Abstract
本发明公开了一种从辣木叶中提取植物钙的方法,将辣木叶鲜叶洗净、烘干,经超微粉碎机制成超微粉;将辣木叶超微粉装入酶解罐里,加入纯净水,充分搅拌,进行物料混合;用食用醋调节混合溶液的PH值,加入适量果胶酶、纤维素酶和半纤维素酶,避光酶解;酶解结束后,将溶液在离心机上离心过滤,真空浓缩滤液;将过滤后的料液加入乙醇溶剂;经沉淀,分离后,沉淀物挥干乙醇,干燥、粉碎即得辣木纯天然植物钙。经本方法生产的辣木天然植物钙含钙量高达8000㎎~10000mg/100g,并以离子形式存在,无毒、不伤胃、更容易被人体吸收,能满足各类人群日常对钙摄入量的需求,且本发明方法简单,实用性强,适用于大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物酶解技术和醇沉分离技术,具体是一种从辣木叶中提取植物钙的方法。
背景技术
钙是人体骨胳的重要元素之一,但不能被人体直接吸收,必须转化成钙离子形式后才能被人体吸收。目前市场上的钙剂主要有:有机钙、无机钙、螯合钙和生物酶解骨头钙等,这类型式的钙一般存在水溶性差,需要人体分泌大量胃酸才能被人体吸收,对人体肠胃有一定的损坏作用等缺点。植物钙,以植物提取物为主要原料,与动物钙和矿物钙相比,植物钙是最有益于人体的吸收和利用的,且残留物极少几乎没有,无结石困扰,对胃功能基本不会造成损伤,不伤胃。但目前市场上的很多植物钙产品,有的只是用几种含钙量高的植物简单地混合而成,每日需食用大量该产品或需添加碳酸钙以提高其钙含量,才能满足人体每日的钙摄取量。
辣木叶已被我国卫生部批准为新资源食品,原产于印度,为多年生热带落叶乔木(又称为鼓槌树)。辣木叶是一种高钙的植物,其含钙量高达3000mg/100g,除此之外还含有很高的铁、钾、锌等微量元素;其氨基酸、蛋白质含量也相当丰富,是一种全营养素的功能食品。在非洲,它被称为穷人的牛奶;在印度,辣木已经有上千年的食用历史,已成为日常生活不可或缺的食物之一;在我国台湾,它被称作“21世纪人体保镖”。为使辣木叶的营养价值更好地服务人类,填补辣木叶纯天然植物钙产品的市场空白,研发以辣木叶为原料的纯天然钙片,具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种从辣木叶中提取植物钙的方法,该方法是用纯天然的辣木叶制成超微粉后,通过生物破壁技术,使其细胞中的钙尽量以离子形式溶出,再通过浓缩、提纯技术提高其钙含量,用该方法制作的辣木叶植物钙,每日只需食用少量就能满足人体对钙的需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种从辣木叶中提取植物钙的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将辣木叶鲜叶洗净、烘干至含水量在3%~5%,经超微粉碎机制成超微粉;
(2)将辣木叶超微粉装入酶解罐里,加入纯净水,按质量比辣木粉:水=1:15~20进行物料混合,在转速30r/min的条件下搅拌2~4小时,得均匀混合物料;
(3)用食用醋将上述(2)中混合溶液调节PH值至4.5~5.0,加入适量果胶酶、纤维素酶和半纤维素酶,加入酶量占辣木粉总量的1%~2%,避光酶解36~48小时;
(4)酶解结束后,将经加酶处理过的溶液在离心机上离心过滤,收集滤液合并,用单效真空浓缩机真空浓缩滤液,真空度为0.8Mpa,待其比重为1.1~1.2时加入乙醇溶剂使其含醇量达到55%~65%;沉淀24小时,分离;
(5)分离出的沉淀物充分挥干乙醇,干燥、粉碎即得辣木纯天然植物钙。
本发明具有以下有益效果:经本方法生产的辣木天然植物钙含钙量高达8000㎎~10000mg/100g,并以离子形式存在,无毒、不伤胃、更容易被人体吸收,能满足各类人群日常对钙摄入量的需求,且本发明方法简单,实用性强,适用于大规模生产。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种从辣木叶中提取植物钙的方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将辣木叶鲜叶洗净、烘干至含水量在3%~5%,经超微粉碎机制成超微粉;
(2)将辣木叶超微粉装入酶解罐里,加入纯净水,按质量比辣木粉:水=1:15~20进行物料混合,在转速30r/min的条件下搅拌4小时,得均匀混合物料;
(3)用食用醋将上述(2)中混合溶液调节PH值至4.5~5.0,加入适量果胶酶、纤维素酶和半纤维素酶,加入酶量占辣木粉总量的2%,避光酶解36~48小时;
(4)酶解结束后,将经加酶处理过的溶液在离心机上离心过滤,收集滤液合并,用单效真空浓缩机真空浓缩滤液,真空度为0.8Mpa,待其比重为1.1~1.2时加入乙醇溶剂使其含醇量达到60%;沉淀24小时,分离;
(5)分离出的沉淀物充分挥干乙醇,干燥、粉碎即得辣木纯天然植物钙。

1.一种从辣木叶中提取植物钙的方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将辣木叶鲜叶洗净、烘干至含水量在3%~5%,经超微粉碎机制成超微粉;
(2)将辣木叶超微粉装入酶解罐里,加入纯净水,按质量比辣木粉:水=1:15~20进行物料混合,在转速30r/min的条件下搅拌2~4小时,得均匀混合物料;
(3)用食用醋将上述(2)中混合溶液调节PH值至4.5~5.0,加入适量果胶酶、纤维素酶和半纤维素酶,加入酶量占辣木粉总量的1%~2%,避光酶解36~48小时;
(4)酶解结束后,将经加酶处理过的溶液在离心机上离心过滤,收集滤液合并,用单效真空浓缩机真空浓缩滤液,真空度为0.8Mpa,待其比重为1.1~1.2时加入乙醇溶剂使其含醇量达到55%~65%;沉淀24小时,分离;
