所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,所述原料经提取后添加辅料制成饮料。
所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,所述辅料为乳糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素和甜菊苷的一种或几种。
所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,制备方法包括如下步骤:取宣木瓜、龙眼肉、罗汉果、橘皮、白豆蔻、砂仁、肉桂、郁李仁药材合并,加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25-1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液加水及辅料配制成饮料。
所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,制备方法步骤中,煎煮条件为:第一次加水为药材重量的8-12倍量,煎煮1-2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6-10倍量,煎煮1-2h。

宣木瓜含有十九种氨基酸、十八种矿物微量元素,以及大量维生素C,同时还含有皂甙、黄酮、苹果酸、齐墩果酸、枸橼酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、抗坏血酸、反丁烯二酸、鞣质等,含有过氧化氢酶、酚氧化酶、氧化酶,特别富含超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和齐墩果酸。其SOD的含量是世界上所有水果中无与伦比的,一克宣木瓜鲜果SOD的含量高达3227国际单位。SOD是现代美容养颜产品的核心物质,可以有效消除体内过剩自由基,增进肌体细胞更新。齐墩果酸具有广谱抗菌作用,具有护肝降酶、促免疫、抗炎、降血脂血糖等作用。龙眼肉每100克龙眼中,水分占83%,含蛋白质1.3克、脂肪0.1克、碳水化合物15克和纤维0.4克。龙眼含有极其丰富的维生素C和钾,此外还含有大量的镁和铜,有补气益血之功效,对于治疗虚劳羸弱、失眠、健忘效果显著。果肉(干)含水分0。85%,可溶性物质79.77%,不溶性物质19。39%,灰分3.36%.可溶性物质中,有葡萄糖24。91%、蔗糖0.22%、酸类(酒石酸)1。26%、含氮物(其中含腺嘌呤和胆碱)6.309%等.尚含蛋白质5。6%、脂肪0.5%。罗汉果味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳、生津止渴的功效、适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽、百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。橘皮有理气调中,燥湿化痰功效,可用于治疗脾胃气滞,脘腹胀满,呕吐,或湿浊中阻所致胸闷、纳呆、便溏,但阴津亏损,内有实热者慎用。白豆蔻为姜科植物。主产于越南、泰国等地,广东、广西、云南等地亦有栽培。原植物生于气候温暖潮湿,富含腐殖质的林下,味辛、性温,归肺、脾、胃经,功效化湿,行气,温中,止呕,临床用名白豆蔻。砂仁果实供药用,以广东阳春的品质最佳,主治脾胃气滞,宿食不消,腹痛痞胀,噎膈呕吐,寒泻冷痢。砂仁观赏价值较高,初夏可赏花,盛夏可观果。肉桂补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉。治命门火衰,肢冷脉微,亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭症瘕,阴疽,流注,及虚阳浮越,上热下寒。郁李仁为蔷薇科植物郁李、欧李、榆叶梅、长梗扁桃等的种仁。又名郁子(《医心方》),郁里仁(《珍珠囊》),李仁肉(《药材学》),小李仁(《全国中草药汇编》)。原植物郁李又名:常棣(《尔雅》),白棣(《说文》),爵李(《本经》),雀李、车下李(《吴普本草》),山李、爵梅(《广雅》),雀梅(《本草经集注》),棣梨、样藜(《滇南本草》),秧李、穿心梅(《植物名实图考》);榆叶梅又名:山樱桃、赤棣(《尔雅义疏》);长梗扁桃又名:长柄扁桃(《中国果树分类学》)。郁李仁采摘于夏秋两季,晒干而得。其性平,味苦、甘,有润肺滑肠,下气利水的功效,能治疗大肠气滞,燥涩不通,小便不利,大腹水肿,四肢浮肿,脚气等症状。
有益效果:从中医理论看,本方中宣木瓜、龙眼肉、罗汉果、橘皮补气益血为君药,白豆蔻、砂仁、肉桂暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉为臣药,郁李仁润肺滑肠,下气利水为佐使药,诸药相合,用于护胃。

实施例1:取宣木瓜25份、龙眼肉20份、罗汉果15份、橘皮25份、白豆蔻10份、砂仁20份、肉桂10份、郁李仁15份药材合并,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为药材重量的8倍量,煎煮1h,第二次加水为药材重量的6倍量,煎煮1h,合并煎液,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液加蔗糖配制成饮料。
实施例2:取宣木瓜35份、龙眼肉10份、罗汉果25份、橘皮15份、白豆蔻20份、砂仁10份、肉桂20份、郁李仁5份药材合并,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为药材重量的10倍量,煎煮1.5h,第二次加水为药材重量的8倍量,煎煮1.5h,合并煎液,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液加乳糖配制成饮料。
实施例3:取宣木瓜30份、龙眼肉15份、罗汉果20份、橘皮20份、白豆蔻15份、砂仁15份、肉桂15份、郁李仁10份药材合并,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为药材重量的12倍量,煎煮2h,第二次加水为药材重量的10倍量,煎煮2h,合并煎液,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达80%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.28,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液加葡萄糖配制成饮料。
实施例4:取宣木瓜30份、龙眼肉15份、罗汉果20份、橘皮20份、白豆蔻15份、砂仁15份、肉桂15份、郁李仁10份药材合并,加水煎煮两次,第一次加水为药材重量的10倍量,煎煮1.5h,第二次加水为药材重量的8倍量,煎煮1.5h,合并煎液,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达80%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.28,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液加甘露糖配制成饮料。
实施例5:本发明对实验动物的影响药效学研究
实验药物:按上述实施例3方法制备实验样品。
给药剂量:每日每只200g大鼠灌胃的饮料含生药量分别为0.8g,1.6g,3.2g,则按大鼠体重计,低剂量、中剂量和高剂量分别为4g生药量/kg、8g生药量/kg和16g生药量/kg。
实验动物:SD清洁级大鼠60只,雄性,体重180~210g,上海斯莱克实验动物中心提供。
实验试剂:维酶素片,河北环海药业有限公司,批号20150621;水杨酸钠,江苏永华精细化学品有限公司,批号120719;95%医用酒精,南京宁试化学试剂有限公司,批号20131112;氨水,成都市科龙化工试剂厂,批号20120612;胃动素、胃泌素放免试剂盒,北京福瑞生物工程公司。
实验过程:随机将60只大鼠分为6组,分别为:空白组、模型组、维酶素组、本发明小剂量组、本发明中剂量组、本发明大剂量组,每组l0只,造模除空白组正常饲养外,其它5组采用2%水杨酸钠和30%酒精混合溶液,每日固定时间灌胃,灌胃前后禁食禁水1h,10mL/kg;大鼠自由饮用0.05%氨水;配合饥饱失常法,每进食2d,禁食1d。造模结束前随机抽取两只作胃黏膜病理组织学检查,确认出现胃黏膜腺体萎缩,肠化和不典型增生等,停止造模药物,进入治疗阶段。造模共计17周。治疗共计4周。结束后,大鼠禁食24h,1.5%戊巴比妥腹腔注射麻醉,于剑突下沿腹白线剪开一个约2.5cm的切口,小心提起胃,在幽门与十二指肠结合部用缝合线结扎,避开血管。缝合创口后送回笼中。3h后,再结扎贲门,分别剪断食道下端及十二指肠近端,摘出全胃,洗去表面血污,用滤纸吸干,置培养皿内沿胃大弯剪开胃腔,收集胃液到离心管中,以3000rpm离心20min,吸取上清液,进行胃液分析,麦特毛细管法测胃蛋白酶,结果如下:

实验结论:本发明可提高胃炎模型大鼠胃液中胃蛋白酶活性,显示出对胃炎具有一定的治疗作用,能护胃。

1.一种护胃的宣木瓜饮料,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:宣木瓜25-35份、龙眼肉10-20份、罗汉果15-25份、橘皮15-25份、白豆蔻10-20份、砂仁10-20份、肉桂10-20份、郁李仁5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:宣木瓜30份、龙眼肉15份、罗汉果20份、橘皮20份、白豆蔻15份、砂仁15份、肉桂15份、郁李仁10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,其特征在于,所述原料经提取后添加辅料制成饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,其特征在于,所述辅料为乳糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素和甜菊苷的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,其特征在于,制备方法包括如下步骤:取宣木瓜、龙眼肉、罗汉果、橘皮、白豆蔻、砂仁、肉桂、郁李仁药材合并,加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25-1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液加水及辅料配制成饮料。
6.根据权利要求5所述护胃的宣木瓜饮料,其特征在于,制备方法步骤中,煎煮条件为:第一次加水为药材重量的8-12倍量,煎煮1-2h,第二次加水为药材重量的6-10倍量,煎煮1-2h。
