本发明提供一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,包括含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层,第一机织物层和第二机织物层,含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层位于所述第一机织物层和第二机织物层中间,所述第一机织物层、含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层和第二机织物层使用缝编纱通过缝编工艺复合加固,本发明还提供一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料的制备方法,首先通过非织工艺将含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维铺制成网状,然后通过缝编工艺对其进行复合加固,有效提高了含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料的成品率。

技术领域
本发明属于面料制备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料及制备方法。
背景技术
防毒服是供军民使用的一种皮肤防护器材,它与防毒面具、防毒手套、防毒靴等配套使用,可以有效的防御有毒气体及雾滴状毒剂对人体的伤害,广泛应用于医药、卫生、粮食、煤炭、化工、冶金等行业的人体防护及三防教育的训练装备,因此防毒服面料需要有较高的吸附能力,研究表明,含活性炭聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维具有很好的吸附性能,但是存在力学性能较差的问题,不能应用到纺织工艺中,成品率低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种成品率高、纺织效果好的含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料。
本发明还提供一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,包括含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层,第一机织物层和第二机织物层,含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层位于所述第一机织物层和第二机织物层中间,所述第一机织物层、含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层和第二机织物层使用缝编纱通过缝编工艺复 合加固。
进一步地,所述含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层的重量在40g/m2-200g/m2,纤维细度为1.6dtex-3.3dtex。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的重量在40g/m2-100g/m2。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层为斜纹或锻纹。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的材质为棉、黏胶纤维、涤纶、腈纶或丙纶纤维中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述缝编纱的材质为黏胶纤维、涤纶或丙纶长丝中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述缝编纱的纤维细度在7tex-25tex。

(1)含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网的制备:首先对含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维进行开松预处理,后经梳理处理,通过铺网机对含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维进行铺网工序,制备得到含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网;
(2)含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料的制备:取两块机织物,将含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网放置在两块机织物中间,通过缝编机进行复合加固。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网的层数为一层或多层。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述的缝编机采用的缝编组织为编链组织、经 平组织或缎针组织中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和有益效果是:
1、本发明采用含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维作为制备防毒服的面料原料,由于其良好的吸附性能,为防毒服的制备提供很好的原料来源;
2、为了改善含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维的力学性能,首先采用非织工艺将含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维铺制成网状,形成薄毡,结合机织物通过缝编工艺对其进行加固复合,有效的提高了力学性能,使其更好的应用到防毒服的制备过程中。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,包括含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层,第一机织物层和第二机织物层,含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层位于所述第一机织物层和第二机织物层中间,所述第一机织物层、含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层和第二机织物层使用缝编纱通过缝编工艺复合加固。
进一步地,所述含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层的重量在40g/m2-200g/m2,通过控制进料速度来控制薄毡网层的重量,从而有效控制薄毡网层的厚度,应用范围广泛,纤维细度为1.6dtex-3.3dtex,提高薄毡网层的手感和品质。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的重量在40g/m2-100g/m2。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层为斜纹或锻纹。
进一步地,所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的材质为棉、黏胶纤维、 涤纶、腈纶或丙纶纤维中的一种或多种。

本发明提供一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网的制备:首先对含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维进行开松预处理,后经梳理处理,通过铺网机对含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维进行铺网工序,制备得到含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网;
(2)含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料的制备:取两块机织物,将含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网放置在两块机织物中间,通过缝编机进行复合加固,具体的,缝编机生产过程的工艺参数有:针迹长度为0.5mm-5mm,铺网层数为3层,机头车速为700r/min,设计幅度为400cm。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网的层数为一层或多层。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述的缝编机采用的缝编组织为编链组织、经平组织或缎针组织中的一种或多种。
本发明采用含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维作为制备防毒服的面料原料,由于其良好的吸附性能,为防毒服的制备提供很好的原料来源,为了改善含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维的力学性能,首先采用非织工艺将含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维铺制成网状,形成薄毡,结合机织物通过缝编工艺 对其进行加固复合,有效的提高了力学性能,使其更好的应用到防毒服的制备过程中。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,其特征在于:所述含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网层的重量在40g/m2-200g/m2,纤维细度为1.6dtex-3.3dtex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,其特征在于:所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的重量在40g/m2-100g/m2。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,其特征在于:所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层为斜纹或锻纹。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,其特征在于:所述第一机织物层或第二机织物层的材质为棉、黏胶纤维、涤纶、腈纶或丙纶纤维中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,其特征在于:所述缝编纱的材质为黏胶纤维、涤纶或丙纶长丝中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料,其特征在于:所述缝编纱的纤维细度在7tex-25tex。
8.一种含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维复合面料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网的制备:首先对含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维进行开松预处理,后经梳理处理,通过铺网机对含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维进行铺网工序,制备得到含活性炭聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维薄毡网;

10.根据权利要求8所述的一种含聚丙烯腈基活化碳纤维的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的缝编机采用的缝编组织为编链组织、经平组织或缎针组织中的一种或多种。
