本发明属于化工材料技术领域,具体涉及一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材,包括金属板、底漆粘结层和彩砂石层,所述金属板上覆盖有加强附着力的底漆粘结层,所述底漆粘结层上覆盖有彩砂石层,所述彩砂石层由各色天然彩砂按比例混合而成,用于使板材呈现大理石外观,所述底漆粘结层由含有丙烯酸树脂的底漆组成;所述底漆,其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:丙烯酸树脂60‑80%、成膜助剂3‑4%、防冻剂2‑3%、防腐剂0.1‑0.3%、消泡剂0.1‑0.3%、色浆1‑5%、水15‑30%。本发明中的仿大理石板材是基于金属板的板材,提高了板材的稳固性;发明中的底漆应用在金属板上,提高了彩砂石的附着力;增强了板材的耐热性、防腐性及抗户外老化性能,延长了使用寿命,扩大了彩砂石的应用范围。

一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材
技术领域
本发明涉及化工材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材。
背景技术
仿大理石板材呈现出一种色彩渐变、质感深厚、极富美感的云层般的效果。这种工艺效果用在室内墙面或建筑外平面、立面均可。由于涂层达到了一定的厚度,它还可以起到长期保护建筑物的作用。
现有技术中仿大理石板材一般多用于水泥砖墙、泡沫、石膏、玻璃等多种基面,但是这些基面的大理石板材稳固性不是很高,一些工业厂房外表面多为金属钢板,但现有技术中很少有将彩砂石等真石漆应用到钢板上的技术,现有底漆在钢板上的附着力较差,无法适用彩砂石等真石漆,该钢板真石漆板材的使用寿命也极短即使按照原始喷涂方法喷涂,使用寿命也不长。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材,包括金属板、底漆粘结层和彩砂石层,所述金属板上覆盖有加强附着力的底漆粘结层,所述底漆粘结层上覆盖有彩砂石层,所述彩砂石层由各色天然彩砂按比例混合而成,用于使板材呈现大理石外观,所述底漆粘结层由含有丙烯酸树脂的底漆组成。
本发明的进一步改进,所述底漆,其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:丙烯酸树脂60-80%、成膜助剂3-4%、防冻剂2-3%、防腐剂0.1-0.3%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、色浆1-5%、水15-30%。
本发明的进一步改进,所述金属板为镀锌钢板。
本发明的进一步改进,所述底漆粘结层上还覆盖有便于粘结彩砂石和用于防腐、抗冻的中层漆。
本发明还披露了基于金属板的仿大理石板材的制作工艺步骤,其特征在于:
a.清洁金属板,对金属板表面进行清洗和打磨;
b.上底漆,均匀滚涂底漆1遍;
c.烘干,送入烘箱中烘干10-20min;
d.上中层漆,均匀喷涂中层漆;
e.上真石漆,均匀喷涂真石漆2遍;
f.烘干,送入烘箱中烘干10-20min;
g.上罩光面漆,均匀喷涂罩光面漆1遍;
h.压合,利用压合机将板材压合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的仿大理石板材是基于金属板的板材,提高了板材的稳固性。
2、发明中的底漆应用在金属板上,提高了彩砂石的附着力,增强了板材的耐热性、防腐性及抗户外老化性能,延长了使用寿命。
3、扩大了彩砂石的应用范围。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。除非特别说明,实施例中所涉及的试剂、方法均为本领域常用的试剂和方法。
实施例一:
一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材,包括金属板、底漆粘结层和彩砂石层,金属板上覆盖有加强附着力的底漆粘结层,底漆粘结层上覆盖有彩砂石层,彩砂石层由各色天然彩砂按比例混合而成,用于使板材呈现大理石外观,底漆粘结层由含有丙烯酸树脂的底漆组成。
在搅拌器中按比例加入68%的丙烯酸树脂、0.15%的消泡剂、3%的成膜助剂和25%的水混合均匀,再投入2%的防冻剂、0.15%的防腐剂和2%的色浆,以800-1500r/min的搅拌速度高速分散,得到应用于钢板的真石漆喷涂用底漆。
基于金属板的仿大理石板材的制作工艺步骤为:
a.清洁金属板,对金属板表面进行清洗和打磨;
b.上底漆,均匀滚涂底漆1遍;
c.烘干,送入烘箱中烘干10-20min;
d.上中层漆,均匀喷涂中层漆;
e.上真石漆,均匀喷涂真石漆2遍;
f.烘干,送入烘箱中烘干10-20min;
g.上罩光面漆,均匀喷涂罩光面漆1遍;
h.压合,利用压合机将板材压合。
实施例二:
一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材,包括金属板、底漆粘结层和彩砂石层,金属板上覆盖有加强附着力的底漆粘结层,底漆粘结层上覆盖有彩砂石层,彩砂石层由各色天然彩砂按比例混合而成,用于使板材呈现大理石外观,底漆粘结层由含有丙烯酸树脂的底漆组成。
在搅拌器中按比例加入75%的丙烯酸树脂、0.25%的消泡剂、4%的成膜助剂和20%的水混合均匀,再投入2%的防冻剂、0.25%的防腐剂和4%的色浆,以800-1500r/min的搅拌速度高速分散,得到应用于钢板的真石漆喷涂用底漆。
基于金属板的仿大理石板材的制作工艺步骤为:
a.清洁金属板,对金属板表面进行清洗和打磨;
b.上底漆,均匀滚涂底漆1遍;
c.烘干,送入烘箱中烘干10-20min;
d.上中层漆,均匀喷涂中层漆;
e.上真石漆,均匀喷涂真石漆2遍;
f.烘干,送入烘箱中烘干10-20min;
g.上罩光面漆,均匀喷涂罩光面漆1遍;
h.压合,利用压合机将板材压合。

1.一种基于金属板的仿大理石板材,包括金属板、底漆粘结层和彩砂石层,所述金属板上覆盖有加强附着力的底漆粘结层,所述底漆粘结层上覆盖有彩砂石层,所述彩砂石层由各色天然彩砂按比例混合而成,用于使板材呈现大理石外观,其特征在于:所述底漆粘结层由含有丙烯酸树脂的底漆组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于金属板的仿大理石板材,其特征在于:所述底漆,其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:丙烯酸树脂60-80%、成膜助剂3-4%、防冻剂2-3%、防腐剂0.1-0.3%、消泡剂0.1-0.3%、色浆1-5%、水15-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于金属板的仿大理石板材,其特征在于:所述金属板为镀锌钢板。

d.上中层漆,均匀喷涂中层漆;

g.上罩光面漆,均匀喷涂罩光面漆1遍;
h.压合,利用压合机将板材压合。
