Abstract

Description

在电话系统中的选择来话呼叫接收方法
本发明涉及电话系统中选择来话呼叫接收方法，更具体地说，涉及用于便携式电话系统的选择来话呼叫接收方法，此时，接收一个来自规定的呼叫方或电话号码的来话呼叫时，被呼叫方接收一个说明呼叫方电话号码或姓名的口音消息，并有选择地实行来话呼叫接收。
随着对信息需求的增加，电话的使用大大增加。更具体地说，随着便携式电话的流行，许多人们常带着便携式电话因公或因私外出。然而，用户常因收到不需要的电话而不高兴或生气，或因收到不必要的电话而浪费了他们的时间。由于这个原因，要求有选择性的来话呼叫接收。
本发明的目的是为了提供一种在电话系统中的选择来话呼叫接收的方法，其中被呼叫方能够选择地接收一个来话呼叫。
本发明的另一个目的是为了提供一种在电话系统中的选择来话呼叫接收方法，其中一个被呼叫方接收一个说明呼叫方的电话号码或其姓名的话音消息，并当接收到来自一个规定的电话号码或预录的呼叫方的来话时，有选择地进行来话呼叫的接收。
为了实现这些和其他的目的，本发明提供了一种选择来话呼叫接收方法，其中要由被呼叫方有选择地回应的呼叫方的电话号码或姓名可存储在被呼叫方的电话里，如果一个来话被输入时，校验其输入码，当所存储的电话号码或姓名与输入码一致时，输出一个告知呼叫方电话号码或姓名的语音消息，由此执行一次选择来话呼叫接收操作。

现来参阅图1的本发明的最佳实施例的系统。图1的电路包括一个接收机101，用来接收来自天线(ANT)的接收信号，和一个解调器103，用来解调接收信号并将其送到一个中心处理单元(此后称之为CPU)120。此时，有调制器106和发射机105发射消息存储器111的消息。一个双音多频(此后称之为DTMF)检测器107通过控制CPU120检测从呼叫方发送来的DTMF，并将检测到的信号与在选择电话号码或姓名存储器112中的记录的内容相比较。然而，一个语音综合器108语音地综合通过比较DTMF检测器107检测的呼叫方的电话号码或姓名，和通过一个扬声器109输出一个说明呼叫方电话号码或姓名的语音消息或显示在液晶显示器(LCD)110上。
图2示出了实施本发明的最佳实施例的方法的流程图。在图2中，其程序包括如下步骤：选择一个其接收区域和提醒方式已经确定的接收模式，接收在接收模式已选择期间处于闲态的来话呼叫并输出一个要求呼叫方电话号码的呼出消息(OGM)，在呼出消息输出之后，检测呼叫方的电话号码的TDMF信号以检测所检测的TDMF信号是否与存储在存储器中的电话号码相一致，如果符合则引导一个被呼方去回答来话呼叫，和确定是否被呼方在一个固定时间内回答来话呼叫，和如果被呼方在一个固定的时间内没有回答来话呼叫，或者所检测的DTMF信号与在存储器中的电话号码不相符合，则输出一个终止消息，以及如果DTMF信号未被检测到，输出一个重发送要求消息。
下面参阅图1和2来详细地描述本发明的实施例。
执行接收模式选择任务的CPU设定被所接收的区域覆盖的电话号码所确定的接收区域，和设定通知用户接收来话的提醒方式。接收区域可以如下定义：
a)在电话中的所有来话，
b)在对自动应答装置中的所有来话呼叫发送一个说明“被呼方不在”的消息之后的所有电话号码，
c)存储在存储器中的所有电话号码，和
d)由用户选择的电话号码。
换句话说，在步骤2m的接收模式选择任务中，被呼方设定接收区域和提醒方式。此时，定义接收区域的每个数值和提醒方式。
一旦接收模式被确定，则当接收到来话呼叫时，在CPU120的控制下，电话机读出预先存储在消息存储器111中的呼出消息(OGM)，要求呼叫方的电话号码。然后，电话机通过调制器106和发射机105发出读出呼出消息。例如，发出“请在听到提醒音后拨你的电话号码”这样的消息。在发送了OGM之后，CPU120通过接收机101和解调器103等待和接收呼叫方的电话号码的输入，在步骤2c执行用来检测所接收的电话号码的音的DTMF检测任务。CPU120检测是否DTMF检测已经完成，但是，如果DTMF检测已经完成，则在步骤21发送一个重发送要求信号。然后，CPU120返回步骤2c并重复下一步。另一方面，如果DTMF检测已经被执行，在步骤2f执行一个比较处理来检测是否所检测的电话号码被存储在选择电话号码或姓名存储器中。在此步，选择电话号码或姓名存储器112的检测区域根据在接收模式选择任务中选择的所接收的区域被改变。此后，在步骤2g，CPU120检测是否所检测的电话号码与在接收是否选择任务中所选择的接收区域中的电话号码相一致。只有如果相一致，CPU120在步骤2h发送一个提醒给用户，并用接收模式选择任务通过选择的方法介绍用户接收来话呼叫。然后，在步骤2i，CPU120检测是否用户在一个规定的时间内响应该提醒。然而，如果所检测的电话号码不与在接收模式选择任务中选择的所接收的区域中的电话号码相一致的话，或者用户不在该固定时间内响应该提醒，则CPU在步骤2k发送一个预先存储的终止消息，该消息说明回答来话呼叫是不可能的状态并随之切断来话呼叫返回到空闲态。用来在电话机中向用户提醒所接收的来话呼叫的若干方法如下所述，该等方法的目的是为了给用户提供一个回答来话呼叫的选择：

d)输出，例如，在电话号码或姓名存储在选择电话号码和姓名存储器112中时，通过合成呼叫方的姓名输出这样的语音消息“Kil DongHONG(呼叫方姓名)正该你打电话”。
如上所述，本发明通过一种在电话机中选择来话呼叫的方法，其中被呼叫方可以有选择地接收从呼叫方来的来话呼叫，并进一步提供一种在电话机中的选择来话呼叫接收方法，其中被呼方在接收来自一个规定的电话号码或者预定呼叫方的来话呼叫时，能够利用语音提醒有选择地接收呼叫方的来话呼叫。

Claims (1)

1.一种在电话系统中的选择来话呼叫接收方法，包括如下步骤：
选择一个用户接收模式，该接收模式表明哪些所述来话呼叫代表用户最希望应答的呼叫，其中接收区域和提醒方式都已确定，接收区域是指接收电话号码的范围，提醒方式包括用音频信号或视频显示提醒用户接收所述呼叫的方式；
在所述接收模式已经选择期间接收一个处于空闲状态的来话呼叫，并输出一个要求呼叫方电话号码的呼出消息；
在输出所述呼出消息之后检测所述呼叫方的电话号码的双音多频信号来检测是否所检测的双音多频信号与存储在存储器中的电话号码相一致；
如果相一致，引入呼叫方回答来话呼叫，并检测是否所述被呼方在一个固定的时间内回答来话呼叫；和
如果所述被呼方在该固定时间内没有回答来话呼叫或者所检测的双音多频信号不与所述的存储在存储器中的电话号码相一致，输出一个终止消息，以及如果所述的双音多频信号未被检测到，则输出一个重发送要求消息。
