Abstract
The invention discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating hemorrhoidal disease, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the Chinese medicinal composition comprises the following raw material medicaments in part by weight: 10-20 parts of rheum officinale, 10-20 parts of coptis chinensis, 12-20 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 23-35 parts of frankincense, 20-38 parts of myrrh, 6-14 parts of angelica sinensis, 6-14 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 23-40 parts of mirabilite, 10-20 parts of gallnut, 10-20 parts of bletilla, 6-14 parts of alum and 3-7 parts of borneol. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of obvious curative effect on patients with hemorrhoidal disease, small toxic and side effect, simple preparation process, convenient use, unique advantage of quick response by external application and better clinical application prospect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hemorrhoidal disease, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Hemorrhoidal disease is a common disease affecting human health, has extremely high morbidity, obvious symptoms and great pain, and has the main symptoms of hemafecia, pain, prolapse, local secretion increase, difficult defecation and the like. The pathogenesis is caused by the imbalance of yin and yang of human body, and the factors of exogenous wind, heat, dryness and dampness, internal injury of six excesses and seven emotions and the like.
The common methods for treating hemorrhoidal diseases are to take medicinal decoction, suppository, ointment or operation, and because the surgical excision has great pain and the current medicinal preparation for treating hemorrhoidal diseases cannot meet the clinical requirement, an external preparation for effectively treating hemorrhoidal diseases is urgently needed to treat the hemorrhoidal diseases and improve the life quality of patients.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hemorrhoidal disease and a preparation method and application thereof.
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of rheum officinale, 10-20 parts of coptis chinensis, 12-20 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 23-35 parts of frankincense, 20-38 parts of myrrh, 6-14 parts of angelica sinensis, 6-14 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 23-40 parts of mirabilite, 10-20 parts of gallnut, 10-20 parts of bletilla, 6-14 parts of alum and 3-7 parts of borneol.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight:
12-17 parts of rheum officinale, 12-18 parts of coptis chinensis, 14-18 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 25-33 parts of frankincense, 25-35 parts of myrrh, 8-12 parts of angelica sinensis, 8-12 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 25-35 parts of mirabilite, 12-18 parts of gallnut, 12-18 parts of bletilla, 8-12 parts of alum and 4-6 parts of borneol.
Further preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight:
15 parts of rhubarb, 15 parts of coptis chinensis, 15 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 30 parts of frankincense, 30 parts of myrrh, 10 parts of angelica, 10 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 30 parts of mirabilite, 15 parts of gallnut, 15 parts of rhizoma bletillae, 10 parts of alum and 5 parts of borneol.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by taking raw medicinal materials, aqueous extracts or organic solvent extracts of rhubarb, coptis chinensis, scutellaria baicalensis, frankincense, myrrh, angelica sinensis, salvia miltiorrhiza, mirabilite, gallnut, rhizoma bletillae, alum and borneol as active ingredients and adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
Further, the preparation is an external preparation.
Further, the external preparation is lotion, plastics, liniment, cataplasm, decoction, powder, ointment, aerosol or spray.
Preferably, the external preparation is a lotion.
The invention provides a method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw material medicines in the weight ratio;
(2) drying, pulverizing, and sieving.
