Abstract
The present disclosure provides a hemorrhoid and fistula mixture, belongs to the technical field, of traditional Chinese medicine preparation. The hemorrhoid and fistula mixture comprises an external traditional Chinese medicine composition and an oral traditional Chinese medicine composition. The oral traditional Chinese medicine composition of the invention can treat hemorrhoids through the systematic circulation to the microcirculation, and simultaneously change the patient's constitution, improve the body's Qi, enhance the human body's immune function, and is not easy to relapse after being cured; the external traditional Chinese medicine composition can be absorbed through local microcirculation, and together with the appropriate temperature, can enhance the local microcirculation, clear and purify the local purulent or non—purulent compounds, increase local disease resistance, and quickly eliminate incarcerated lesions, and the symptoms of edema, inflammation and suppuration, quickly relieve the pains, to achieve the immediate therapeutic effect.
Description
HEMORRHOID AND FISTULA MIXTURE
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of tra- ditional Chinese medicine preparation, and particularly relates to a hemorrhoid and fistula mixture.
Hemorrhoid and fistula is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice. The main symptoms of hemorrhoid and fistula are blood in the stool, pain, prolapse, increased local secretions and difficulty in defecation, etc. The main causes of the disease are the imbalance of yin and yang in the human body, together with the factors of external wind, heat, dryness and dampness, and internal injuries such as six evils and seven emo- tions. Hemorrhoids can be classified into internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids according to their ana- tomical location. The disease is caused by prolonged standing, sedentary or overwork, and is a local venous return disorder. Pa- tients are extremely distressed, restless in severe cases, and af- fect their normal work and life.
The traditional method of treating hemorrhoids is to use western medicines to reduce inflammation or surgical excision and repair. Western medicines are expensive and have toxic and side effects. However, surgical excision cannot cure it, the cost is gradually increased, and the phenomenon of recurrence often oc- curs. Some patients are not suitable for surgery, and even have life-threatening conditions. At present, although there are re- ports of traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of hemor- rhoids, they are basically single prescriptions, which are oral traditional Chinese medicine compositions or external traditional
Chinese medicine compositions. Side effects are large, and some have a high recurrence rate after use. In addition, their curative effect is different, some medicines have slow effect, short dura- tion of drug effect, some medicines have serious side effects, and some medicines have high recurrence rate after use.
The present disclosure aims to provide a hemorrhoid and fis- tula mixture. The hemorrhoid and fistula mixture has the effects of being quick in effect, high in cure rate and not prone to re- lapse.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions:
The present disclosure provides a hemorrhoid and fistula mix- ture. The hemorrhoid and fistula mixture comprises an external traditional Chinese medicine composition, and the external tradi- tional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of LINDERA GLAUCA (SIEB. ETZUCC.)BL., 70-80 parts of ILICIS CHINENSIS FOLIUM, 40-50 parts of SOPHORAE FLAVESCENTIS RADIX,40-50 parts of CITRI RETICU-
LATAE PERICARPIUM, 40-50 parts of MUME FRUCTUS, 20-30 parts of
RHEI RADIX ET RHIZOMA, 20-30 parts of NATRII SULFAS and 40-50 parts of ARNEBIAE RADIX.
The present disclosure provides a hemorrhoid and fistula mix- ture. The hemorrhoid and fistula mixture further comprises an oral traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein the oral tradi- tional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of LONICERAE JAPONICAE
FLOS, 50-60 parts of HOUTTUYNIAE HERBA, 20-30 parts of PAEONIAE
RADIX RUBRA, 20-30 parts of PAEONIAE RADIX ALBA, 10-20 parts of
GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA PRAEPARATA CUM MELLE, 30-40 parts of
VIGNAE SEMEN, 60-70 parts of COICIS SEMEN, 20-30 parts of
PLANTAGINIS SEMEN, 40-50 parts of ASTRAGALI RADIX, 90-100 parts of
ILEX PUBESCENS HOOK. ET ARN., 10-20 parts of LYCOPI HERBA, 10-16 parts of HIRUDO, 70-80 parts of FRUCTUS HORDEI GERMINATUS, 60-70 parts of HORDEI FRUCTUS GERMINATUS and 10-20 parts of VESPAE NI-
DUS.
The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a hem- orrhoid and fistula mixture. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing all components of an external tradition- al Chinese medicine composition into fine powder with the size of
70-100 meshes, and uniformly mixing to obtain the external tradi- tional Chinese medicine composition.
The present disclosure further provides an application of a hemorrhoid and fistula mixture in preparation of a medicine for treating hemorrhoid and fistula. Typical case 4
Yu xx, male, was a student of 24 years old. Ten years ago, the patient returned to Wanzhou for the Spring Festival before graduation. During this period, he developed a perianal abscess.
The patient's constitution was poor. After the surgery in the hos- pital, the abscess did not cure for a long time, and the abscess was dripping. At this time, the patient was unable to go back to school due to the disease, and was very anxious. He was referred to our clinic. Physical examination: the external opening of the anal fistula was orthopedic and cured. The inventor cut off the orthopedic skin with hemorrhoid-eliminating scissors, and then took a hip bath with Chinese herbal decoction, and prescribed med- icine for invigorating Qi and removing blood stasis for oral ad- ministration, which was soon cured. But the disease recurred in the second year due to that the left side suffered from perianal abscess, and now the right side had perianal abscess. The inventor prescribed the prescription in Example 2 for him. It took half a year to finally cure the disease completely, and there has been no recurrence so far.

He complained that: in recent years, whenever he wanted to defecate, the stool flowed into his crotch if he could not go to the toilet quickly. Physical examina- tion: perianal abscess and surrounding muscle tissues have been surgically removed, the wound was sutured and cured well. The pa- tient underwent surgery in a specialized hospital, and has never had hemorrhoids recur so far. Digital examination with finger cots: no cell mass, pus and blood, anal defect, and sphincter mus- cle relaxation and weakness. For patients cured by this type of operation, the inventors could not remedy the irreversible defects caused by the operation. The hemorrhoid mixture of the present disclosure was easy to cure without any damage, no sequelae, and difficult recurrence, without causing such sequelae.
Comparative typical case 2
Wang xx, male, 45 years old, came to our clinic for an opera- tion to treat anal fissure in the summer of 2016. Consultation: long-term excessive dieting, nutritional deficiencies, body weight loss, anal fissure and habitual constipation symptoms. The inven- tor provided the following treatment plan: treating habitual con- stipation with traditional Chinese medicine decoction first. Anal fissure could be cured slowly by itself. Even if it didn’t cure, surgery could be done after the body got better. The patient did not accept the plan and suggestion of the inventor, and then went to the hospital. After surgical treatment, the anus was bleeding for a long time and did not cure, causing the patient to dare not eat and drink, and his health deteriorated, and he died soon.
