Abstract

本发明一种装配式车轮,由轮辐、T型螺母、螺钉、固定环、轮辋、刹车鼓等所组成,使用时T型螺母安装在轮辐最外侧的T型槽内;连接环上的凸台Ⅱ与轮辐背面的凹槽配合;通过螺钉Ⅰ将轮辐、连接环以及固定环连接在一起;刹车鼓外侧的凹槽与固定环右侧圆周方向上的凸台Ⅰ配合;螺钉Ⅱ通过垫片将刹车鼓轴向固定在固定环内。本发明在使用中能够避免行驶过程中产生的剪切力传递到螺钉上,可通过减少螺钉的数量达到减重的目的;另外,圆环形的刹车鼓安装在固定环内,不仅有效的增大了刹车半径,减小了刹车时所需的夹紧力,而且有效释放的车轮背腔空间。

一种装配式车轮
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮,具体地说是一种装配式车轮。
背景技术
目前,汽车行业正在朝着绿色发展的方向前进,对于其重要运动部件车轮也提出了更高的要求。为了实现减重的目的,需要将轮辋和轮辐做成不同的材质,对于不同材质的连接一般都采用栓接的方式。车轮在行驶过程中螺栓会受到非常大的剪切力,因此需要很多螺钉连接才能满足结构强度要求;因此,通过设计巧妙的连接结构,能够有效减少所用螺钉的数量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种装配式车轮,它在使用中能够避免行驶过程中产生的剪切力传递到螺钉上,可通过减少螺钉的数量达到减重的目的;另外,圆环形的刹车鼓安装在固定环内,不仅有效的增大了刹车半径,减小了刹车时所需的夹紧力,而且有效释放的车轮背腔空间。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种装配式车轮,由轮辐、T型螺母、连接环、螺钉Ⅰ、固定环、轮辋、刹车鼓、垫片以及螺钉Ⅱ所组成,T型螺母安装在轮辐最外侧的T型槽内;轮辐和连接环的左侧接触,固定环的左侧与连接环的右侧接触;螺钉Ⅰ与T型螺母配合,将轮辐、连接环以及固定环连接在一起;连接环的外侧与轮辋为一体;连接环上方设置凸台Ⅱ,与轮辐1上的凹槽配合;固定环的右侧的圆周方向上设置凸台Ⅰ;圆环型的刹车鼓的外侧设置凹槽与凸台Ⅰ配合,实现其在固定环内的周向固定;螺钉Ⅱ通过垫片将刹车鼓轴向固定在固定环内。
实际使用时,T型螺母安装在轮辐最外侧的T型槽内;连接环上的凸台Ⅱ与轮辐背面的凹槽配合;通过螺钉Ⅰ将轮辐、连接环以及固定环连接在一起;刹车鼓外侧的若干个凹槽与固定环右侧圆周方向上的凸台Ⅰ配合,实现其在固定环内的周向固定;螺钉Ⅱ通过垫片将刹车鼓轴向固定在固定环内。
本发明在使用中能够避免行驶过程中产生的剪切力传递到螺钉上,可通过减少螺钉的数量达到减重的目的;另外,圆环形的刹车鼓安装在固定环内,不仅有效的增大了刹车半径,减小了刹车时所需的夹紧力,而且有效释放的车轮背腔空间;同时具有结构强度高、重量轻、安装方便等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
该装置由轮辐1、T型螺母2、连接环3、螺钉Ⅰ4、固定环5、轮辋6、刹车鼓7、垫片8以及螺钉Ⅱ9等所组成,T型螺母2安装在轮辐1最外侧的T型槽内;轮辐1和连接环3的左侧接触,固定环5的左侧与连接环3的右侧接触;螺钉Ⅰ4与T型螺母2配合,将轮辐1、连接环3以及固定环5连接在一起;连接环3的外侧与轮辋6为一体;连接环3上方设置凸台Ⅱ31与轮辐1上的凹槽配合;固定环5的右侧的圆周方向上设置凸台Ⅰ51;圆环型的刹车鼓7的外侧设置凹槽与凸台Ⅰ51配合,实现其在固定环5内的周向固定;螺钉Ⅱ9通过垫片8将刹车鼓7轴向固定在固定环5内。
在工作过程中,T型螺母2安装在轮辐1最外侧的T型槽内;连接环3上的凸台Ⅱ31与轮辐1背面的凹槽配合;通过螺钉Ⅰ4将轮辐1、连接环3以及固定环5连接在一起;刹车鼓7外侧的若干个凹槽与固定环5右侧圆周方向上的凸台Ⅰ51配合,实现其在固定环5内的周向固定;螺钉Ⅱ9通过垫片8将刹车鼓7轴向固定在固定环5内。

Claims (1)

1.一种装配式车轮,由轮辐(1)、T型螺母(2)、连接环(3)、螺钉Ⅰ(4)、固定环(5)、轮辋(6)、刹车鼓(7)、垫片(8)以及螺钉Ⅱ(9)所组成,其特征在于:T型螺母(2)安装在轮辐(1)最外侧的T型槽内;轮辐(1)和连接环(3)的左侧接触,固定环(5)的左侧与连接环(3)的右侧接触;螺钉Ⅰ(4)与T型螺母(2)配合,将轮辐(1)、连接环(3)以及固定环(5)连接在一起;连接环(3)的外侧与轮辋(6)为一体;连接环(3)上方设置凸台Ⅱ(31)与轮辐(1)上的凹槽配合;固定环(5)的右侧的圆周方向上设置凸台Ⅰ(51);圆环型的刹车鼓(7)的外侧设置凹槽与凸台Ⅰ(51)配合,实现其在固定环(5)内的周向固定;螺钉Ⅱ(9)通过垫片(8)将刹车鼓(7)轴向固定在固定环(5)内。
