Abstract

本发明涉及一种涤粘面料短流程染整工艺,其流程为:一浴法退、煮、漂→预定形→染色→定形、整理;其中,一浴法退、煮、漂流程为,涤粘面料浸轧前处理液,于100℃、60min汽蒸,再经水洗,烘干;处理液的组成为精练剂4g/L、螯合剂3g/L、双氧水5g/L、双氧水稳定剂2g/L、氢氧化钠调节pH值10.5‑11,螯合分散剂的制备方法如下:a、将15份乙二胺二乙酸二钠盐、140份去离子水投入反应器中,搅拌,溶解;b、先加入8份的氢氧化钠,待溶解后,再加入7份的二硫化碳,反应3小时,得螯合分散剂。一浴法实现了退浆、精练、漂白三合一,并采用活性、分散一浴法染色工艺,缩短工艺流程、简化工艺设备、降低能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及涤粘面料短流程染整工艺,属于印染加工工艺领域。
背景技术
长期以来,涤粘面料大多采用退、煮、漂前处理及两浴法染色完成,工艺时间长达10h,生产效率低下,且浪费大量水、电、汽,排污量大。通过前处理的工序缩减、一浴法染色,可以缩短工艺流程、简化工艺设备、降低能耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涤粘面料短流程染整工艺,简化工艺设备、降低能耗,克服现有前处理工艺的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
涤粘面料短流程染整工艺,其流程为:一浴法退、煮、漂→预定形→染色→定形、整理;
其中,一浴法退、煮、漂流程为,涤粘面料浸轧前处理液,于100℃、60min汽蒸,再经六格、水洗温度分别为90℃、90℃、85℃、75℃、50℃、50℃水洗,滚筒烘干;
所述的处理液的组成为
精练剂 4g/L
螯合剂 3g/L
双氧水 5g/L
双氧水稳定剂 2g/L
氢氧化钠 调节pH值10.5-11
水 余量
所述的螯合分散剂的制备方法如下(各原料以质量份计):
a、将15份乙二胺二乙酸二钠盐、140份去离子水投入反应器中,搅拌,溶解;
b、先加入8份的氢氧化钠,待溶解后,再加入7份的二硫化碳,反应3小时,过滤,即得螯合分散剂。

工艺流程为:40℃时加入高温匀染剂、元明粉、缓冲剂,溶解,10min后加入分散染料、活性染料,以1℃/min的速率升温至130℃并保温30min,再以1℃/min速率降温至80℃,保温染色20min。
所述的定形,工艺为车速45m/min,温度200℃,60s。
所述的精练剂为本领域常规使用助剂产品,如精练剂CSP-T07(南京栖霞山印染助剂厂)。
所述的双氧水稳定剂为本领域常规使用助剂产品,如双氧水稳定剂Goon2011(东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司)。
所述的高温匀染剂为本领域常规使用助剂产品,如高温匀染剂W(江苏省海安石油化工厂)。
本发明涤粘面料短流程染整工艺,以一浴法实现了退浆、精练、漂白三合一,并采用活性、分散一浴法染色工艺,缩短工艺流程、简化工艺设备、降低能耗。

实施例1:涤粘面料短流程染整工艺,其流程为:一浴法退、煮、漂→预定形→染色→定形、整理;
其中,一浴法退、煮、漂流程为,涤粘面料浸轧前处理液,于100℃、60min汽蒸,再经六格、水洗温度分别为90℃、90℃、85℃、75℃、50℃、50℃水洗,滚筒烘干;
所述的处理液的组成为
精练剂CSP-T07 4g/L
螯合剂 3g/L
双氧水 5g/L
双氧水稳定剂Goon2011 2g/L
氢氧化钠 调节pH值10.5-11

其中,一浴法退、煮、漂流程为,涤粘面料浸轧前处理液,于100℃、60min汽蒸,再经六格、水洗温度分别为90℃、90℃、85℃、75℃、50℃、50℃水洗,滚筒烘干;

精练剂 4g/L
螯合剂 3g/L
双氧水 5g/L
双氧水稳定剂 2g/L
