本发明属于日常洗涤用品的技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种抗菌洗洁精,通过以下重量份的成份配制而成:螯合剂0.1%‑0.15%、非离子表面活性剂10%‑20%、阴离子表面活性剂5%‑9%、两性表面活性剂6%‑12%、香精0.05%‑0.1%、护肤剂0.1%‑0.5%、杀菌剂2.5%、防腐剂0.1%‑0.5%、去离子水55%‑75%,本发明采用阴离子、非离子、两性表面活性剂的复配体系,具有良好的皮肤相容性和杀菌去污能力;在使用过程中不沉淀,无二次污染,绿色环保;产品配方中不含强碱、磷等,组分均为温和性成分,对皮肤温和,无刺激性,该发明的抗菌洗洁精具有安全、高效、绿色环保、抗菌效果好等特点。

技术领域
本发明属于日常洗涤用品的技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种抗菌洗洁精。
背景技术
中国专利号CN103361193A公开了一种抗菌洗洁精,该洗洁精采用二氯异氰尿酸钠为杀菌成分,二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒反应后主要生成次氯酸和氰尿酸。其中次氯酸在消毒过程中分解后不会留有残余,而产生的氰尿酸对哺乳动物具有低急性毒性,对人存在潜在的安全风险。中国专利号CN104651065A公开的一种洗洁精是以天然植物提取物——茶树精油为杀菌成分的洗洁精,天然植物提取物作为抗菌活性成分,其抗菌活性不足,无法满足洗洁精的实际抗菌要求。中国专利号CN104818140A公开的洗洁精是以过氧化物(过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠、过氧化氢和过氧乙酸)为杀菌成分的洗洁精,这些过氧化物稳定性差,且对人存在潜在危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术上的缺陷,提供一种安全、高效、绿色环保、抗菌效果好的洗洁精。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种抗菌洗洁精,通过以下重量份的成份配制而成:螯合剂0.1%-0.15%、非离子表面活性剂10%-20%、阴离子表面活性剂5%-9%、两性表面活性剂6%-12%、香精0.05%-0.1%、护肤剂0.1%-0.5%、杀菌剂2.5%、防腐剂0.1%-0.5%、去离子水55%-75%。
进一步的,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)或乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA-4Na)。
进一步的,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷(APG)、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)中的任意一种或两种混合物。
进一步的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)。
进一步的,所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB-35)。
进一步的,所述护肤剂为维生素原B5(D-泛醇)、丙三醇中的任意一种或两种混合物。
进一步的,所述杀菌剂为聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、尼泊金甲酯或泥泊金乙酯中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用阴离子、非离子、两性表面活性剂的复配体系,具有良好的皮肤相容性和杀菌去污能力;在使用过程中不沉淀,无二次污染,绿色环保;产品配方中不含强碱、磷等,组分均为温和性成分,对皮肤温和,无刺激性,该发明的抗菌洗洁精具有安全、高效、绿色环保、抗菌效果好等特点。

实施例1
本发明提供的一种抗菌洗洁精,通过以下重量份的成份配制而成:乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA-4Na)0.1%、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)6%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB-35)8%、烷基糖苷(APG-0810)3%、香精0.1%、维生素原B5(D-泛醇)0.3%、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)2.5%、苯甲酸钠0.1%、去离子水69.9%。制备方法:常温下,将上述组分逐一添加入去离子水中,待一种原料完全搅拌溶解均匀后,再加入另一种原料,直至原料全部加完,搅拌至均匀透明即可。
实施例2
本发明提供的一种抗菌洗洁精,通过以下重量份的成份配制而成:乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)0.12%、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)9%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)7%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB-35)9%、烷基糖苷(APG-0810)6%、香精0.1%、维生素原B5(D-泛醇)0.2%、丙三醇0.2%、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)2.5%、泥泊金甲酯0.1%、去离子水65.78%。制备方法:常温下,将上述组分逐一添加入去离子水中,待一种原料完全搅拌溶解均匀后,再加入另一种原料,直至原料全部加完,搅拌至均匀透明即可。
实施例3
本发明提供的一种抗菌洗洁精,通过以下重量份的成份配制而成:乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA-4Na)0.1%、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)12%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)8%、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB-35)12%、烷基糖苷(APG-0810)3%、香精0.1%、丙三醇0.5%、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)2.5%、泥泊金甲酯0.05%、泥泊金乙酯0.15%、去离子水61.6%。制备方法:常温下,将上述组分逐一添加入去离子水中,待一种原料完全搅拌溶解均匀后,再加入另一种原料,直至原料全部加完,搅拌至均匀透明即可。

1.抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:通过以下重量份的成份配制而成:螯合剂0.1%-0.15%、非离子表面活性剂10%-20%、阴离子表面活性剂5%-9%、两性表面活性剂6%-12%、香精0.05%-0.1%、护肤剂0.1%-0.5%、杀菌剂2.5%、防腐剂0.1%-0.5%、去离子水55%-75%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)或乙二胺四乙酸四钠(EDTA-4Na)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷(APG)、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)中的任意一种或两种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB-35)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述护肤剂为维生素原B5(D-泛醇)、丙三醇中的任意一种或两种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)。
