Abstract

本发明提供一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,包括聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网层,第一机织物层和第二机织物层,所述聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网层位于所述第一机织物层和第二机织物层中间,所述第一机织物层、聚丙烯腈活性碳纤维薄毡网层和第二机织物层使用缝编纱通过缝编工艺复合加固,本发明还提供一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法,首先采用非织工艺将聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维短纤铺制成网,然后通过缝编工艺将机织物层和纤维层进行复合加固,面料成品率高,并具有较好的力学性能。

Description

一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于面料制备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料及制备方法。
背景技术
活性碳纤维是随着碳纤维工业而发展起来的一种高效多功能吸附材料,一些先进工业国家在开发碳纤维的同时,活性碳纤维也得到很快发展。由子活性碳纤维的吸附与脱附速度比一般粒状活性碳快3-10倍,而且强度高、不易粉碎,并具有耐酸、耐碱、耐溶剂腐蚀等性能,聚丙烯晴基活化碳纤维因其具有天然纤维般柔软、自然手感和高阻燃性,力学性能明显比沥青基或黏胶基活化碳纤维好,而且有很好的吸附性能,是一个理想的吸附毒气面料,在军用及民品上有广泛的应用,例如污染气体的净化、有毒气体的吸收、气体的分离、空调的除臭和水的净化等,但是其纺织加工性能较差,成品率较低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种成品率高、纺织效果好的含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料。
本发明还提供一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,包括聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网层,第一机织物层和第二机织物层,所述聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网层位于所述第一机织物层和第二机织物层中间,所述第一机织物层、聚丙烯腈活性碳纤维薄毡网层和第二机织物层使用缝编纱通过缝编工艺复合加固。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯腈活性碳纤维薄毡网层的重量在40g/m2-200g/m2,纤维细度为6-10微米。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的重量在40g/m2-100g/m2
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层为斜纹或锻纹。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的材质为棉、黏胶纤维、涤纶、腈纶或丙纶纤维中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述缝编纱的材质为黏胶纤维、涤纶或丙纶长丝中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述缝编纱的纤维细度在7tex-25tex。
本发明提供一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网的制备:首先对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维进行开松预处理,后经梳理处理,通过铺网机对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维进行铺网工序,制备得到聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网;
(2)含聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的复合面料的制备:取两块机织物,将聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网放置在两块机织物中间,通过缝编机进行复合加固。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网的层数为一层或多层。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述的缝编机采用的缝编组织为编链组织、经平组织或缎针组织中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和有益效果是:
1、本发明采用聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维为原料制备面料,提高了面料的耐酸、耐碱性能和阻燃性能,为防化服的制备提供很好的原料;
2、由于聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的纺织加工性能较差,因此本发明采用将聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维经过非织的方法铺制成网状,用机织物进行包裹,通过缝编工艺对其进行复合加固,提高了其力学性能,使其更好的应用到防化服的制备过程中。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,包括聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网层,第一机织物层和第二机织物层,所述聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡层位于所述第一机织物层和第二机织物层中间,所述第一机织物层、聚丙烯腈活性碳纤维薄毡层和第二机织物层使用缝编纱通过缝编工艺复合加固。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯腈活性碳纤维薄毡网层的重量在40g/m2-200g/m2,有效控制薄毡网层的厚度,同时纤维细度为6-10微米,提高薄毡网层的手感和品质。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的重量在40g/m2-100g/m2
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层为斜纹或锻纹。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的材质为棉、黏胶纤维、涤纶、腈纶或丙纶纤维中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述缝编纱的材质为黏胶纤维、涤纶或丙纶长丝中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述缝编纱的纤维细度在7tex-25tex。
本发明提供一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网的制备:首先对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维进行开松预处理,后经梳理处理,通过铺网机对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维进行铺网工序,制备得到聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网;
(2)含聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的复合面料的制备:取两块机织物,将聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网放置在两块机织物中间,通过缝编机进行复合加固,具体的,缝编机生产过程的工艺参数有:针迹长度为0.5mm-5mm,铺网层数为3层,机头车速为700r/min,设计幅度为400cm。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网的层数为一层或多层。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述的缝编机采用的缝编组织为编链组织、经平组织或缎针组织中的一种或多种。
本发明采用聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维为原料制备面料,提高了面料的耐酸、耐碱性能和阻燃性能,为防化服的制备提供很好的原料;由于聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的纺织加工性能较差,因此本发明采用将聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维经过非织的方法铺制成网状,用机织物进行包裹,通过缝编工艺对其进行复合加固,提高了其力学性能,使其更好的应用到防化服的制备过程中。

1.一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,其特征在于:包括聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网层,第一机织物层和第二机织物层,所述聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网层位于所述第一机织物层和第二机织物层中间,所述第一机织物层、聚丙烯腈活性碳纤维薄毡网层和第二机织物层使用缝编纱通过缝编工艺复合加固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯腈活性碳纤维薄毡网层的重量在40g/m2-200g/m2,纤维细度为6-10微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,其特征在于:所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的重量在40g/m2-100g/m2
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,其特征在于:所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层为斜纹或锻纹。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,其特征在于:所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的材质为棉、黏胶纤维、涤纶、腈纶或丙纶纤维中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,其特征在于:所述缝编纱的材质为黏胶纤维、涤纶或丙纶长丝中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料,其特征在于:所述缝编纱的纤维细度在7tex-25tex。
8.一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网的制备:首先对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维进行开松预处理,后经梳理处理,通过铺网机对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维进行铺网工序,制备得到聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网;
(2)含聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的复合面料的制备:取两块机织物,将聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网放置在两块机织物中间,通过缝编机进行复合加固。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维薄毡网的层数为一层或多层。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的缝编机采用的缝编组织为编链组织、经平组织或缎针组织中的一种或多种。
