Abstract
一种止燃剂其成分由磷酸铵、氨基磺酸铵、乙醇胺和溶剂组成。含量如下:磷酸铵10%-20%,氨基磺酸铵8%-15%,乙醇胺2%-5%。经它处理过的物品,可保持原有的状态,颜色、性质、不析晶,不泛黄,不浆板。可有效地防止阻滞火焰的蔓延。产品为中性,不腐蚀,经处理过的物品无异味。耐洗的产品具有透入化学纤维中的功能长久有效。附加功能的止燃剂,另增加了消毒、杀菌或抗静电、洗涤的多项功能。
Description
本发明属于阻燃剂,特别涉及一种采用胺基系列材料的止燃剂。
现有阻燃剂种类很多,但都属于含磷、氮等元素的复合型阻燃剂,例如FRP-30液体阻燃剂、WR-1型阻燃剂,FP-FT高效纺织品阻燃剂。他们存在有以下不足:
1、使用它们只能采用浸,喷,刷形式处理在物品的表面,不能渗透或溶于物体之中,从根本上解决耐久有效的阻燃。
2、某些耐洗的织物产品经现有阻燃剂处理后,存在着不同程度的浆板,走色现象,破坏了原有物品的色泽和柔软度。
3、现有阻燃剂只起到单一的阻燃功能,不带有其它的功能作用。如消毒、杀菌、抗静电等其它功能。
4、现有阻燃剂的阻燃强度,还不十分理想,有待于进一步提高。
5、现有的阻燃剂一般PH值均偏酸性或偏碱性,对物品有不同程序的腐蚀。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的止燃剂克服上述现有技术存在的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种止燃剂其成分由磷酸铵、氨基磺酸铵、乙醇胺和溶剂组成。其主要成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-20%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-15%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
其余为水分。
对于通用型的止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-15%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-10%
乙醇胺 2%-5% 其余为水分。
对于木材制品止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-20%
氨基磺酸铵 10%-15%
乙醇胺 2%-5% 其余为水分。
本发明在主配方的基础上,增加附加成分可达到附加功能。本发明可再分为几类:
第一类消毒杀菌型止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-15%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-10%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
鲸腊烷基溴化铵 2%
其余为水分
PH值=7。
第二类抗静电、洗涤型止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-15%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-10%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
异丙醇胺 2%
其余为水分
PH值=7。
本发明有如下特点:
1、未采用常规磷、氮、硼等阻燃元素复合制成阻燃剂,而是采用胺基系列材料。
2、经处理过的物品,不能点燃,即使泼上汽油,也不会形成火灾,可有效地防止阻滞火焰的蔓延。
3、经处理过的物品可保持原有的状态,颜色、性质、不析晶,不泛黄,不浆板。
4、产品全部为中性,不腐蚀,经处理过的物品无异味。
5、耐洗的产品具有透入化学纤维中的功能长久有效。
6、使用方法简便,多样,即可喷、刷、浸,也可根据不同品种的需要,直接注入到原始母料中或在生产过程中实施浸一压轧工艺,为用户提供了充分的选择余地和方便。
通用型止燃剂具有用途广泛,适用于纸张、各种纺织品等吸收性材料,而且不泛黄,不走色,不浆板,保持原有柔软度等特点,木材制品止燃具备不析晶的效果。
附加功能的止燃剂,除具有更好的不燃性外,另增加了消毒、杀菌或抗静电、洗涤的多项功能。
Claims (5)
1、一种止燃剂,其特征在于:其成分由磷酸铵、氨基磺酸铵、乙醇胺和溶剂组成,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-20%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-15%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
其余为水分。
2、根据权利要求1所述的止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-15%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-10%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
其余为水分。
3、根据权利要求1所述的止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-20%
氨基磺酸铵 10%-15%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
其余为水分。
4、根据权利要求1所述的止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-15%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-10%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
鲸腊烷基溴化铵 2%
其余为水分。
5、根据权利要求1所述的止燃剂,其成分含量如下:
磷酸铵 10%-15%
氨基磺酸铵 8%-10%
乙醇胺 2%-5%
异丙醇胺 2%
其余为水分。
