Abstract
本申请公开了一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,包括S1、初洗,将复合纤维浸入到清水中进行搅拌清洗,同时加入除臭剂和洗涤剂,水温控制为75‑95℃,清洗时间为60‑120min;S2、高温杀菌;S3、紫外线处理,将经过经过步骤S2晒干的复合纤维放在紫外线灯下进行照射,照射时间为4‑6h;S4、再清洗,漂洗次数为40‑60次;S5、高温烘干,将经过步骤S4漂洗后的复合纤维进行烘干,烘干时间为10‑30min,烘干温度为140‑210℃;S6、抗菌处理,将经过步骤S5烘干后的复合纤维投入到清水中,加入抗菌剂,抗菌剂占清水的比重为11%,清水温度为50‑90℃,搅拌时间为20‑70min。由此,复合纤维经过紫外杀菌、高温烘干和抗菌处理等处理,使得处理后的复合纤维具有抗菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合纤维制备工艺,尤其涉及一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺。
背景技术
复合纤维通常用于制作面料等产品,而传统的复合纤维加工工艺简单,使其不具备抗菌的能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、初洗,将复合纤维浸入到清水中进行搅拌清洗,同时加入除臭剂和洗涤剂,水温控制为75-95℃,清洗时间为60-120mi n;
S2、高温杀菌,将经过步骤S1初洗过的复合纤维脱水,然后进行高温杀菌,杀菌温度为200-300℃;
S3、紫外线处理,将经过经过步骤S2晒干的复合纤维放在紫外线灯下进行照射,照射时间为4-6h;
S4、再清洗,将经过步骤S3处理后的复合纤维进行漂洗,漂洗次数为40-60次;
S5、高温烘干,将经过步骤S4漂洗后的复合纤维进行烘干,烘干时间为10-30mi n,烘干温度为140-210℃;
S6、抗菌处理,将经过步骤S5烘干后的复合纤维投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌剂,抗菌剂占清水的比重为5-15%,清水温度为50-90℃,搅拌时间为20-70mi n;
S7、脱水烘干,将经过抗菌处理后的复合纤维取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为10-50mi n,烘干温度为60-90℃,烘干完成后冷却。
由此,复合纤维经过紫外杀菌、高温烘干和抗菌处理等处理,使得处理后的复合纤维具有抗菌效果,采用这种复合纤维加工成的面料也具有抗菌效果。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S1中除臭剂占水的比重为2%-7%,除臭剂的成份按重量份数包括,川芎45份、当归15份、红霉素56份、焦磷酸钠8份、柠檬酸35份、乙二醇13份和酒精95份。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S1中洗涤剂占水的比重为3%-6%,洗涤剂的成份按重量份数包括,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵25份、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯丙二醇醚32份、茶籽粉78份、三聚磷酸钠88份、酒精98份和氯胺25份。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S6的抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,二烷基二甲基铵钠20-88份、硫酸铜11-66份、烷基苄基二甲基铵镁35-90份、醋酸5-22份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液18-55份、双氧水溶液20-65份、苯并三氮唑33-87份、月马来松香8-25份、樟脑5-15份、烷基苯磺酸钠20-35份、丙二醇单β-羟基羧酸酯15-55份和去离子水80-120份。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S1中除臭剂占水的比重为5%。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S1中洗涤剂占水的比重为4%。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S2中的杀菌温度为230℃。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S3中的照射时间为5h。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S6中抗菌剂占清水的比重为12%。
在一些实施方式中:步骤S6的抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,二烷基二甲基铵钠55份、硫酸铜43份、烷基苄基二甲基铵镁67份、醋酸12份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液32份、双氧水溶液38份、苯并三氮唑58份、月马来松香15份、樟脑11份、烷基苯磺酸钠28份、丙二醇单β-羟基羧酸酯36份和去离子水104份。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:

S7、脱水烘干,将经过抗菌处理后的复合纤维取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为10-50min,烘干温度为60-90℃,烘干完成后冷却。

在本实施例中,抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,二烷基二甲基铵钠55份、硫酸铜43份、烷基苄基二甲基铵镁67份、醋酸12份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液32份、双氧水溶液38份、苯并三氮唑58份、月马来松香15份、樟脑11份、烷基苯磺酸钠28份、丙二醇单β-羟基羧酸酯36份和去离子水104份。
以下是对经过本清洗工艺处理后的复合纤维进行抗(抑)菌试验,检测依据和方法为:GB/T 20944.3-2008振荡法:
由此上述测试结果可知,经过本发明的处理工艺加工后的复合纤维,具有较强的抗菌效果。
综上,本发明的复合纤维经过紫外杀菌、高温烘干和抗菌处理等处理,使得处理后的复合纤维具有抗菌效果,采用这种复合纤维加工成的面料也具有抗菌效果。
以上仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、初洗,将复合纤维浸入到清水中进行搅拌清洗,同时加入除臭剂和洗涤剂,水温控制为75-95℃,清洗时间为60-120min;
S2、高温杀菌,将经过所述步骤S1初洗过的复合纤维脱水,然后进行高温杀菌,杀菌温度为200-300℃;
S3、紫外线处理,将经过经过所述步骤S2晒干的复合纤维放在紫外线灯下进行照射,照射时间为4-6h;
S4、再清洗,将经过所述步骤S3处理后的复合纤维进行漂洗,漂洗次数为40-60次;
S5、高温烘干,将经过所述步骤S4漂洗后的复合纤维进行烘干,烘干时间为10-30min,烘干温度为140-210℃;
S6、抗菌处理,将经过所述步骤S5烘干后的复合纤维投入到清水中,均匀搅拌,同时向清水中加入抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂占清水的比重为5-15%,清水温度为50-90℃,搅拌时间为20-70min;
S7、脱水烘干,将经过抗菌处理后的复合纤维取出并脱水;再经过烘干,烘干时间为10-50min,烘干温度为60-90℃,烘干完成后冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中除臭剂占水的比重为2%-7%,所述除臭剂的成份按重量份数包括,川芎45份、当归15份、红霉素56份、焦磷酸钠8份、柠檬酸35份、乙二醇13份和酒精95份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中洗涤剂占水的比重为3%-6%,所述洗涤剂的成份按重量份数包括,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵25份、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯丙二醇醚32份、茶籽粉78份、三聚磷酸钠88份、酒精98份和氯胺25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6的抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,二烷基二甲基铵钠20-88份、硫酸铜11-66份、烷基苄基二甲基铵镁35-90份、醋酸5-22份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液18-55份、双氧水溶液20-65份、苯并三氮唑33-87份、月马来松香8-25份、樟脑5-15份、烷基苯磺酸钠20-35份、丙二醇单β-羟基羧酸酯15-55份和去离子水80-120份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中除臭剂占水的比重为5%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中洗涤剂占水的比重为4%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中的杀菌温度为230℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中的照射时间为5h。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6中所述抗菌剂占清水的比重为12%。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌型复合纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6的抗菌防螨剂的成份按重量份数包括,二烷基二甲基铵钠55份、硫酸铜43份、烷基苄基二甲基铵镁67份、醋酸12份、浓度为3%的过硫酸铵溶液32份、双氧水溶液38份、苯并三氮唑58份、月马来松香15份、樟脑11份、烷基苯磺酸钠28份、丙二醇单β-羟基羧酸酯36份和去离子水104份。
