本发明公开了一种防水复合床单面料的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤:首先将中空棉与涤纶纤维制成胚布,然后在制好的胚布内侧压制一层金属网层,再进行磨毛出处理,将磨毛后的胚布根据生产需要定型;最后把定型后的胚布通过聚氨酯PU胶与TP薄膜粘合在一起。该生产工简单易懂,在保持防水功能的同时,还具有保温、舒适的特点,防水透气透湿性得到了很大的提高,还能保持良好的性能。

技术领域
本发明属于面料加工工艺,具体涉及一种防水复合床单面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平的不断提高,对纺织品的舒适性、安全、卫生等性能都提出了更高的要求。现有的床单功能比较单一,通常为一层,床单比较薄,且不耐用,要通过采用较厚的床垫来增加弹性和柔软度,从而给人们的生活带来一定的麻烦,床垫的价位相对较高,不经济,不实用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种防水复合床单面料的生产工艺,解决目前的床单比较单一,单薄不耐用的问题。
本发明提供的防水复合床单面料的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤:首先将中空棉与涤纶纤维制成胚布,然后在制好的胚布内侧压制一层金属网层,再进行磨毛出处理,将磨毛后的胚布根据生产需要定型;最后把定型后的胚布通过聚氨酯PU胶与TPU薄膜粘合在一起。
所述聚氨酯PU胶各组分的重量百分比为:聚氨酯胶黏剂100份、溶剂44份、溶剂甲苯44份、架桥剂0.51份、固化剂15份,所述聚氨酯胶粘剂是己二酸:间苯二酸:乙二醇:新戊二醇=1:1:1.7:0.3的比例合成的聚酯二元醇与二异氰酸酯为主体原料制备而成的,固化剂为游离异氰酸酯基团的组分,架桥剂为三羟基丙烷和TDI的多官能预聚物。所述与定型后的胚布粘结的TPU薄膜厚度为:0.025mm。
本发明提供的防水复合床单面料的生产工艺,其有益效果在于,该生产工简单易懂,在保持防水功能的同时,还具有保温、舒适的特点,防水透气透湿性得到了很大的提高,还能保持良好的性能。
