本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种苍术荷叶糯米糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
中药苍术为菊科多年生草本植物茅苍术、北苍术的根茎,该药性温,味辛,入脾、胃经,具有燥湿健脾、祛风除湿的功效,在中药里属于祛湿类药物。传统上多用于治疗湿阻中焦、风湿痹痛等病症,对脘腹胀闷、恶心呕吐、食欲不振等均有较好的疗效。苍术芳香燥烈,内可化湿浊之郁,外能散风湿之邪,故能燥湿健脾,祛风除湿。本发明的苍术荷叶糯米糕,通过加入苍术、荷叶、莲子等中药材,具有清热解毒、祛风化湿的作用,而且营养丰富,增强人体免疫力,不添加化学有害物质,绿色健康。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用料准确、营养丰富、吸收性好的具有清热解毒、祛风化湿的糯米糕。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种苍术荷叶糯米糕,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
糯米粉82-90、苍术32-40、荷叶28-35、莲子18-25、核桃仁15-23、花生仁10-16、黑芝麻13-18、白糖9-15、水适量。
所述一种苍术荷叶糯米糕,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:
糯米粉86、苍术36、荷叶32、莲子22、核桃仁19、花生仁13、黑芝麻15、白糖12、水适量。
一种苍术荷叶糯米糕及其制备方法,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将荷叶洗净,晾干,平摊在蒸笼中;
(2)将苍术、莲子、核桃仁、花生仁洗净,高温杀菌并干燥磨成粉,黑芝麻炒香;
(3)将糯米粉和上述制备好的药粉与黑芝麻放入盆中混合搅拌均匀;
(4)将上述制备的混合物料,加入适量水,并调入白糖,搅匀搓成粉团,摊放在蒸笼的荷叶上,并包好,蒸熟即可。
本发明的优点在于通过加入苍术、荷叶、莲子等中药材,具有清热解毒、祛风化湿的作用,使得糯米粉吸收以上药性成分后,可以充分的被人体吸收,增强人体免疫力,而且不添加化学有害物质,绿色健康。

一种苍术荷叶糯米糕,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:
糯米粉82-90、苍术32-40、荷叶28-35、莲子18-25、核桃仁15-23、花生仁10-16、黑芝麻13-18、白糖9-15、水适量。

一种苍术荷叶糯米糕,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:
糯米粉86、苍术36、荷叶32、莲子22、核桃仁19、花生仁13、黑芝麻15、白糖12、水适量。
一种苍术荷叶糯米糕,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将荷叶洗净,晾干,平摊在蒸笼中;

糯米粉82-90、苍术32-40、荷叶28-35、莲子18-25、核桃仁15-23、花生仁10-16、黑芝麻13-18、白糖9-15、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种苍术荷叶糯米糕,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将荷叶洗净,晾干,平摊在蒸笼中;
(2)将苍术、莲子、核桃仁、花生仁洗净,高温杀菌并干燥磨成粉,黑芝麻炒香;
(3)将糯米粉和上述制备好的药粉与黑芝麻放入盆中混合搅拌均匀;
(4)将上述制备的混合物料,加入适量水,并调入白糖,搅匀搓成粉团,摊放在蒸笼的荷叶上,并包好,蒸熟即可。
