本发明公开了一种大大提高使用效率的直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构,包括:转子本体,在所述转子本体的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽,滑片滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽内,在所述转子本体的前端设置有前轴,在所述转子本体的后端设置有后轴,所述滑槽为直形槽结构,两个滑片对称放置在滑槽内,在所述转子本体的两端分别设置有盖板安装槽,在所述盖板安装槽内设置有与其相互配合的盖板,在所述盖板的内侧设置有倾斜导向面,所述滑片整体成长方形结构,在所述滑片上设置有与盖板相互配合的缺口和与倾斜导向面相互配合的斜面。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉空压机技术领域,尤其涉及一种直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构。
背景技术
滑片式空气压缩机的主机是由转子和定子组成,其中转子上均匀开有若干纵向的滑槽,滑片在滑槽中自由滑动;定子为一个气缸,转子在定子中偏心放置,当转子旋转时,滑片在离心力的作用下在滑槽内被甩出并与定子通过油膜紧密接触,相邻两个滑片与定子内壁间形成一个封闭的空气腔,即为空气压缩腔,转子转动时,空气压缩腔的体积随着滑片滑出量的大小而变化,在吸气过程中,空气经由过滤器被吸入压缩腔,并与喷入主机内的润滑油混合,在压缩过程中,压缩腔的体积逐渐缩小,压力逐渐升高,之后油气混合物通过排气口排出。现有的滑片式压缩机,转子内的滑槽为内凹形状,中间低、两端为向内凹的形弧面结构,由于滑槽为深长形槽,两端又为向内凹的形弧面结构,加工起来很不方便,安装过程中需要通过端盖对滑片进行密封,结构比较复杂,同时两端向内凹的形弧面又会增加两端的轴径,增大功耗,滑片在运动过程中两滑片之间的间隙不能很好地密封。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种大大提高使用效率的直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构,包括:转子本体,在所述转子本体的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽,滑片滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽内,在所述转子本体的前端设置有前轴,在所述转子本体的后端设置有后轴,所述滑槽为直形槽结构,两个滑片对称放置在滑槽内,在所述转子本体的两端分别设置有盖板安装槽,在所述盖板安装槽内设置有与其相互配合的盖板,在所述盖板的内侧设置有倾斜导向面,所述滑片整体成长方形结构,在所述滑片上设置有与盖板相互配合的缺口和与倾斜导向面相互配合的斜面。
本发明的优点是:上述直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构,对滑片和密封结构进行调整,使转子内的滑槽为直槽,方便加工,降低了转子两端的轴径,降低功耗,盖板直接安装在转子本体端部上,对滑片进行限位密封,结构简单, 安装方便,滑片在运动过程中两滑片之间的间隙可以很好地密封,大大提高了空气压缩机的使用功效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构,包括:转子本体1,在所述转子本体1的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽2,滑片3滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽2内,在所述转子本体1的前端设置有前轴4,在所述转子本体1的后端设置有后轴5,所述滑槽2为直形槽结构,两个滑片3对称放置在滑槽2内,在所述转子本体1的两端分别设置有盖板安装槽,在所述盖板安装槽内设置有与其相互配合的盖板6,在所述盖板6的内侧设置有倾斜导向面61,所述滑片3整体成长方形结构,在所述滑片3上设置有与盖板6相互配合的缺口31和与倾斜导向面61相互配合的斜面32。
上述直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构装在滑片式压缩机使用时,转子本体1旋转时,滑片3在离心力的作用下在滑槽2内被甩出并与气缸缸体的内壁通过油膜紧密接触,相邻两个滑片3与气缸缸体的内壁间形成一个封闭的空气腔,即为空气压缩腔,转子本体1转动时,空气压缩腔的体积随着滑片3滑出量的大小而变化,在吸气过程中,空气经由过滤器被吸入空气压缩腔,并与通过喷油孔喷入空气压缩腔内的润滑油混合,在压缩过程中,空气压缩腔的体积逐渐缩小,压力逐渐升高,之后油气混合物通过出气口排出。
上述直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构,对滑片3和密封结构进行调整,使转子本体1内的滑槽2为直槽,方便加工,降低了转子本体1两端的轴径,降低功耗,盖板6直接安装在转子本体1端部上,在盖板6的内侧设置有倾斜导向面61对滑片3进行限位密封,结构简单, 安装方便,滑片3在运动过程中两滑片之间的间隙可以很好地密封,大大提高了空气压缩机的使用功效。

1.直槽滑片式空气压缩机滑片导向端面密封结构,包括:转子本体(1),在所述转子本体(1)的中部上均匀设置有若干滑槽(2),滑片(3)滑动设置有与其相互配合的滑槽(2)内,在所述转子本体(1)的前端设置有前轴(4),在所述转子本体(1)的后端设置有后轴(5),其特征在于:所述滑槽(2)为直形槽结构,两个滑片(3)对称放置在滑槽(2)内,在所述转子本体(1)的两端分别设置有盖板安装槽,在所述盖板安装槽内设置有与其相互配合的盖板(6),在所述盖板(6)的内侧设置有倾斜导向面(61),所述滑片(3)整体成长方形结构,在所述滑片(3)上设置有与盖板(6)相互配合的缺口(31)和与倾斜导向面(6)相互配合的斜面(32)。
