Abstract

本发明一种组合式车轮,由轮辐、钢套、轮辋、金属架、刹车片以及销钉等组成,使用时先将钢套安装在轮辐最外侧的T型槽内;使轮辐置于各个连接块之间的空槽内,旋转轮辐使其上的卡槽与各个连接块相配合;将销钉从轮辐背面装入轮辐和连接块的孔内;使金属架的左端面与轮辐的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ将金属架、连接块以及轮辐连接到一起,与钢套配合;刹车片与金属架的右端面配合,用螺钉Ⅱ连接。本发明能将车轮行驶过程中产生的径向力和轴向力都抵消在轮辐上;刹车盘从内侧制动,有效增大了刹车半径,减小了刹车时所需的夹紧力。

一种组合式车轮
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮,具体地说是一种组合式车轮。
背景技术
目前,汽车行业正在朝着绿色发展的方向前进,对于其重要运动部件车轮也提出了更高的要求。为了实现减重的目的,需要将轮辋和轮辐做成不同的材质,对于不同材质的连接一般都采用栓接的方式。车轮在行驶过程中会受到径向力、轴向力以及剪切力,通过设计巧妙的连接结构,能够有效减少所用螺钉的数量。另外,电动汽车上应用的轮毂电机,需要车轮背腔有足够大空间,传统的刹车盘结构严重制约了轮毂电机结构的设计。因此,新的刹车形式是充分设计轮毂电机的前提。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种组合式车轮,它在使用中能够将车轮行驶过程中产生的径向力和轴向力都抵消在轮辐上;能够避免行驶过程中产生的剪切力传递到轮辋和轮辐的连接螺钉上;不但可以减少螺钉的数量,而且能够减小螺钉的尺寸;另外,刹车盘从内侧制动,有效增大了刹车半径,减小了刹车时所需的夹紧力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种组合式车轮,由轮辐、钢套、螺钉Ⅰ、轮辋、金属架、螺钉Ⅱ、刹车片以及销钉所组成,钢套安装在轮辐最外侧的T型槽内;若干个连接块在轮辋的圆周方向上均匀分布,且与轮辋为一体;每两个连接块之间的空槽所形成的弧长大于连接块本身的弧长;轮辐上的卡槽与连接块相配合;销钉与轮辐和连接块配合;金属架的左端面与轮辐的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ将金属架、连接块以及轮辐连接到一起,与钢套配合;刹车片与金属架的右端面配合,用螺钉Ⅱ连接。
实际使用时,先将钢套安装在轮辐最外侧的T型槽内;使轮辐置于各个连接块之间的空槽内,旋转轮辐使其上的卡槽与各个连接块相配合;将销钉从轮辐背面装入轮辐和连接块的孔内;使金属架的左端面与轮辐的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ将金属架、连接块以及轮辐连接到一起,与钢套配合;刹车片与金属架的右端面配合,用螺钉Ⅱ连接。
本发明在使用中能够将车轮行驶过程中产生的径向力和轴向力都抵消在轮辐上;能够避免行驶过程中产生的剪切力传递到轮辋和轮辐的连接螺钉上;不但可以减少螺钉的数量,而且能够减小螺钉的尺寸;另外,刹车盘从内侧制动,有效增大了刹车半径,减小了刹车时所需的夹紧力;同时具有结构强度高、重量轻、轮辋背腔空间大等方面的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
该装置由轮辐1、钢套2、螺钉Ⅰ3、轮辋4、金属架5、螺钉Ⅱ6、刹车片7以及销钉8等所组成,钢套2安装在轮辐1最外侧的T型槽内;若干个连接块41在轮辋4的圆周方向上均匀分布,且与轮辋4为一体;每两个连接块41之间的空槽所形成的弧长要大于连接块41本身的弧长;轮辐1上的卡槽与连接块41相配合;销钉8与轮辐1和连接块41配合;金属架5的左端面与轮辐1的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ3将金属架5、连接块41以及轮辐1连接到一起,与钢套2配合;刹车片7与金属架5的右端面配合,用螺钉Ⅱ6连接。
在工作过程中,先将钢套2安装在轮辐1最外侧的T型槽内;使轮辐1置于各个连接块41之间的空槽内,旋转轮辐1使其上的卡槽与各个连接块41相配合;将销钉8从轮辐1背面装入轮辐1和连接块41的孔内;使金属架5的左端面与轮辐1的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ3将金属架5、连接块41以及轮辐1连接到一起,与钢套2配合;刹车片7与金属架5的右端面配合,用螺钉Ⅱ6连接。

1.一种组合式车轮,由轮辐(1)、钢套(2)、螺钉Ⅰ(3)、轮辋(4)、金属架(5)、螺钉Ⅱ(6)、刹车片(7)以及销钉(8)等所组成,其特征在于:钢套(2)安装在轮辐(1)最外侧的T型槽内;若干个连接块(41)在轮辋(4)的圆周方向上均匀分布,且与轮辋(4)为一体;每两个连接块(41)之间的空槽所形成的弧长要大于连接块(41)本身的弧长;轮辐(1)上的卡槽与连接块(41)相配合;销钉(8)与轮辐(1)和连接块(41)配合;金属架(5)的左端面与轮辐(1)的背面配合;螺钉Ⅰ(3)将金属架(5)、连接块(41)以及轮辐(1)连接到一起,与钢套(2)配合;刹车片(7)与金属架(5)的右端面配合,用螺钉Ⅱ(6)连接。
