本发明公开了一种塑料加工用破碎机,包括破碎箱,破碎箱顶部设有气缸;破碎箱内设有水平的压板;气缸驱动压板上下运动;压板内部设有循环水腔;压板上表面设有与循环水腔连通的进水口和出水口;进水口和出水口上均设有可伸缩的软管;软管穿出破碎箱顶部,并与设置在破碎箱外部的循环水池相连;压板下方设有旋转轴;旋转轴设有两个,旋转轴上均设有破碎刀组,破碎箱底部设有活动箱底;活动箱底一端与破碎箱铰接,另一端与破碎箱以可拆卸的方式固定连接;活动箱底内壁固定设有水平的筛网;本发明通过减少塑料的运动空间,可提高破碎效率,且筛网清理方便,同时可降低工作过程中破碎机内部腔室温度,提高设备的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料生产加工设备领域,具体是涉及一种塑料加工用破碎机。
背景技术
塑料破碎机主要用于破碎各种废弃的塑料,如塑料异形材、管、棒、薄膜等。通过破碎机破碎后得到的原料,经过处理后直接供挤出机或者注塑机使用。破碎机主要是通过破碎刀的高速旋转来切割塑料,并经过筛板过滤以筛选出尺寸符合要求的原料。在实际的破碎过程中,塑料会在破碎机工作腔室内上下翻滚,停留时间较长,不能很快完成破碎,其次,一部分破碎机的筛网是采用固定或者嵌入式的方式安装在破碎机内,当筛网堵塞后,清理困难。另一方面,破碎机工作时为密闭状态,破碎过程中会产生大量的热量,这些热量无法释放,不但容易烤焦塑料,而且对破碎机内部机构,尤其是转动轴承会造成极大的损害,严重降低轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了塑料加工用破碎机,通过减少塑料的运动空间,可提高破碎效率,且筛网清理方便,同时可降低工作过程中破碎机内部腔室温度。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种塑料加工用破碎机,包括破碎箱,所述破碎箱侧面上方设有进料口,顶部设有气缸;所述破碎箱内设有水平的压板;所述气缸活塞杆穿过破碎箱顶部,并与压板固定相连,驱动压板上下运动;所述压板内部设有循环水腔;所述压板上表面设有与循环水腔连通的进水口和出水口;所述进水口和出水口上均设有可伸缩的软管;所述软管穿出破碎箱顶部,并与设置在破碎箱外部的循环水池相连;所述压板下方设有旋转轴;所述旋转轴设有两个,位于同一水平面上;所述旋转轴两端与破碎箱侧壁通过轴承转动连接;所述旋转轴上均设有破碎刀组,两个破碎刀组之间设有间隙;所述旋转轴上设有相互啮合的齿轮组;所述破碎箱上设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与齿轮组相连,驱动齿轮组转动;所述破碎箱底部设有活动箱底;所述活动箱底一端与破碎箱铰接,另一端与破碎箱以可拆卸的方式固定连接;所述活动箱底的底部设有下料口;所述活动箱底内壁固定设有水平的筛网;所述筛网靠近破碎刀组底部。
进一步的:所述破碎箱内壁上位于破碎刀组上方设有阻止压板向下运动的止挡块。
进一步的:所述活动箱底另一端与破碎箱侧壁通过螺栓固定连接。
进一步的:所述出水口上还设有抽水泵。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的塑料加工用破碎机,通过设置压板,可减小塑料的运动空间,使塑料在破碎机内被快速破碎,提高破碎效率;设置有可拆卸的活动箱底,筛网设置在活动箱底上,方便筛网的清理;同时在压板内部设有有循环水腔,可将在破碎过程中产生的热量带出去,降低破碎机内部温度,提高设备的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1、2所示为本发明所述的一种塑料加工用破碎机,包括破碎箱1,破碎箱1侧面上方设有进料口11,顶部设有气缸4;破碎箱1内安装有水平的压板3;气缸4活塞杆穿过破碎箱1顶部,并与压板3固定相连,驱动压板3上下运动;压板3内部设有循环水腔31;压板3上表面设有与循环水腔31连通的进水口32和出水口33;进水口31和出水口32上均安装有可伸缩的橡胶软管;软管穿出破碎箱1顶部,并与设置在破碎箱1外部的循环水池81相连;出水口33上还安装有有抽水泵8;压板3下方设有旋转轴5;旋转轴5为两个,在同一水平面上左右布置;旋转轴5两端与破碎箱1侧壁通过轴承转动连接;旋转轴5上均设有破碎刀组51,两个破碎刀组51之间设有间隙;旋转轴5上设有相互啮合的齿轮组9;破碎箱1上固定有驱动电机91;驱动电机91与齿轮组9相连,驱动齿轮组9转动;破碎箱1底部安装有活动箱底2;活动箱底2一端与破碎箱1铰接,另一端与破碎箱1以可拆卸的方式固定连接;优选为活动箱底2另一端与破碎箱1侧壁通过螺栓固定连接;活动箱底2的底部设有下料口21;活动箱底2内壁固定设有水平的筛网7;筛网7靠近破碎刀组51底部;破碎箱1内壁上位于破碎刀组51上方设有阻止压板3向下运动的止挡块6。
使用时,待破碎的塑料从进料口11中进入,并在破碎刀组51的作用下不断破碎,驱动压板3向下运动,挤压塑料的运动空间,使塑料可更频繁接触破碎刀组51,并被破碎。如此同时,通过压板3的循环水腔31的循环水作用,破碎过程中的热量被带走,破碎后的原料从筛网7落下,并从下料口21被收集。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的塑料加工用破碎机,通过设置压板,可减小塑料的运动空间,使塑料在破碎机内被快速破碎,提高破碎效率;设置有可拆卸的活动箱底,筛网设置在活动箱底上,方便筛网的清理;同时在压板内部设有有循环水腔,可将在破碎过程中产生的热量带出去,降低破碎机内部温度,提高设备的使用寿命。

1.一种塑料加工用破碎机,包括破碎箱,其特征在于:所述破碎箱侧面上方设有进料口,顶部设有气缸;所述破碎箱内设有水平的压板;所述气缸活塞杆穿过破碎箱顶部,并与压板固定相连,驱动压板上下运动;所述压板内部设有循环水腔;所述压板上表面设有与循环水腔连通的进水口和出水口;所述进水口和出水口上均设有可伸缩的软管;所述软管穿出破碎箱顶部,并与设置在破碎箱外部的循环水池相连;所述压板下方设有旋转轴;所述旋转轴设有两个,位于同一水平面上;所述旋转轴两端与破碎箱侧壁通过轴承转动连接;所述旋转轴上均设有破碎刀组,两个破碎刀组之间设有间隙;所述旋转轴上设有相互啮合的齿轮组;所述破碎箱上设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与齿轮组相连,驱动齿轮组转动;所述破碎箱底部设有活动箱底;所述活动箱底一端与破碎箱铰接,另一端与破碎箱以可拆卸的方式固定连接;所述活动箱底的底部设有下料口;所述活动箱底内壁固定设有水平的筛网;所述筛网靠近破碎刀组底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料加工用破碎机,其特征在于:所述破碎箱内壁上位于破碎刀组上方设有阻止压板向下运动的止挡块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料加工用破碎机,其特征在于:所述活动箱底另一端与破碎箱侧壁通过螺栓固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料加工用破碎机,其特征在于:所述出水口上还设有抽水泵。
