本发明公开了一种环保卫生间无磷清洗剂,组成为:C-12烷基苯磺酸6-10%、聚氧乙烯醚烷基酚3-7%、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺3-7%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5.6%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1.5%、氢氧化钠2-6%、柠檬醛5-8.5%、皂角粉7-12.5%、烷基糖苷3-3.6%、甜菜碱5-8.5%、纳米二氧化钛1.5-4.6%、茶皂素2.8-4.1%和余量水组成;以上均为重量百分比;是一种无毒、不含ODS类物质、环保、高效的水基清洗剂,在自然环境(土壤、海水、河水)中可迅速降解为二氧化碳和水,有良好的生物降解性。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生间环保无磷清洗剂。
二、背景技术
目前,卫生间清洗剂存在含有多种有毒化学成分、严重污染水体环境、损害人体健康等问题。目前卫生间清洗剂主要是靠酸来达到去污杀菌作用的,其中盐酸是卫生间清洗剂中最普遍使用的一种酸,而盐酸具有很强的刺激性气味,为了掩盖这种难闻的气味,多数产品都添加有香精等物质。但盐酸的刺激性气味很难掩盖、有毒,水污染十分严重。93107679.X专利涉及卫生间使用的杀菌型多功能卫生间清洗剂,它由盐酸15—30%,表面活性剂0.5—4%,缓蚀剂0.5—5%,杀菌剂0.5—3%构成的亮绿色透明液体,具有快速彻底清除铁锈、尿垢、水垢、油垢等各类有机、无机污垢的能力,并能在金属铁表面形成一层稳定的保护膜。
三、发明内容
本发明卫生间环保无磷清洗剂,是一种无毒、不含ODS类污染物质、环保、高效的水基清洗剂,在自然环境(土壤、海水、河水)中可迅速降解为二氧化碳和水,有良好的生物降解性;并且降解过程中对陆生、水生动植物无任何有害影响,不会对土壤、水体环境造成任何危害;不含磷,不会造成赤潮等环境破坏,符合国内环保法律和国际环保公约的要求。不含化学有毒有害物质,产品原料选自绿色植物,以及各种可降解表面活性剂、渗透剂、缓蚀剂,安全无毒,对人体无任何损害影响。对矿物性油脂(原油、机油、润滑脂)和动植物性油脂(豆油、猪油、人体分泌油脂)以及油脂与泥土、粉尘、颗粒物形成的顽固油垢均有极佳的溶解去除能力;具有去污力强,能彻底除去油脂污垢,低泡等优点,而且不腐蚀金属,适合各种广泛应用。
卫生间环保无磷清洗剂基本组成为:C-12烷基苯磺酸6-10%、聚氧乙烯醚烷基酚3-7%、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺3-7%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5.6%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1.5%、氢氧化钠2-6%、柠檬醛5-8.5%、皂角粉7-12.5%、烷基糖苷3-3.6%、甜菜碱5-8.5%、纳米二氧化钛1.5-4.6%、茶皂素2.8-4.1%和余量水组成;以上均为重量百分比。以烷基糖苷为表面活性剂,以烷基糖苷、甜菜碱为替代磷助剂。
茶皂素又名茶皂甙,是由茶树种子中提取出来的一类醣甙化合物,是一种性能良好的天然表面活性剂,有较好的去污能力。
纳米二氧化钛的结构为二氧化钛晶体结构,纳米二氧化钛具有传统材料所不具备的特殊物理、化学特性,其化学稳定性高,无毒无污染,具有颗粒尺寸小、比表面积大、表面能高等特点,以及其特有的三大效应:表面效应、小尺寸效应和宏观量子隧道效应。二氧化钛晶体结构主要有三种:锐钛型、金红石型及板钛矿。子西莱纳米二氧化钛(光触媒)为锐钛型白色粉末状固态物,产品具有强大的光催化氧化还原能力,在紫外光、太阳光、日光灯的作用下纳米二氧化钛(光触媒)价带上的电子(eˉ)很容易被激发跃迁到导带,在价带上产生相应的空穴(h+)。随后h+和eˉ与吸附在纳米二氧化钛表面上的H2O、O2等发生作用,生成OHˉ、O2ˉ、OOHˉ等高活性集团,具有极强氧化作用的超氧离子自由基、羟基自由基、超氧羟基自由基,能将甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等多数有害有机物、污染物臭气、细菌、病毒等氧化分解成无害的CO2和H2O。
四、具体实施方式
一种卫生间环保无磷清洗剂:C-12烷基苯磺酸6.5%、聚氧乙烯醚烷基酚3.6%、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺3.9%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.15%、苯甲酸钠0.7%、氢氧化钠2.3%、柠檬醛7.2%、皂角粉9.1%、烷基糖苷3.2%、甜菜碱7.2%纳米二氧化钛2.3%、茶皂素3.8%和余量水组成;以上均为重量百分比。

1.一种环保卫生间无磷清洗剂,其特征在于组成为:C-12烷基苯磺酸6-10%、聚氧乙烯醚烷基酚3-7%、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺3-7%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5.6%、苯甲酸钠0.5-1.5%、氢氧化钠2-6%、柠檬醛5-8.5%、皂角粉7-12.5%、烷基糖苷3-3.6%、甜菜碱5-8.5%、纳米二氧化钛1.5-4.6%、茶皂素2.8-4.1%和余量水组成;以上均为重量百分比。
