Abstract
本发明公开了一种双面覆膜铝板,通过PET粘性薄膜、铝型材基板、印刷层及表面覆膜,采用铝板作为基板,在铝板上进行印刷或涂色,印刷好了之后,墨水固化,再在铝板的正反面上覆膜,这样铝板在运输或安装过过程中就会保证表面完好,没有划伤,保证板材的外观完整无损,提高板材的档次。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝型材领域,尤其涉及一种双面覆膜铝板。
背景技术
目前装饰材料欲来越多的使用铝型板材,但是这些板材在安装之前需要经过多次转运,就会很容易把板材的表面划伤,影响板材的外观,也造成了较多的不良品。
因此,需要对现有的装饰铝板材,进一步的发展与创新。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双面覆膜铝板,以解决上述的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括:
依次粘结的PET粘性薄膜、铝型材基板、印刷层及表面覆膜;所述印刷层为UV光固化墨水印刷产生的图层。
进一步的,所述表面覆膜为PVC膜。
进一步的,所述UV光固化墨水包括:光固树脂、活性稀释剂、光引发剂、着色剂、添加剂。
进一步的,所述UV光固化墨水的质量份数比组分为:光固树脂:15~40份,活性稀释剂20~30份,光引发剂1~5份,着色剂3~10份、添加剂10~33份。
进一步的,所述光固树脂为丙烯酸酯的低聚物。
进一步的,所述环氧树脂AB胶的使用配比按组分为A胶:B胶为2.5-4.5:1。
本发明的所述的双面覆膜铝板,其有益效果为:采用铝板作为基板,在铝板上进行印刷或涂色,印刷好了之后,墨水固化,再在铝板的正反面上覆膜,这样铝板在运输或安装过过程中就会保证表面完好,没有划伤,保证板材的外观完整无损,提高板材的档次。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种双面覆膜铝板,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供的一种双面覆膜铝板,其结构如图1所示包括:
依次粘结的PET粘性薄膜10、铝型材基板20、印刷层30及表面覆膜40,所述印刷层40为UV光固化墨水印刷产生的图层。
进一步的,所述表面覆膜40为PVC膜。所述PVC膜经高温覆金属板上,具有独特的性能:防火、防水、耐火、耐候等特点,表面形成丰富多样的木纹、石纹、砖瓦纹、织绒纹、皮革纹、迷彩纹、冰纹、羊皮纹、桔皮纹、冰箱花纹等花纹和图案,达到图案美观与防腐耐用于一体的效果。
同时PVC膜钢板还具有抗污自洁性、耐高温性、自熄性、灭菌性、不粘雪性、耐指纹性及自润滑性等优点。
进一步的,所述UV光固化墨水包括:光固树脂、活性稀释剂、光引发剂、着色剂、添加剂,所述UV光固化墨利用紫外线的辐射能量,使液态紫外光材料中的光引发剂受激变为自由基或阳离子,从而引发紫外光材料中的不饱和双键发生化学反应,形成了固化的网状结构,性能稳定,同时它还具有节能、无溶剂排放、不污染环境、生产效率高、适用于对热敏感的承印物、印品性能优异、设备投资低等优点,一直受到世界各国的重视。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述UV光固化墨水的质量份数比组分为:光固树脂:35份,活性稀释剂30份,光引发剂3份,着色剂8份、添加剂24份,另外在使用时,往往还要添加适量的流平剂、增塑刑、阻聚刑、润湿剂、消泡剂、热稳定剂等才能使UV光固化墨水的印刷效果达到更佳。
更进一步的,所述光固树脂为丙烯酸酯的低聚物,是墨水的主要成膜物质,它的性能在很大程度上决定了墨水的物化性能、印刷适性以及印刷品的性能。
进一步的,所述环氧树脂AB胶的使用配比按组分为A胶:B胶为2.5-4.5:1,在使用时需要粘接的部位需要保持干燥、清洁,按配比取量4:1,A、B剂混合后需充分搅拌均匀,以避免固化不完全;搅拌均匀后请及时进行注胶,并尽量在可使用时间内使用完已混合的胶液;固化过程中,请及时清洁使用的容器及用具,以免胶水凝固在器具物品上。
综上所述,本发明的所提供的一种双面覆膜铝板,通过PET粘性薄膜、铝型材基板、印刷层及表面覆膜,采用铝板作为基板,在铝板上进行印刷或涂色,印刷好了之后,墨水固化,再在铝板的正反面上覆膜,这样铝板在运输或安装过过程中就会保证表面完好,没有划伤,保证板材的外观完整无损,提高板材的档次。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种双面覆膜铝板,其特征在于,包括:依次粘结的PET粘性薄膜、铝型材基板、印刷层及表面覆膜;
所述印刷层为UV光固化墨水印刷产生的图层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面覆膜铝板,其特征在于:所述表面覆膜为PVC膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面覆膜铝板,其特征在于:所述UV光固化墨水包括:光固树脂、活性稀释剂、光引发剂、着色剂、添加剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双面覆膜铝板,其特征在于:所述UV光固化墨水的质量份数比组分为:光固树脂:15~40份,活性稀释剂20~30份,光引发剂1~5份,着色剂3~10份、添加剂10~33份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双面覆膜铝板,其特征在于:所述光固树脂为丙烯酸酯的低聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双面覆膜铝板,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂AB胶的使用配比按组分为A胶:B胶为2.5-4.5:1。
