在一种示例性的实施方式中,止挡件在此构造在插入式衔铁的极靴端部上以用于与极靴共同起作用。这意味着插入式衔铁的朝向极靴而布置的端部具有止挡件。
但是,在一种替代的设计方案中,止挡件也能够对置地构造在插入式衔铁的阀座板端部上并且因此与阀座板共同起作用,以限制插入式衔铁的运动路径。
在另一种有利的设计方案中可行的是,止挡件根本不设置在插入式衔铁本身上,而是以止挡销为形式与所述插入式衔铁分开地例如设置在极靴孔中,所述止挡销限制插入式衔铁在极靴孔中的运动路径。
优选地,设置了一回位弹簧,以便将插入式衔铁预紧(vorspannen)到起始位置中。例如,所述起始位置在此是电磁阀的打开位置,在该打开位置中插入式衔铁使关闭元件保持远离阀座。
所述致动器区域的磁力而后刚好如此强地起作用,以克服(überdrücken)回位弹簧的弹簧力,并且例如将插入式衔铁拉到一位置中,在该位置中所述关闭元件返回到阀座上。
在一种有利的设计方案中,回位弹簧布置在极靴孔内。利用这样的设计方案能够使用结构空间两次,即,一方面作为极靴孔—插入式衔铁插入到该极靴孔中—但另一方面也作为用于回位弹簧本身的结构空间。
在一种替代的设计方案中,回位弹簧布置在极靴孔外并且例如支撑在插入式衔铁处的止挡件上且支撑在极靴上。在这样的布置中可以使用具有更大的弹簧力的更大的弹簧。
如果在一种优选的实施方式中止挡件不直接构造在插入式衔铁上,而是作为止挡销构造在极靴孔内,那么优选的是,回位弹簧围绕止挡销布置,以便因此而节省结构空间。
在一种实施方式中,在该实施方式中回位弹簧布置在极靴孔外,止挡件也能够如此布置在插入式衔铁上,使得该止挡件既不位于插入式衔铁的极靴端部上也不位于插入式衔铁的阀座板端部上,而是在中心地在它们中间。在这种情况下,弹簧如此支撑在极靴和止挡件上,使得所述止挡件在运行中不在运行点中与极靴接触。
在一种有利的设计方案中,电磁阀构造为体积流量调节阀。
用于内燃机的燃料喷射系统的高压燃料泵优选具有上面所描述的电磁阀。
例如,这样的电磁阀能够构造为体积流量调节阀、尤其是构造为高压燃料泵的入口阀。

具体实施方式
图1示出了内燃机的燃料喷射系统10的示意性的概览图,所述燃料喷射系统将燃料12从油箱14经由预输送泵16、高压燃料泵18和高压燃料储存器20输送给喷射器22,所述喷射器然后将燃料12喷入到内燃机的燃烧室中。
燃料12通过入口阀24被引入到高压燃料泵18中,通过出口阀26在被施加压力的情况下从高压燃料泵18被排出,并且被输送给高压燃料储存器20。
入口阀24被构造为电磁阀28、特别是被构造为体积流量调节阀30,并且因此能够通过关闭-或打开时刻的有针对性的变化来主动地调节高压燃料泵18内的燃料12的输送度。
在图2至图7中,更为详细地分别以示意性的剖面图在不同实施方式中示出了电磁阀28。
下面首先参考图2。
电磁阀28具有:阀区域32,该阀区域具有关闭元件34和阀座36;以及致动器区域38,该致动器区域负责使关闭元件34能够沿着运动轴线40运动。
为此,致动器区域38包括一控制销42,该控制销与关闭元件34耦接。在当前的实施方式中,这种耦接在没有固定连接的情况下发生,从而仅仅当要使关闭元件34运动时,控制销42才接触关闭元件34。
当线圈46在致动器区域38中感应出磁场时,控制销与固定的极靴44共同起作用,由此所述控制销42沿着运动轴线40运动。控制销42在此同时被构造为插入式衔铁48,并且插入到在中心地布置在极靴44中的极靴孔50中。通过插入式衔铁48和极靴44的磁性的相互作用,插入式衔铁48然后沿着运动轴线40运动。
在所有的在图2至图7中示出的实施方式中,关闭元件34都被构造为小板52并且相对于阀座板54—在该阀座板上形成了阀座36—与极靴44对置地布置。控制销42—该控制销同时形成插入式衔铁48—被构造为柱形的销并且利用极靴端部56—该极靴端部朝向极靴44地布置—插入到极靴孔50内。所述控制销同时利用阀座板端部58穿过阀座板54内的通孔60,以便因此能够与关闭元件34接触。
致动器区域38此外具有将控制销42预紧到起始位置中的回位弹簧62,其中在所有示出的实施方式中,起始位置都是电磁阀28的打开位置。因此,在当前的实施方式中,电磁阀28被构造为常开的电磁阀28。然而,也能够考虑将电磁阀28构造为常闭的电磁阀28,其中,控制销42的起始位置于是使得小板52放置在阀座板54上。
还能够考虑,在阀区域32中设置其他的阀形式,即,代替小板52而设置球阀或其他形式,并且关闭元件34也不相对于阀座板54与极靴44对置地布置,而是布置在同一侧。
在燃料喷射系统10中的已知的电磁阀28中,通常不使用插入式衔铁48,而是将衔铁构造为块元件并且与控制销42相耦接。
然而,当前现在建议将控制销42的功能和通常设置的块状的、形式为插入式衔铁48的衔铁的功能相联合,以便因此省去尤其是在现在不再存在的单独地设置的衔铁上的质量。
总体而言,在此得到了更小的运动的质量,这导致在碰撞到最终位置时的动量减少,这导致发出更低的噪音。附加地,这具有下述优点:线圈46或所属的电磁体以及必要时还有回位弹簧62由于更小的起作用的力而能够更小且因此更为廉价地设计,因为为了加速需要更小的力。此外,能够实现比迄今为止更小的转换时间。
图3至图7示出了在第一实施方式中的参考图2描述的电磁阀28的变型,其中下面分别仅仅要描述差异。
图3示出了电磁阀28的第二实施方式的示意性的剖面图,其中,不同于第一实施方式,现在设置了止挡件64,该止挡件构造在插入式衔铁48上,并且尤其位于插入式衔铁48的阀座板端部58上。该止挡件64限制插入式衔铁48沿着打开位置的方向的运动路径,在所述打开位置中小板52被推离阀座36。
图4示出了电磁阀28的第三实施方式的示意性的剖面图,其中止挡件64并未构造在插入式衔铁48本身上,而是与插入式衔铁48分开地布置在极靴孔50内,更确切地说,在回位弹簧62内,该回位弹簧位于极靴孔50中。止挡件64在此构造为止挡销66。
图5示出了电磁阀28的、相应于在图3中的第二实施方式的第四实施方式的示意性的剖面图,其中,仅仅止挡件64不像在图3中所示的那样构造在阀座板端部58上,而是构造在插入式衔铁48的极靴端部56上。这意味着,在此通过在极靴44和止挡件64之间发生相互作用来限制插入式衔铁48朝电磁阀28的关闭位置的方向的运动路径。
图6示出了电磁阀28的第五实施方式的示意性的剖面图,在该第五实施方式中,回位弹簧62不像在前四个实施方式中那样布置在极靴孔50内,而是布置在极靴孔50外,并且一方面支撑在止挡件64上且另一方面支撑在极靴44上。
图7示出了相应于在图6中的实施方式的第六实施方式的示意性的剖面图,其中仅仅止挡件64不位于端部上,即插入式衔铁48的阀座板端部58上,而是在中心,使得止挡件64既不与阀座板54接触也不与极靴44接触,而是仅仅通过用于路径限制的回位弹簧62与极靴44耦接。

Claims (10)

1. 用于燃料喷射系统(10)的电磁阀(28),其具有:
- 阀区域(32),该阀区域具有关闭元件(34)和阀座(36),所述关闭元件和阀座共同起作用以关闭所述电磁阀(28);和
- 致动器区域(38),该致动器区域具有控制销(42),所述控制销用于使所述关闭元件(34)沿着运动轴线(40)运动到打开-或关闭位置中,
其中,所述致动器区域(38)具有固定的极靴(44)和能相对于所述极靴(44)沿运动轴线(40)移动的插入式衔铁(48),所述极靴具有布置在该极靴(44)内的极靴孔(50),所述插入式衔铁相对于极靴(44)无接触地利用极靴端部(56)布置在所述极靴孔(50)中,
其中,所述插入式衔铁(48)形成控制销(42)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀(28),
其特征在于,所述阀区域(32)具有形成阀座(36)的阀座板(54),其中,所述关闭元件(34)构造为小板(52),该小板在所述电磁阀(28)的关闭位置中放置在阀座板(54)上,其中所述极靴(44)和所述小板(52)尤其布置在所述阀座板(54)的对置的侧上。

其特征在于,所述止挡件(64)构造在所述插入式衔铁(48)的极靴端部(56)上以用于与极靴(44)共同起作用,或者所述止挡件(64)构造在所述插入式衔铁(48)的阀座板端部(58)上以用于与所述阀座板(54)共同起作用。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电磁阀(28),
其特征在于,在所述极靴孔(50)内布置有止挡销(66),该止挡销用于限制所述插入式衔铁(48)沿运动轴线(40)的运动路径。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电磁阀(28),
其特征在于,设置一回位弹簧(62),以便将所述插入式衔铁(48)预紧到起始位置中,其中所述起始位置优选是电磁阀(28)的打开位置,在该打开位置中所述插入式衔铁(48)使所述关闭元件(34)保持远离所述阀座(36)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电磁阀(28),
其特征在于,所述回位弹簧(62)布置在所述极靴孔(50)内,或者所述回位弹簧(62)布置在所述极靴孔(50)外并且支撑在所述止挡件(64)上且支撑在所述极靴(44)上。

其特征在于,所述电磁阀(28)构造为体积流量调节阀(30)。
10.用于内燃机的燃料喷射系统(10)的高压燃料泵(18),其具有根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电磁阀(28)。
