料的比例为LLDPE:MLLDPE:HDPE=62.5:25:12.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述家电彩钢板自粘保护膜,其特征在于:所述的SEBS选用牌号为MD6700、MD6666、MD6741一种或多种。
