Abstract
本发明一种组合式车轮,由轮辐、钢套、轮辋、刹车片、销钉以及垫环等组成,使用时将轮辐置于各个连接块之间的空槽内,旋转轮辐使其上的卡槽与各个连接块相配合;将销钉从轮辐背面装入轮辐和连接块的孔内;使垫环的左端面与轮辐的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ将垫环、连接块以及轮辐连接到一起,与钢套配合;刹车片通过螺钉Ⅱ固定在轮辋上的凸台Ⅰ和凸台Ⅱ上。本发明在使用中能够将车轮行驶过程中产生的径向力和轴向力都抵消在轮辐上;圆环形的刹车片安装在轮辋内壁上,有效的增大了刹车半径。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮,具体地说是一种组合式车轮。
背景技术
目前,汽车行业正在朝着绿色发展的方向前进,对于其重要运动部件车轮也提出了更高的要求。为了实现减重的目的,需要将轮辋和轮辐做成不同的材质,对于不同材质的连接一般都采用栓接的方式。电动汽车上应用的轮毂电机,需要车轮背腔有足够大空间,传统的刹车盘结构严重制约了轮毂电机结构。因此,新的刹车形式是充分设计轮毂电机的前提。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种组合式车轮,它在使用中能够将车轮行驶过程中产生的径向力和轴向力都抵消在轮辐上;圆环形的刹车片安装在轮辋内壁上,通过在轮辋内壁上设置凸台Ⅰ和凸台Ⅱ,在结构上使其左右之间留有空槽,可使刹车时产生的热量快速消除。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种组合式车轮,由轮辐、钢套、螺钉Ⅰ、轮辋、螺钉Ⅱ、刹车片、销钉以及垫环所组成,钢套安装在轮辐顶端的阶梯槽内;10-50个连接块在轮辋的圆周方向上均匀分布,且与轮辋为一体;每两个连接块之间的空槽所形成的弧长大于连接块本身的弧长;轮辐上的卡槽与连接块相配合;销钉与轮辐和连接块配合;垫环的左端面与轮辐的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ将垫环、连接块以及轮辐连接到一起,与钢套配合。
凸台Ⅰ与凸台Ⅱ都与轮辋为一体,且结构上下对称,左右之间留有空槽;凸台Ⅰ与凸台Ⅱ在轮辋内侧的圆周方向上均匀分布;刹车片呈圆环型,通过螺钉Ⅱ固定在凸台Ⅰ和凸台Ⅱ上。
实际使用时,将轮辐置于各个连接块之间的空槽内,旋转轮辐使其上的卡槽与各个连接块相配合;将销钉从轮辐背面装入轮辐和连接块的孔内;使垫环的左端面与轮辐的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ将垫环、连接块以及轮辐连接到一起,与钢套配合;刹车片通过螺钉Ⅱ固定在轮辋上的凸台Ⅰ和凸台Ⅱ上。
本发明在使用中能够将车轮行驶过程中产生的径向力和轴向力都抵消在轮辐上;能够避免行驶过程中产生的剪切力传递到轮辋和轮辐的连接螺钉上;不但可以减少螺钉的数量,而且能够减小螺钉的尺寸;圆环形的刹车片安装在轮辋内壁上,有效的增大了刹车半径,减小了刹车时所需的夹紧力;通过在轮辋内壁上设置凸台Ⅰ和凸台Ⅱ,在结构上使其左右之间留有空槽,可使刹车时产生的热量快速消除;同时具有结构强度高、重量轻、轮辋背腔空间大等方面的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
该装置由轮辐1、钢套2、螺钉Ⅰ3、轮辋4、螺钉Ⅱ5、刹车片6、销钉7以及垫环8等所组成,钢套2安装在轮辐1顶端的阶梯槽内;10-50个连接块41在轮辋4的圆周方向上均匀分布,且与轮辋4为一体;每两个连接块41之间的空槽所形成的弧长要大于连接块41本身的弧长;轮辐1上的卡槽与连接块41相配合;销钉7与轮辐1和连接块41配合;垫环8的左端面与轮辐1的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ3将垫环8、连接块41以及轮辐1连接到一起,与钢套2配合。
凸台Ⅰ42与凸台Ⅱ43都与轮辋4为一体,且结构上下对称,左右之间留有空槽;凸台Ⅰ42与凸台Ⅱ43在轮辋4内侧的圆周方向上均匀分布;刹车片6呈圆环型,通过螺钉Ⅱ5固定在凸台Ⅰ42和凸台Ⅱ43上。
在工作过程中,将轮辐1置于各个连接块41之间的空槽内,旋转轮辐1使其上的卡槽与各个连接块41相配合;将销钉7从轮辐1背面装入轮辐1和连接块41的孔内;使垫环8的左端面与轮辐1的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ3将垫环8、连接块41以及轮辐1连接到一起,与钢套2配合;刹车片6通过螺钉Ⅱ5固定在轮辋上的凸台Ⅰ42和凸台Ⅱ43上。
Claims (1)
1.一种组合式车轮,由轮辐(1)、钢套(2)、螺钉Ⅰ(3)、轮辋(4)、螺钉Ⅱ(5)、刹车片(6)、销钉(7)以及垫环(8)组成,其特征在于:钢套(2)安装在轮辐(1)顶端的阶梯槽内;10-50个连接块(41)在轮辋(4)的圆周方向上均匀分布,且与轮辋(4)为一体;每两个连接块(41)之间的空槽所形成的弧长大于连接块(41)本身的弧长;轮辐(1)上的卡槽与连接块(41)相配合;销钉(7)与轮辐(1)和连接块(41)配合;垫环(8)的左端面与轮辐(1)的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ(3)将垫环(8)、连接块(41)以及轮辐(1)连接到一起,与钢套(2)配合;
凸台Ⅰ(42)与凸台Ⅱ(43)都与轮辋(4)为一体,且结构上下对称,左右之间留有空槽;凸台Ⅰ(42)与凸台Ⅱ(43)在轮辋(4)内侧的圆周方向上均匀分布;刹车片(6)呈圆环型,通过螺钉Ⅱ(5)固定在凸台Ⅰ(42)和凸台Ⅱ(43)上。
